Chapter Eighty-Eight: The Second Attack
"Fred, George, you're all right."
Worry was written all over Harry's face. Snape and Professor McGonagall were so clear that even he had a vague feeling that the twins had gone too far.
As Professor McGonagall said, Ravenclaw's Roger Davis is still in the hospital.
"It's nothing, at least everyone was happy just now, and that's enough for us!" George turned his head slightly to look at Fred, "You said yes, Fred?" ”
"Of course!" Fred bent down slightly, and put his hands on Harry's shoulders, "Listen Harry, we're Gryffindors!" ”
"Gryffindors have always been free!"
"Bringing joy to you, this is our freedom!"
"However, we've been deducted another 200 points...... Hermione frowned, and said seriously, "it's almost the holidays, and we can't pull up the score again!" ”
"Alright, Hermione." Ron interrupted Hermione with some impatience, "Don't say any points now, even if you don't deduct these 200 points, do you think we have a chance?" ”
"Ron!" Hermione turned her head and glared at Ron, and Harry and the twins hurriedly stood between the two.
In recent days, the relationship between the two has been very tense, and they often quarrel after saying a few words. Somehow, Ron always refuted Hermione's words, much to the annoyance of the little witch.
Harry was caught in the middle, he didn't want to see his two best friends at odds, but he didn't know how to persuade him.
That's because of the difference in perception.
Hermione felt that Hogwarts was in the right place to do so, and that she should focus on her studies, prepare for her final exams, and if she had free time, she could preview her homework for the next school year.
Ron was the complete opposite, thinking about how to help Harry find the culprit behind all this, rather than preparing for his final exams weeks in advance.
And for some reason, Ron has always been very hostile to Ike, and always speaks ill of Ike. At this time, Hermione would always defend Ike.
Then, there was another quarrel.
"Okay, okay, calm down." Fred and George hugged one and coaxed Hermione and Ron in both directions. Harry stood still, looking left at Hermione and then at Ron to the right, before running towards Ron after a few moments.
As a friend, Harry felt that the fragile Ron needed him more than the strong Hermione at times like these.
The farce in the Great Hall was over for the time being, and as the twins had expected, the castle had been talking about it all day, and the low air pressure that had been hanging over Hogwarts was much lighter.
The lion cubs are naturally optimistic, and the bottom of the academy coaster doesn't stop them from seeing the twins as heroes.
At least, the twins did what many people wanted to do but were afraid to do.
That alone is enough to make them the pride of Gryffindor.
Perhaps, it was the pride of everyone except Slytherin.
The atmosphere in Ravenclaw was also a little more pleasant, especially in the lower grades, and the common room was filled with many more people for a long time. Everyone chatted in groups, and this was the first time in nearly a month.
The same can be said of Hufflepuffs, who even have small celebratory parties next to the kitchen. Not to mention Gryffindor, where the treasured Butterbeer and leftover laborious fireworks were contributed by the twins, and the entire Gryffindor Tower was bustling.
Even if Patsy had been trying to maintain order and loudly exercising his duties as a prefect, he could not interrupt the joyous atmosphere of celebration among the little lions.
In such an atmosphere, no one paid attention to Patsy, who had just been discharged from the hospital and couldn't wait to show his existence.
It's like no one noticed, and Hermione quietly left the common room.
Pushing open the door of the common room, the fat lady in the portrait did not know where she had gone, perhaps she had entered the lounge to participate in the celebration.
Hermione thought to herself, she thought it should be like this.
Walking down the empty hallway, Hermione's head was empty, and an inexplicable feeling suddenly surrounded her.
The evening breeze was gentle, and the moonlight outside and the flickering torches on the hallway wall tossed her shadow and distorted it a little.
"Meow~"
A cat's meow suddenly sounded, startling a distracted Hermione, who suddenly thought that Lady Loris had been discharged from the hospital.
Running in a panic, through the hallways and stairs, it took a while to stop.
Hidden behind a stone pillar, Hermione was panting on her knees, poking her head out cautiously, and did not see Lady Loris or Filch, and her heart relaxed slightly.
Only then did she look around, and she ran to the corridor on the right side of the fourth floor.
Not far away, the wooden door was still closed.
Hermione couldn't help but relax a little more. A few steps to the door, stretched out his hand and pulled down, but did not pull.
"Alaho Cave Open!"
A flash of light flashed on the wand, and the wooden door opened. It was empty, with only a lone trapdoor panel on the floor.
I pulled it away and looked at it, it was dark.
Hermione didn't have the idea of going down, she didn't feel like those devil nets were still down there, even though she had learned the shock absorbing charm, there was no danger at such a height.
Somewhat abruptly, he closed the trapdoor panel and left the room in a few steps, leaving only a soft sigh.
Somehow, Hermione's mood improved. The little witch patted her cheek, and she decided to go back.
As the professors say, Hogwarts is not safe right now.
As soon as she left the hallway, Hermione suddenly shrank back again. Poked his head out of the corner of the wall and looked again, and immediately hid back in.
"Why is he here?"
After thinking about it, I decided to quietly follow.
It's so suspicious to wander around a castle alone at this time!
In this way, one in front and one in the back, before they knew it, the two of them walked all over the entire fourth floor.
Hermione's doubts were even worse, she didn't understand what this man was trying to do.
Just a quick stroll? Obviously impossible!
Ike was also confused, he couldn't figure out what Hermione was going to do with him for so long.
"So, how long are you going to come with me? Hermione? ”
At the end of the hallway, Ike stopped and asked aloud.
Hermione was startled again, and it took a moment before she stepped out from behind a stone pillar with a serious expression.
"What do you want to do when you're not in the dorm so late?"
"Aren't you the same?" Ike was a little helpless and took a few steps towards Hermione, not wanting to think that Hermione would step back like a frightened kitten.
Looking at the vigilant Hermione, Ike suddenly didn't want to say anything more and sighed lightly.
"If you want to follow......"
Going down the stairs, the two of them walked the entire third floor one after the other, until they were halfway through the second floor, and Ike suddenly became a little annoyed.
"How long are you going to follow me?"
Hermione didn't speak, her right hand clutching her wand tightly, not knowing what to be wary of.
Ike sighed softly again, "Hermione, I ......"
Before she could finish speaking, her left hand flicked violently, and Hermione only felt as if she had been hit by a car, and she was pulled aside and fell to the ground. When I looked up again, I saw a red light and a green light connected together, making a crackling sound, which was very harsh.
Looking at the red light, I saw Ike holding his wand in his right hand, his expression serious, his hair and clothes fluttering backwards as if they were being blown by a strong wind. On the other side of the green light, there was a strange woman with blonde hair and glasses, with a hideous expression, and her hand clenched her wand, as if she had used the strength of her whole body.
A crackling sound resounded through the hallway, and the two sides remained at a stalemate, as if there was no intention of stopping.
Classic red and green against waves, Ike is relaxed.
After all, from Hermione's point of view, he was on the right!
