Received by Mr. Harry Potter
Mr. Harry Potter:
I mean, if there really were Harry Potter in this world.
I had also sent it to Sherlock Holmes at 221B Baker Street, London, but the postman returned the letter with a red postmark saying "No such person".
When I came to London, I had to be sure what kind of world it was, right?
Thankfully, there is no Metropolis Superman in the Pretty Country here.
There is no Batman of Gotham either.
There is no Flash in Canterlot and Stark Industries......
Well, I didn't dare to write on the letter until I made sure that there was no such thing.
Anyway, London in 1991, I really can't think of anything special.
Until I saw an owl.
So I thought, what if there's Harry Potter? Right, the boy who never died.
I don't know if this letter will ever be returned again - in fact, I have accepted the reality myself.
No matter how absurd, as long as it happens and exists, it can only be accepted.
But the postman was a kind boy with freckles, and he always reassured me that it was because the envelope was too old...... It's really thoughtful, this is obviously the old envelope I dug out of the garbage heap, thank you for his willingness to deliver it for me.
So, this is the last letter.
Let me see the world, what's different?
So, Mr. Harry Potter - would you write back to me if it were really you?
You are faithful
Lin An (Miss)
……
Harry was lying in his locker, staring at the old letter in front of him, his heart filled with indescribable joy.
This morning - well, it's Dudley's birthday, but unfortunately, Harry released a Brazilian python at the zoo......
Harry sighed: he didn't mean to.
However, Dudley, as well as his classmate Peel, were so frightened that the Dursleys were disgraced.
In order to comfort his dear poor little Dada, Harry was ordered to return to his locker and confined.
But...... Confinement is confinement, and the work that should be done is not less.
For example, take the letter.
Uncle Vernon said, "Dudley go get it." ”
Dudley would say, "Let Harinah." ”
If Harry doesn't move, Aunt Petunia will say, "Take your Smetin cane and chase him out!" ”
Dudley was given his uniform at Smailing Middle School, Mr. Dursley's alma mater. Father and son were quite proud, often wielding what looked like a wizard's staff.
Harry didn't want to be beaten.
So he went and got the letter.
There was a birthday greeting from Dada, a letter from Aunt Penny's friend from Majorca......
and, at the bottom.
Old, dirty, even like a crumpled letter.
It reads:
"Received by Mr. Harry Potter"
For a moment—Harry felt like he couldn't breathe.
There seemed to be a nerve beating in the brain, the voice of the heart was amplified, and a stream of hot blood rushed to the brain......
In short, this is an unprecedented surprise that he never imagined.
Actually! Someone! Give it to him! Write a letter to Harry Potter!
Anyway, Harry felt that it was God's guidance, and he hid the letter in his pocket.
Back in the storage room, he opened the letter with extra caution almost with a reverent mind-
If you don't do this, it won't work, whether it's an envelope or a letter paper, it's too fragile.
It seems to have been crumpled by someone, and it seems to have been carefully flattened.
He was the first to see time.
The time of sending the letter is 6.12, but it is Dudley's birthday, 6.23.
Sky!
Once again, Harry, who had read the letter, almost jumped up—
It's been so long, and if he hasn't replied to the letter, how sad must the letter be on the other side?!
