Chapter 1: A dream is not a dream

Next Chapter

I had a dream that I couldn't say it had to be, and since then, I've acquired a singular skill that has completely changed the course of my destiny.

One summer, at 10 p.m.

As usual, I would fall asleep in 5 minutes, and I should have fallen asleep.

Suddenly, a white light flashed, and I felt myself floating out of bed. It was amazing, there was an invisible force that held me up, and if I had long hair, it would fall vertically, just like in a thriller.

Leaving his bed, with his hands at his side and his legs straight, he didn't change as he did when he was lying on the bed. The first thought that flashes through my mind is a dream.

Unlike previous dreams, my body was not controlled at all, and I still saw that my bed was empty, and Han Xiaobai, who was lying opposite me, was still snoring evenly.

I slipped through the window. I remember very well that the window was closed by Han Xiaobai before going to bed to prevent the night breeze from catching cold. Now I pass through the window and I don't hear the glass breaking.

Outdoors, I became vertical, floating in the air, rising higher and higher until I stood above the city. There is no moon, the stars are shining, the city lights are brilliant, and the occasional passing car brings a gust of wind, which makes it even more silent.

I floated up to a woman, and her physiognomy and outfit were very clear. Blonde-haired, white-skinned, dignified-looking, about 40 years old, wearing whiter clothes and trousers, and white shoes, the whole body radiated a faint peaceful holy light.

Saint? Fairy? Bodhisattva?

I immediately felt admiration and admiration in my heart, and I could not tolerate the slightest blasphemy. My ethereal feeling just now is unusually calm and clear, and perhaps this fairy has influenced me.

I had a desire to communicate, and I opened my mouth without a sound. I couldn't speak, I only had the sound of air coming out of my throat, and my vocal cords didn't sound at all.

"Congratulations, you've been chosen. I am an emissary of an extraterritorial spaceship, and I welcome you on behalf of the captain. You don't have to speak, I know what you want to say. I also know that you can understand what I say, and most importantly you learn to keep your mouth shut, both now and later. ”

The female envoy was able to speak fluent Chinese, her voice was not high, her voice was soft, but there was no lack of majesty. The voice seemed to come from the depths of my brain, clear and profound, more like my own soul talking to me. She had insight into my thoughts, and her words were exactly what I was looking for.

"You have come to a different dimension, parallel to your world, and there are many phenomena that you cannot understand, and with your intelligence and cognition, you are not yet at this level. It doesn't matter. To illustrate, time stops when you leave your original world. Anyone who arrives in this space will always maintain the original state of life, will not age, will not die, and can live forever. ”

Dream! It's an absolute dream! It is only possible in mythology. I didn't believe what she said, and because my body was being controlled, I had to listen to her obediently.

"Of course, anyone who violates the rules of this space will be put to death."

it! Immortals will also be put to death!

"Since I chose you to be destined for each other, you can choose to stay here and become one of us, or you can choose to return to your original world and continue your life."

I couldn't speak, but my mental activity never stopped. Who will live in a dream forever, a dream will wake up after all, and the ordinary world of reality is my real life! Even if I live a hard and poor life, I am willing to fight all my life!

"I already know your options. Since you don't want to be a member of the outer dimension, I'll send you back. However, you still have to come with me and complete the relevant formalities. ”

The messenger floated forward, and I couldn't help but follow behind her.

A behemoth appeared ahead, like an aircraft carrier. A large cuboid with small windows glowing with dazzling white light.

A door opened under the ship, and the white light shone down, and I followed the messenger into the light, and I felt like I had night blindness, and I could not see anything, but felt my body float upwards, and came to the cabin.

The white expanse of the cabin, including the four walls, was glowing. I squinted, struggling to adjust to the light for a moment.

"Soon you'll get used to it."

As soon as the messenger's words fell, the light gradually dimmed, until it no longer irritated my eyes, and I finally saw what was going on around me.

It was a corridor, very spacious, except for the white four walls and only the fairy in front of me.

"Follow me."

The messenger walked down the hallway.

I couldn't help but raise my legs to keep up, I was able to walk, and I tried to stop, but in vain, my legs didn't listen to me.

It felt like the corridor was very long, and it took me a long time to reach the middle of the corridor, and a door opened on the left, and I walked in with her. As soon as I entered, the door behind me was closed, silent.

It was a large room, and the whole room was made of crystal, and all the walls and floors shone with a dazzling white light. I couldn't see anything anymore.

"Go up."

I couldn't help but take a few steps forward, go up a few steps, and stand there straight. A stronger beam of light shone at me, and all my clothes, a vest and shorts, to be exact, disappeared, and then I fell backwards and lay on the bed.

I lay naked, unable to speak or move. My eyes gradually got used to it, and I still couldn't see clearly. I felt that the figure flashed, and I saw a few heads, there were four or five people, and their faces were completely different from the female messenger.

The head is the size of a football, both eyes are larger than goose eggs, very prominent, and the proportion of nose and mouth combined is not as large as one eye.

Alien!?

They looked like the aliens I saw in the movies. I'm dreaming, maybe their image is what I imagined.

They were chirping with the messenger, and the sound was like music, like noise, more like the chirping of birds. I don't understand.

One guy took a flashlight-like instrument and shone me from head to toe, and I felt hot and dry, like being grilled on a fire.

I was sweating profusely, I was about to collapse, and I finally passed out.

When I woke up, it was dawn and I was back in the dorm room bed in the tin house. I remember the dream vividly, and I still wonder if it was a dream or not.

Reaching out and touching it, the vest shorts were still there, and the blanket slipped aside, but fortunately, the temperature was okay now, there was no cold, and the body did not feel uncomfortable.

Han Xiaobai's snoring was still the same, and the window was intact.

I couldn't sleep, so I decided to wash up first, and if it was sometime else, I would squint.
