In November of the first year of the Yasukuni Kingdom (1101), Deng Xunwu initiated the theory of Huizong Yingshao Shenzong, attacked Han Zhongyan, the left prime minister, and recommended Cai Jing as the prime minister, which was supported by the ruling Wenyi and adopted by Huizong.
