208. Qi Hai Dantian
Pei County is a good place, with mountains, rivers and forests.
Although I grew up in Chen Guoxiangyi, my hometown is in Song Guopei County.
After separating from Yangziju, I went to Pei County to live in seclusion, farming and eating, weaving and dressing.
But I never thought that fame has wings, and even if it is not deliberately spread, there will be people who will come one after another, asking about the way of cultivation, the purpose of learning, and the importance of life.
I couldn't shirk it, so I taught them something.
Of course, there are some things that will not be taught to them in vain, and it just so happened that my research on Qi fell into a bottleneck, and I decided to find a breakthrough in these people.
I divide the practice of practicing Qi into four stages.
Feel Qi, lead Qi, accept Qi, use Qi.
Although I haven't figured out a way to make it easy for any ordinary person to feel Qi, I'm already past this stage.
Since I can feel Qi, it means that thousands of ordinary people in this world can feel Qi.
I'll always find a way.
The method of inducing Qi is ready-made, and it does not need to be seriously studied.
However, during my research, I did find some problems.
In the process of inducing Qi, I found that although the Qi introduced into the body does not remain for a long time, it can flow through the body in a certain route.
I didn't know what these routes were, so I wrote to a friend I met during my travels.
His name is Changsangjun, and he is a heterogeneous (half-breed) much younger than me.
Although he is a different species, in his cognition, he has always considered himself a human race.
I saw the shadow of the Spirit King in him.
Chang Sangjun is also a very good doctor.
He knows a lot more about the human body than I do, so I told him about my physical condition and hoped that he could give me an answer.
A few days later, I received a reply from Chang Sangjun.
He didn't answer my question in the letter first, but was very excited to say that he had accepted a disciple with excellent talent called Ji Yueren, and his skills finally had a mantle to inherit.
I'm happy for him, but I'm also a little disappointed.
I have spent half my life and had countless disciples, but who can inherit what I have learned in my life?
If I can't fulfill my promise with the Spirit King, who can open a way for me to be a human race?
Yin Xi? Yangziju? Xinxuan? Gengsang Chu? Or is it a cypress?
It seems to be all right, but it seems to be almost something.
I was a little lost for a moment, and I followed the letter and looked down.
The second half of the letter was Chang Sangjun's answer to me, and he told me that this kind of thing was mentioned in the "Yellow Emperor's Neijing", called the meridians, although they spread all over the body like the blood, but they are different from the blood vessels that transport blood, and the meridians are the places where the human body travels qi.
The so-called essence and spirit are hidden in the body, the spirit is contained in the soul, and the qi is in the meridians.
The meridians are the places where qi is practiced......
I stared at the line and felt some kind of pull of fate.
The meridians are the places where qi is flowed......
The meridians are the place where the Qi is practiced......
Why did I name this wonderful power "Qi" in the first place?
Is that really what I think?
Or is it the "Tao" in the dark?
It may have been the first time in my life that I had been so close to the Dao, but there was no trace of the Dao, and all I could reach out for was the wind that swirled by.
The theory of meridians is very useful for the study of Qi.
Because the Qi introduced into the body could not be retained for too long, I tried many times with the method of inducing Qi, guiding the Qi to wander around the body, and finally drew a complete diagram of the meridians.
At the same time, I found that the parts of the body that were passed through the meridians by the Qi became stronger, and a very small part of the Qi was absorbed by the body.
Although the Qi absorbed into the body cannot be recycled, they give the body extraordinary strength and speed, and I feel that my body has begun to metamorphose, and even the willow tree in front of the door can be uprooted.
At the same time, I also found that after the Qi travels around the meridians, more Qi will be introduced into the body next time, and at the same time, the Qi that can be accommodated in the meridians will also increase.
It's like the meridians have been widened.
But even so, the Qi introduced into the body still does not stay in the body for a long time, but because there are more of them, the escape time will be correspondingly longer.
That's not the way to go.
A leaky container, no matter how slow it leaks, cannot be used to hold water.
I had to find a way to store the Qi in my body.
Na Qi is the third step of practicing Qi.
As for the last step, "using Qi", I already have some clues, although the idea is not mature, but it can be regarded as a zero breakthrough, so it can be put on hold for the time being.
The most important thing now is to study how to accept it.
If you can't contain Qi in your body, then even if you use Qi's method to play with flowers, it's just empty talk.
If you have to say it, there is no high or low difference between the four steps of practicing Qi, but relatively speaking, Na Qi is indeed the most important step.
Cultivation and seeking the Tao are things that have always been with me in my later years.
At some point, those who came to study claimed to be my disciples, and before I knew it, my disciples were all over the world.
But I don't remember accepting so many disciples.
Well, this is also the way.
I have a good mentality, and although I have not attained the Tao, I already know how to comfort myself with the Tao.
Except for those disturbances, the days of Pei County are quite clean.
Until one day, the arrival of a man broke this peace.
It was a man I had always wanted to look for him, but I never set out to find him.
Confucius.
Today, Confucius is known to many people as Confucius.
When I saw Conciu again, I was still amazed by his talent.
Qi has the effect of prolonging life, I understand, but Kong Qiu is now fifty-one years old, and he still looks like he is twenty years old.
It's just that at this time, although he is still twenty years old, he is a little less youthful and frivolous.
Kong Qiu came to my door with his disciples.
Over the years, Confucius has grown to the level of being as famous as me, and his knowledge is so great that it is rumored that I am on a par with the two.
But the purpose of his visit this time is not to separate himself from me.
Once when we were separated from the capital of Zhou, I sought his way.
At that time, he said that he had not attained enlightenment and that he needed to travel again.
I have also heard of his experience over the years, traveling between countries, preaching his Confucian principles.
There are two of us, one is Confucianism, and the other is Taoism.
He came here this time probably to discuss the principles of Confucianism and Taoism.
I welcomed him into the hall and asked, "Are you here?" I have heard that you are already a sage of the north, have you attained enlightenment? β
Kongqiu said, "I have not attained enlightenment. β
I asked, "Where do you seek the Truth?" β
Kong Qiu said: "I ask for the number of techniques, but I can't do it for five years." β
I asked, "Where did you come from?" β
Confucius said: "I have sought the Tao from yin and yang, and I have not been able to do so for twelve years. β
I had to sigh: "Where is the avenue in this world?" β
Kongqiu shook his head and looked at me.
He opened his mouth and began to preach to me about his righteousness.
I listened carefully and it felt very reasonable, but it was still too naΓ―ve.
According to benevolence and righteousness, if there are only human races in the world, then this doctrine is well-deserved to be the first in the world.
But the world is not so simple.
Dragons, Terrans, Xenomorphs.
Righteousness is only a sword that kills people.
I asked Kongqiu, "Have you ever seen a real dragon?" β
Kong Qiu shook his head: "I've just heard of it, but I've never seen it." β
I know that he is modest, I have heard that he has personally pressed a half-dragon to the ground in a certain country, and even if he has never seen a real dragon, he has the power to be inferior to a real dragon.
I told him, "The true dragon is the one who values blood and the strong one who is strong, and benevolence and righteousness are only digesting him, because he is the natural enemy of the human race. β
"It's like a dustpan that enters the eye, and the heavens and the earth look upside down; Mosquitoes and flies bite the skin, and they can't sleep all night. β
"There are things that are not what you ask for, but they will find you on their own, like the dragon."
"No matter how righteous you are at this time, it is useless."
"Righteousness poisons and harasses people's hearts, and there is no greater evil than righteousness."
"If you want the world not to lose its simplicity, you can follow the path of creation, and you will always stand morally, why rush to mark benevolence and righteousness, like beating a drum to find a lost child?"
"White cranes don't have to be washed every day to be white, crows don't have to be dyed black every day, the nature of black and white is not worth debating; The title of honor is not worth exaggerating. β
"When the spring water is dry, the fish are trapped on the land, sucking each other with moisture, and wetting each other with foam, it is better to forget each other in the great rivers and lakes."
"The so-called benevolence and righteousness are nothing but your wishful thinking."
After listening to my words, Conciu fell silent.
The sturdy disciple beside him looked a little trembling, as if he was afraid of something.
Later, I learned that many of Confucius's disciples had been subdued by him, and that he had heard me so brazenly misinterpret Confucius's doctrine that he was afraid that Confucius would throw a punch and make me half-defeated.
I know Kong Qiu's strength, and this trip is really a trip to the Ghost Gate.
However, the fifty-one-year-old Kong Qiu is somewhat self-contained, and he has not been able to do such a thing as saying it.
Of course, he didn't change his mind because of my words.
Benevolence and righteousness are things that he has insisted on for half his life, and as a person who has also insisted on half his life, or even will persist for a lifetime, I deeply understand that feeling.
I didn't try to persuade him again, but instead went on to talk about something else.
He told me about what he had seen and heard during his travels around the world, and I told him about the study of Qi and the method of inducing Qi that I had received from Yin Xi.
I asked Confucius to join me in creating a method of Naqi.
Because of Kongqiu's outstanding talent and special body, after Qi entered his body, he actually did not escape outward, but concentrated in one place.
I used to be unable to feel Qi, and I didn't know where the meridians were, so I was naturally blind to this situation.
But this is no longer the case.
After I let Kong Qiu induce Qi into my body, I didn't care about them anymore and let them flow freely, while I choked Kong Qiu's veins and guided Qi to run in the meridians in Kong Qiu's body little by little.
The operation of Qi is very smooth and smooth.
Perhaps because of Kongqiu's perennial Qi movements, his meridians are much thicker than mine, and he can hold more Qi, so I will feel very difficult to urge those Qi.
But soon, a strange feeling appeared.
The Qi in Kongqiu's body broke away from my control and sped through the meridians in a wonderful route.
Like a wild horse on the loose.
Kongqiu said that he had no control, and that it was Qi's self-movement.
It's amazing!
I took the meridian diagram I had drawn earlier, marked the trajectory of the Qi in Kongqiu's body on the meridian diagram, and then carefully stared at the movement of the Qi.
After a while, this Qi seemed to be tired, and the speed finally slowed down.
However, the phenomenon of escaping outward does not occur, but moves purposefully along the meridians to a certain place.
I know, and then maybe I can know the reason why Kongqiu's body can accept Qi.
That Qi went all the way down in my perception, and then when it passed through a meridian, it suddenly disappeared.
That's right, suddenly!
I picked up the meridian diagram and looked at it, and found that it was the Qi Sea Acupoint of the Ren vein.
Air Sea ......
I couldn't help but think of the letter Chang Sangjun wrote to me at the beginning.
The meridians are the places where qi is practiced.
The meridians are the places where the qi is practiced.
Air Sea ...... Could it be Qihai?
I felt as if some kind of great terror had befallen me, but I also felt a surprise beyond the heart season.
It suddenly occurred to me that if this is the case, could it be that the "qi" mentioned by the ancients in the past is in a sense the "qi" that refers to it?
Although I can't think of the proof, I firmly believe it.
At my request, Kong Qiu stayed in Pei County and helped me study the method of practicing Qi together.
Although at first Kong Qiu said that he was busy promoting his benevolence and righteousness, after I told him that this was a major matter for the human race, he hesitated a little and agreed.
Staying with him was the disciple named Ge Tian.
Those days were probably my happiest time.
I have been engaged in the study of Qi for half my life, but my talent has limited me, so that I have no theory but cannot put it into practice.
Kong Qiu is extremely talented, but he is so devoted to research and scholarship that he has wasted his great talent, and he will only raise his fist to smash people until now.
Now the two of us are together, learning from each other's strengths, and the research progress is progressing rapidly.
We found that although the Qi Sea is called the Sea, it is actually not a place to house Yuan Qi, but more like a portal.
Behind the door is the place where the Qi can really be accommodated.
Ordinary people also have this place, but because ordinary people can't feel it.
Even if you feel successful, you won't get into your body.
Even if the qi is induced, the sea of qi in the body is inherently closed.
Therefore, very few people can truly grasp the mystery of Qi.
Kong Qiu and I gave a name to the place after the Qi Sea: Dantian.
I don't know why, but the name suddenly came to mind.
It's like naming this wonderful power "Qi" in the first place.
Time passes, I don't know the cold and heat.
I don't know how long I've lived here.
The sea of qi is not so easy to open, I discussed with Kong Qiu for a long time, and felt that I should use a large amount of qi to impact the sea of qi, so that I could rush through the sea of qi and enter the dantian.
However, it is also difficult for an ordinary person to introduce a large amount of Qi.
Qi walks in the body for a week to broaden a trace of meridians.
I don't know how long I've been practicing now, but the strength of the meridians is only one-tenth of that of Kongqiu.
If you want to break through the sea of qi, you don't know when.
Kong Qiu was gone, and he was going to continue to preach his benevolence, but he kept his disciple Ge Tian behind to help me with my follow-up research.
