As the title suggests, I'm sick again.

Like I said later in the chapter yesterday, I couldn't hold back my sleep yesterday afternoon.

Then I couldn't sleep at night, and I stayed up passively.

I woke up at five o'clock the next day and couldn't breathe again, and I measured my blood pressure in the hospital, the high blood pressure was 150+, and the low blood pressure was 120+.

So today is going to be a day off, but fortunately today is the number one.

In the future, I have to work out every day to lose weight.

This will take up more of my working time, but I will try to do it in the future with the guarantee of two shifts.

Hopefully I can finish losing weight as soon as possible and lower my blood pressure.
