And to reach ten tons, it is a completely different concept, the power alone makes Li Zhao feel a headache, if the melting time is set to half an hour, then basically the power will be eight or nine thousand kilowatts, and the design, at least 20 percent of the margin, so calculated, the power will directly exceed 10,000 kilowatts. In order to be safe, it is necessary to adopt a low-voltage, high-current design, so the transformer basically needs to be installed next to the electroslag furnace, which has to consider the problems of transformer safety, ventilation, cooling, dust, etc.
It is different from the three-ton one, the three-ton one is small after all, and many of them can make do, but the design of the ten-ton one may need to consider the plant, operation mode, etc., in short, the design is a headache for Li Zhao.
Li Zhao will first design the furnace body, and then when the project is determined, he will discuss the way to achieve it with the corresponding departments, especially in terms of power supply, which is tens of thousands of kilowatts of power, which is not small. Of course, if the machine tools are the same type, it is not a big problem, the key is that there are too many types of machines in the rolling mill, the age is too much, and the basic needs to be designed according to the situation of each machine tool, otherwise it is likely that the parts do not match, resulting in machine damage. For a simple example, such as gears, if you design the teeth and the original gear, the angle is a little mismatched, then it is possible to directly pay for the gear, you must know that these equipment can span more than 40 years, several countries, and each country is not produced by the same manufacturer, the gear they use may be about the same size, but the different teeth may be very large, you can imagine how many problems there will be.

After getting the requirements for the transformation of this equipment, Li Zhao also worked with Mr. An to measure it, and finally gave the standard of ten wires for the processing accuracy after the transformation, and the maximum speed of the spindle was changed to 2,000 revolutions per minute.
