Chapter 3: Harry Potter and the Hogwarts Express
Behind the giant was a little boy.
Hearing the commotion coming from the door, both Ollivander and Roy looked at the door.
"It's you, Hagrid, good afternoon." Ollivander said hello.
"Running errands for Hogwarts?" Ollivander asked again.
"Hmm. Looks like we'll have to wait a while. Hagrid said the second half of the sentence to Harry Potter.
"Hmm." The boy seemed a little reserved at this point. One is because of the atmosphere in the store and the nervousness of buying a wand, and the other is because of the appearance of the girl in front of me.
The girl's right hand naturally hung down, and she held her right arm around her chest, stood with her right foot, and stood on tiptoe with her left foot back slightly. A beam of sunlight gently shone on the girl's body, and the soft silver hair fell down, shining with a soft light, lining the girl to dust. Snow muscles and silver hair. The eyebrows are like distant mountains without depiction, and the lips are not dotted if they are smeared. The long eyelashes hold the ruby red peach blossom eyes, and the beautiful eyes are longing.
When the girl saw Hagrid Harry and the others, she tilted her head slightly, and waved her hand softly to say hello.
"You... You guys... Good. Harry replied with a slight stiffness. Hagrid didn't react, just greeted him warmly.
"Then, Mr. Ollivander, the wand business is up to you." Roy instructed before leaving, pushed the door open and went out. He also glanced at Harry as he stepped out the door.
It wasn't until Roy left that Harry seemed relieved.
"Is that girl a Hogwarts student too?" Harry asked Hagrid next to him. Hagrid looked at Ollivanders.
"That student is also a new student at Hogwarts, and besides, he's a man." Ollivander explained.
"Huh?!" Harry Potter's pupils twitched slightly, as if he couldn't believe what Ollivander had just said.
……
After leaving the Ollivanders Wand Shop, Roy went to the Lady Morkin Robe Store, the Blotted Bookstore, the Babbling Owl Store and other stores, during which he was misgendered at the Lady Morkin Robe Store and was almost sold a witch robe uniform.
In the evening, Roy looked at the starry sky, and the corners of his eyes narrowed slightly. "When will we be able to walk in space?" Roy sighed with emotion.
Back home, Roy suddenly realized something. "What was my purpose in putting things away in the first place...... Isn't there still a month left for the school year......"
For the rest of the month, Roy read all the books he had bought at the Blotts.
……
1 September, King's Cross Station.
Harry stood in the middle of the platform, fazed by a large suitcase and an owl, with a pocket full of magic coins. He's at a loss right now. Just as Harry was at a loss for what to do, and was about to stop a passing guard, he saw a silver-white figure out of the corner of his eye. He hesitated for a moment, then chased after him. There is no other way.
Roy stood on the platform, with a suitcase next to him in order not to be a maverick, and he was about to walk towards the partition wall between platforms 9 and 10.
Then a voice came: "I'm sorry. Harry hurried over, "Where's the platform for nine and three-quarters?" ”
"Just walk straight towards the wall between platforms 9 and 10." Roy's voice was cold.
"Thank you - are you a new Hogwarts student too?" Although he had heard it from Ollivander, he asked again.
"Hmm. I was also an orphan and grew up in my adoptive Muggle family. ”
"Also?" Harry noticed the word. "How did you know I was from a Muggle family?"
"Your scar was just revealed. Your name is so famous in the wizarding world that I can see your name in any book. Roy shrugged.
"This ......"
"Let's go to the nine-and-three-quarters platform first, lest you miss the train." If you're nervous, close your eyes and rush in. Roy dragged his suitcase and walked without looking back towards the partition wall between platforms 9 and 10.
"Wait......" Harry saw Roy through the wall, his heart fluttered, he closed his eyes, and rushed in.
But nothing happened...... He continued to run forward...... He opened his eyes.
A crimson steam train stops next to a platform packed with passengers. The sign on the train reads: Hogwarts Express, eleven o'clock. Harry looked back and saw that what had been a partition wall had turned out to be a wrought iron passage with the words: Platform 93/4. He did it.
The smoke of the steam locomotive swirled over the chirping crowd, and cats of all colors walked through the feet of the people. Amid the humming of the crowd and the cacophony of dragging heavy luggage, owls also chirped and chirped.
Harry saw Roy with a suitcase next to him and greeted him.
“…… Wait, you just said that my name is written on the book? ”
"A Modern History of Magic", "The Rise and Fall of Black Magic", "Important Magical Events of the Twentieth Century", ...... There are many more books that mention you, and if you want to learn more about the wizarding world, you can read them. ”
Roy raised his right hand, and a stack of books suddenly appeared in his hand.
He looked at Harry with a smile.
Harry looked at the pile of books, which was at least one story high, three meters high, and suddenly felt dizzy, his mouth opened slightly, and he swallowed. How did he hold so many books in one hand? It was a question on Harry's mind right now.
The wizard passing by didn't even look at this side as if he was familiar with it.
Harry looked at the wizards passing by and thought: could all wizards be like this, otherwise how could they be the same as if they didn't see it...... Wrong!
"Aren't you from a Muggle family, how could you be...... Magic? Harry asked directly
"I learned a few casually when I read a book at home, don't care, you can do it after entering school, I just learned a few small magic that is easy to learn first, the gap between us is not big, you can catch up soon if you learn casually." Roy began his flickering.
"Oh......" Harry was still a little dizzy at the moment, and he was going to look around him to distract himself: the first few carriages were already packed with students, some of them leaning out of the windows to talk to their families, some of them fighting in their seats.
"Let's go." Roy reminded Harry, "Hmm. Harry withdrew his gaze and pushed the cart with Roy to find the carriage.
The two squeezed through the crowd and found an empty compartment near the back of the car. Harry put Hedwig on it first, then dragged his suitcase towards the door, and when Roy saw it, he took out his ebony wand and pointed at the suitcase, and the box was immediately lightweight.
"Thanks." Harry pushed the box into the corner of the box and looked enviously at Roy's wand.
"Levitation Charm, very simple magic, generally speaking, Charms class will be taught around Halloween, you can also learn it yourself first, but you need to pay attention to the pronunciation, so it is recommended to wait for Charms class." Roy noticed his gaze and explained.
"Hmm. I get it. ”
The two chatted in the box for a while.
A red-haired boy with a freckled face opened the sliding door of the box and walked in.
