Why don't you write a story about us?

She was someone who never got it, and it was a time that could not be returned. I don't regret it, it's just that in the best of years, I lost some things that seem a little regrettable now.

In September of 2011, it was the start of my freshman year of high school. Since most of the three years of junior high school were wasted by myself, the results of the high school entrance examination gave me a big slap in the face.

When I was in junior high school, I wasn't lazy, but I wasn't diligent, I wasn't smart, but I wasn't stupid. More than one person has told me that if you keep the status quo, you can get into a good high school, and there is room for improvement if you work hard. Once upon a time, I was naïve enough to think that they were right, after all, I had always been in a relatively good position in the rankings of the whole school at that time. Perhaps that's why I didn't at least look as hard as most of my contemporaries. When I was in my third year of junior high school, I really couldn't figure out why there were always so many people in the class who got up so early every day, in the classroom, or in the playground, or in the corridor, either memorizing or memorizing formulas. Some of them are good enough to get into a key high school at their level without any pressure. There are also some people who may not change much even if they work hard, and learning is not something that can be done by rote memorization, which is an idea that I have never doubted and firmly believed. It wasn't until later that the sudden growth of some people changed my initial attitude.

I don't know how long it takes to change a person, but there is no doubt that some people are growing at a rate that is visible to the naked eye, and not being quiet is essentially a regression.

In my memory, the admission rate of our key high schools was the highest in the history of our school, and the admission of ordinary high schools also had good results. Almost everyone who has worked hard has received the credit he deserves. As for me, I was 13 points worse than the ordinary middle school with the lowest admission score at that time, that is, this 13-point gap forcibly divided me from a high school student to a vocational high school student.

In the days after the grades came down, it was inevitable that some people would interrogate them, and most of them thought that with my conditions, I should at least be able to go to a regular high school as they expected, but the result was far from reality. I can only attribute the failure to the monotonous reason of not playing well, only I know, in fact, I have worked very hard in the examination room, I have carefully prepared for every exam, I have filled every blank in every paper, and I have tried my best to fight for every point, but if I lose, I will lose, and if I don't do well, I don't do well. But I can't admit that I can't, even though it's true.

At one point, I thought that I would drop out of school at the age of 16 to work part-time, and instead of wasting my youth by eating at a pheasant school, I would better find a job that I was interested in for a few years as a means to make a living in society in the future. However, in the end, a compromise was made in the negotiation with the parents. In their words, if you don't have a culture, you will be bullied, and it is better to study for two more years. In this way, I started my high school career as a vocational high school student for a while, started some stories, and met some people.

The name of my alma mater is slightly longer than that of other universities, which is a common problem in vocational colleges. Its full name is Hwaseong Comprehensive Vocational and Technical College, and the locals are more accustomed to calling it Hwaseong Technical School. Although it is called Hwaseong, it is not in Hwaseong; Although it is not in the rivers and lakes, the rivers and lakes have always had their legends. Hwaseong Comprehensive Vocational and Technical College, located in the northwest of Hwaseong more than ten kilometers away from a small town, this is its different from most of Hwaseong high schools, rich in "talents", over the years the number of students admitted to a university is rare, two lines and above three melons and two dates, the middle school is committed to discovering and cultivating such as guzheng, piano, vocal music, painting, dance and other types of artistic talents. Of course, there are also social talents such as computers, preschool education, and medical care. Although the junior art class is the main training direction of Hwaseong Technical School, there are also a few options for people to choose from such as taking the college entrance examination like ordinary high schools, so some students who do not meet the admission score of ordinary high schools are forced to choose here.

There is a saying that in several vocational colleges around Hwaseong, Hwaseong's faculty and the admission ratio of previous art colleges are at the upper middle level, otherwise there will not be so many people who will choose here, most of the students who come here also mostly want to rely on the results of professional courses to get into a relatively good university, which also leads to the proportion of students in non-professional cultural courses will be much less, coupled with the high school entrance examination score under the layers of screening, the source of high-quality students is limited, So the quality of college admissions at this school will be much lower. But as long as you work hard, everything is possible, such as the occasional "rare".

At that time, I chose Hwaseong Technical School to go to the entrance class, the general college entrance examination class of vocational high school, which was the only choice I could take the college entrance examination after I was brushed down by the admission score line of the high school entrance examination. Maybe I will become a "rarity" in the eyes of others in the future, and I have comforted myself with this sentence more than once.

Hwaseong Technical School is in the northwest of Hwaseong, my home is in the southeast of Hwaseong, the place connecting the two places is called Hwaseong Bus Terminal, I didn't have that much savings when I was a student, to be precise, it should be called pocket money. So most of the time it can be done point-to-point handover. Take the No. 12 bus to Hwaseong Station, get off and then transfer to No. 16 to Hwaseong Technical School, if you are lucky, you can't even feel the northwest wind of Hwaseong Station. If you're lucky, you'll occasionally meet a few classmates you know on the 16th bus to school, so it's not too boring.

Since the school was far from home, accommodation was the only option, and most of the class were resident students, with only a few local students who had to go home every day to report. The boarding life of returning home only once every two weeks has reduced the unnecessary nagging when parents are around. Perhaps it is for this reason that every time I go home, the food at home is exceptionally good.

It was raining on the day I went to Hwaseong, and it was drizzling, not big.
