Chapter Seventy-Seven: The Barrel Restaurant
Luke expertly drove the cart to the camp and knocked on the camp gate.
After a while, two S.H.I.E.L.D. agents with ugly faces opened the door and motioned for Luke and the others to enter.
As soon as he entered, Luke saw the hammer of Thor surrounded in the middle, and further inside, the makeshift command center.
"That's Mjolnir?"
Daisy asked with a little excitement.
"That's right, that's it."
Luke explained, and all three looked at the hammer that had been wet from the rainstorm.
Only Luke raised his head slightly, and the eagle eye above his head quietly took a few steps back.
Further inside, there is a temporary command center set up by S.H.I.E.L.D. and others, and a bitter-looking Coulson is still waiting for Luke and them.
"What? Not happy to see me? β
Luke laughed.
"We had imagined countless ways to meet, maybe it was war, maybe it was in prison, but we didn't expect it to be here," Coulson said in a complicated way. β
"Life is full of surprises, welcome me in and sit?"
As he spoke, Luke looked at the agents around him, Pierce's subordinate Jasper, and his subordinate Dennis, all in the command center.
Dennis also sneaked a look at Luke and the others from time to time, like a novice who had just entered the industry.
"Let's sit down first!"
Coulson smiled wryly.
The four of them followed Coulson inside.
In front of a conference room, Coulson opened the door and invited Luke in, who looked at Jane beside him.
Coulson said, "Don't worry, just talking, they're right next door." β
Luke bowed slightly, and the three of Jane followed the agent on the side to leave.
When Luke and the others entered the conference room, Coulson sighed.
"Why sigh? I think you'd love to talk to me, right? β
Luke laughed.
For Luke's almost self-destructive behavior, Coulson had even more headaches.
"Yes, our director can't wait to fly over to see you now, but unfortunately, he still has important things to do."
"Okay, I hope they're okay."
Luke folded his hands in a prayer gesture, but in Coulson's view, it was a bit of mockery and metaphor.
"Can you tell me why you're here?"
Coulson asked.
"For the sake of a stupid big guy with a long beard, he should be next door."
Luke laughed.
Coulson's expression changed, "Is he really Thor?" β
Luke nodded slightly.
Coulson's face was even more ugly, he had known about the existence of aliens for a long time, but the arrival of the legendary god still made him feel detached from reality.
Coulson was about to say something, but Luke turned his head slightly and looked out the door.
At this time, Luke and Loki were staring at each other through a thin door.
Loki smiled grimly: "Interesting mortal. β
After saying that, he disappeared in place.
Luke looked at Coulson again and said, "I want to take that stupid big man, no problem, right?" β
"I think I'm going to ask the Director."
"Five minutes for you."
Luke said.
Coulson nodded, quickly got up and took out his phone and left.
Luke sat quietly in the conference room, pointing to his watch from time to time.
As soon as the five minutes were up, and Luke had just gotten up, Coulson pushed the door open and said, "Okay, we'll send you away." β
"And Professor Eric's vehicles and materials."
"Yes."
This time Coulson was quicker to answer.
Luke bowed slightly, and followed Coulson out of the gate, where a dejected Thor and the happy trio were inspecting their vehicles.
"You're finally here."
Jane breathed a sigh of relief.
Luke smiled and looked at Coulson, "Goodbye." β
"Goodbye, goodbye!"
Coulson nodded busily, although Hawkeye had been aiming at Luke, but it didn't bring much security.
The strength of Luke and the others is best known to him and Natasha.
If you can, don't do it.
The group left the crater camp in two cars, and Coulson stood in the heavy rain with a subtle expression on his face.
After a long time, he returned to the camp.
It was still raining, and Luke and Jane sat in the cab, while Thor lay in the car body, letting the rain hit him, and muttering inexplicably from time to time.
It should be Loki who tricked Thor into saying that Odin died.
Professor Eric and Daisy drive their lab cart.
After tossing and turning in the middle of the night, everyone was very tired, and at Luke's suggestion, they went to the hotel for a short night's rest.
But Thor, for the past two days, has become a fool with a crying nose.
Beer all day long, or crying with a headache and a face full of remorse, until a few days later, slowly recovered.
"Have you thought about it?"
Luke asked with interest.
"That's right, I've lost my throne and lost my divine power, I want to learn and live with you first."
Thor said seriously, "I can also do tasks such as maintaining the World Tree, and I'm happy to do it." β
Looking at Thor, who was obviously serious, Luke suddenly couldn't say anything.
The three Eric on the side were already laughing straight.
"Okay, I'll take care of the World Tree myself, but I can open a small shop, right in this town, are you interested?"
Luke said, pushing his brow.
"This! That's good! When I make a profit, I will return the money to you! β
Saul Dao.
Luke waved his hand, "Don't worry, we'll have a lot of time to meet in the future." β
Anyway, a day or two later, Sif and the others came.
In the afternoon, under Luke's powerful financial offensive, Thor became the owner of a street-side tavern.
Luke also gave him a name by the way.
γBarrel Restaurantγ
It's a commemoration of your round shape in advance.
After settling Thor, Luke left with the three Eric and went to their studio.
It is called the inspection work.
Luke used this excuse to stay for two more days.
Early on the morning of the third day, the machine readings on the side suddenly rose again.
"What's wrong?"
Luke asked, confused.
Professor Eric said with a bitter face, "This was the same movement when Thor came last time. β
Luke thought for a moment, pushed open the gate, and stood in the center of the town, looking into the distance, there were four more figures in the yellow sand and dust.
It's Sif and Asgar's three macho men.
"Go and call Thor."
Luke said.
Eric looked at Jane, Jane looked at Daisy, Daisy looked at the air around her, her face fell, and she said in a complaining tone, "Okay, I'll go!" β
"Do you know them?"
Jane asked suddenly.
Luke shook his head and nodded, "I know them, they don't know me." β
Jane nodded as if she didn't understand.
Sif, who was in the distance, suddenly looked at Luke and whispered, "That atrium man has a lot of energy, be careful." β
"Of course, business matters."
Vandal on the side nodded in response, and the two people around him also nodded in agreement.
Now it's important to bring Thor back to Asgard.
