26. Slytherin Lounge

Passing through the long corridor and descending several spiral staircases, we came to a wet stone wall, on which a knight with a straight face and a sword in his hand:

"Password."

Prefect Jem Hollens was a tall, serious-faced boy who was 1.8 meters tall, wearing a robe at the moment, and his brown hair was shiny and smooth.

However, it is probably the development period, and the male duck's voice is not very good:

"Glory."

The knight retracted his sword, and the door opened.

Sandwiched between the large army, Timber entered the Slytherin break room.

Slytherin's common room—not quite to her liking.

Black marble is layered on top of each other, and the ceiling is a huge dome carved from translucent crystal, with a faint shimmering light outside.

At the top of the dome, a cluster of green flames hung from the huge iron chains, which made the dark green velvet drapery of the entire lounge more and more gloomy.

The fireplace in the corner of the lounge was blazing, but Lin An didn't see any firewood or charcoal. The room is full of flashy carved chairs – honestly, like a hotel lobby in later generations, except for the lighting atmosphere.

The only thing to be thankful for is that it's not as damp as she thought it would be.

It's warm, it's neither dry nor wet, and it's very comfortable in terms of temperature and humidity.

Just then, she saw a giant octopus tentacle glide past the crystal dome.

Lin An: ......

Now I'm starting to regret coming to Slytherin.

However, at the moment, the most important thing is not the lounge, but the prefect's lecture.

"Freshmen."

Sixth Grade Prefect Jem Hollens spoke as a representative:

"Slytherin's motto: Slytherin will help you on the way to greatness."

"In addition, our founder, is one of the great Four: Salazar Slytherin. The first Slytherin headmaster of Hogwarts, Phineas Nigelles Black. The current dean, and our Potions professor, Severus Snape. ”

"Please remember the glory and strive for the honor of the college."

"If some students let the college deduct a lot of points, I don't think we will allow it."

As he said this, his eyes swept over the first-year freshman, lingering briefly on Lynn and Draco.

The children on Lin An's side let out a slight commotion.

Draco beside him raised his head proudly, his face serious, but Lin An saw that he had one hand clenched into a fist and the other hand holding the fluorescent ball—obviously nervous.

"Also, about the first-year students: our lounge is mysterious and quiet, and the bedrooms are very comfortable, you will love it.

"It's also very safe, no outsiders have come in for 700 years. The password changes every two weeks and will be notified by the prefect of each grade. ”

"If you get lost at Hogwarts or get haunted by Peeves, you can ask Barrow the Ghost the Bloodman for help, he is also from our house."

The prefect was full of pride when he spoke, and it was clear that he had a great sense of belonging to the college.

But for some reason, Lynn remembered that Harry and Ron, in their second year, had drunk Polyjuice Potion and entered Slytherin.

Well...... It is a tragedy that 700 years of security have been interrupted.

However, the young prefect had not yet learned bureaucracy, and the lecture was brief, and the progression from college honor to freshman life was obviously over.

And just as everyone was about to leave, a first-year freshman, Pansy Parkinson, suddenly stood up:

"Draco, does Uncle Lucius know you're entangled with a half-blood girl?"
