Although it only burned to about 37.5, the experience was quite bad.

It's speechless.

Judging by personal experience, you must rest for a period of time after the sun, at least for a month, don't stay up late, don't do strenuous exercise.

It is said that Boss Mei did not run for a month and a half after Yang, which feels reasonable.

Every time I had a fever, I started shivering 2-3 hours after going to bed and then I was listless the next day.

Everyone must be careful, don't rush into strenuous exercise, stay up late, etc.

From my experience, this is a very bad practice for the recovery of the high probability.
