[Inhibition at work: unconscious obstruction]

Every job starts out as a voluntary job that the individual wants to do, but the job quickly becomes a responsibility that has to be performed, so the individual has a negative resistance.

Individuals often find themselves caught in a conflict between a fanatical desire to do something perfectly and a reluctance to do it at all.

The outcome of the conflict will vary depending on the forces of the factors involved in the conflict, and it will lead to complete inertia to a greater or lesser extent.

The fanaticism and inertia of the work will rotate over and over again in the same person, and the work will become extremely difficult because of it.

The more trivial and unconventional the task, the more nervous the individual feels, because every link must be flawless, and once a mistake is made, anxiety will follow, so the individual begins to look for all kinds of excuses, hoping to give up the job altogether, or transfer these tasks to someone else.
