The control of the dantian is relatively easy, but it is very difficult to forget that passage.
Now so close to the jade, if you try to forget, the scriptures will automatically burrow into your mind.
Even if they are removed from the Divine Soul, they will be reborn immediately, making it impossible to forget.
It turns out that this is the most difficult point of Yubi's cultivation.
Half a month has passed, and he still has no progress, and those scriptures will always come unexpectedly.

After many years of practice, what experiences have you had that are similar to this?
