In this way, although the cultivation will improve rapidly, the cultivation that has been improved will become a poison that kills the monk himself!

The final outcome of the monks who cultivated the "Medicine King Sutra" was that they would complete the "woodification" of the whole body at the moment of successful foundation building, and the Dao foundation that was originally built when the foundation was built will also become the essence core after the woodification.

The whole person will become a spiritual grass that looks like a human, but is essentially a medicinal herb, a person is not a person, and a demon is not a demon.

If it is said that the cultivation of many demon clans is to transform into people, then this exercise does the opposite, and finally turns the cultivator into a "spirit grass"!

The reason why it is said to be a spirit grass is because if it is directly put into the alchemy furnace, it can refine a "human pill" that has a certain effect on the primordial spirit!

This elixir condenses the essence that cultivators have accumulated from refining qi all the way to building a foundation, and absorbing it, even for monks in the Dan period, can be said to be a great tonic!

And this origin, if the cultivator has taken more spirit herbs and elixirs, the better the effect.

Ye Chen also understood why the Elder of the Void Son suddenly came out with some kind of Outer Dan Hall, and he had never been stingy with the supply of pills for these disciples of the Outer Dan Hall.
