When you reach the Chenggang realm, you need to absorb the power of Tiangang. After gathering the power of the earthly demonstrators, he completely drew a line with the mundane, and he was no longer a first-class mortal.

It can be said that in the second stage, every step up is far more difficult than the sum of the difficulties of the first three realms. If there is still a route and direction to be found in the first two stages, when it comes to the stage of refining qi and transforming gods, it varies from person to person, and it is a little elusive.

If nothing else, just look at the word "God" to know, what is God? God is the meaning of the original source power, and it is only when He is willing to reveal His own judgment that others can see it.

In other words, each person's understanding of "god" is different, and the divine power evolved is also different. The first two stages are about cultivating strength and qi, and at this stage, you are cultivating the mind, and the difficulty is not comparable to before.

It is also at this realm that whether it is cultivating martial arts or Taoist exercises, it becomes possible to look inside the body. Mortals only have one pair of eyes, and what they see is a foreign object, and it is impossible to say that they are truly "clear", so the sage Changyu Wenqiu of the era of the kingdoms said that "those who know others are wise, and those who know themselves are clear". Because the eyes of mortals are always fixed on others, they are clever and diligent in thinking, and it is not difficult to understand outsiders. But staring at others all day long, thinking about how to use others to achieve their own careers, can the foundation last for a long time? Only "self-knowledge" can "know".

What is "Ming"? The sun and the moon shine brightly. According to what Changyu Wenqiu said: "For people, it is the light of the sun and the moon, the end of the autumn, the change of heaven and earth, and the difference between things and me." If you can not only combine the light of the sun and the moon to understand others, but also be able to perceive the subtle analysis and discernment, you are a sage. It can also perceive the changes of heaven and earth, the flow of luck, and know the difference between things and me, distinguish between people and me, things and me, and find their own place in the world and all living beings, that is, the so-called sacred. ”

The realm of sages has nothing to do with the depth of cultivation, but only with the clarity of the mind.

Changyu Wenqiu has another saying: "If you listen partially, it will be dark, and if you listen to it, you will be clear." In fact, it is the same thing as what is said above, ordinary people think that only by listening to and believing partially, and listening to opinions from many parties can we understand the truth of the matter, but the truth of the matter is not on the outside but on the inside. The so-called "dark" actually refers to an unclear mind, not knowing who you want, what law you want to do, where you want to go, unclear ambitions, and unclear rules. The so-called "clear" means to have a clear mind, to know where you are going, to follow what method to go there, and to look at this place from the other place, so that you can see through the falsehood, understand the self and mix the self with the self. Not only knows where the world is, but also can transcend this realm, there is a little bit of "everyone is drunk and I am awake".

However, for those who practice martial arts and cultivation, the so-called "Ming" first lies in being able to look inward at the body, know the internal situation of their own body, only know their own condition, only can they take themselves as a whole, seduce the internal and external aura, implicate their own true qi with the aura and vitality of heaven and earth, and nourish themselves with the essence of heaven and earth, can they prolong their lives and even live forever.

Of course, if you want to really connect with heaven and earth, your own muscles and bones must not be too fragile, so the first three levels of cultivation are the way of refining the body, rushing acupoints, and building the foundation (refining bone marrow), polishing the flesh from the three aspects of flesh and blood, acupuncture points and bone marrow, and building the foundation of the path.

Today's Lin Zining has three problems, one is that his true qi is not smooth, the second is that his mind is unstable, and the third is that he is restless. The reason for the bad luck has already been said, and I will not repeat it.

As for divine consciousness, both Taoists and Buddhists talk about divine consciousness. For example, the first consciousness of Buddhism is the body consciousness, which requires the cultivation of the eyes, ears, nose, tongue and body, the circulation of the five qi luck, the five senses of sensitivity, and the practice of the five kinds of supernatural powers to pass the first level. The divine consciousness mentioned by Taoism is the meaning of the divine mind and the soul, and all mortals have three souls and seven spirits, and these three souls and seven spirits are the divine consciousness of people.

The so-called three souls refer to "heavenly soul, earth soul, and life soul", and in ancient times, they were called "fetal light, cool spirit, and ghost spirit". The seven spirits are one spirit of the sky, two spirits of wisdom, three spirits for the qi, four spirits for the force, five spirits for the center, six spirits for the essence, and seven spirits for the Ying.

The soul is yang, and the spirit is yin. Among the three souls and the seven spirits, each is divided into yin and yang. Among the three souls. The heavenly soul is yang, the earth soul is yin, and the life soul is yang. Among the seven spirits, the two spirits of heaven and soul are yin and heaven, the spirit and strength of the center are yang and are human, and the elite two are yang and earth.

Among the three souls, the two souls of heaven and earth are always outside, and only the soul lives alone. The three souls of heaven and earth do not often meet together. Among the seven spirits, there are two heavenly spirits, two earthly spirits and three human spirits, and the yin and yang correspond and are never separated. and often attached to the human body. The seven spirits of the human body are all in the hands of the soul of life. The soul is also known as the human soul, and the life of the human race is born from the womb of the soul of the human race. After the soul is in the womb, the energy is distributed on the seven chakras of the body's central vein, and the seven souls of the human body are formed. The spirit is unique to the human body, and after death, the seven spirits dissipate, and the soul also leaves, and the life ends there.

Lin Zining's problem is that his life and soul are unstable, and the three souls and seven spirits have not converged into one, and they cannot coordinate with each other. Since the three souls and seven spirits are not in harmony with each other, how can the seven emotions be coordinated, so the mood is naturally restless.
