Chapter 59: Blasphemy
The entire village was completely ransacked, and all the belongings were found in a hidden place to hide for the time being. Björn and the others did not choose to burn down the village, fearing that the smoke would attract the soldiers guarding the wall.
After collecting livestock and slaughtering them in the village, and scavenging a lot of ale and wine, he left the village after eating and drinking heartily. They don't leave any chance for the defenders to surround them, and getting out as fast as possible is the best thing to do.
"Where?" you, Jon, grabbed a captive farmer by the hair and pulled his face to himself, his tomahawk blade, which smelled of human blood, scraped his cheek.
"Beyond this hill is the town of Lindisfarne!" the farmer looked at the barbarians with a look of horror, especially the silent wizard behind them.
As the sun began to set past its highest point, they were finally led by the farmer into the jungle outside the town.
The town is protected by a wooden wall, and from this vantage point you can see the side of the sergeant guarding the gate.
"Let's wait one night!"
Björn, who was about to give the order to attack, suddenly heard the voice of Bahrain.
"Why?" he was puzzled by this order from Bahrain.
"There are many of them, you and us, wait for the night!" Bahrain chose a shady place and sat down against a large tree.
"So, we should have launched a surprise attack to gain the advantage!!Tell me why!" Bjorn walked up to the wizard, asking for the real reason.
"What day of the week is today?" said Balin, who suddenly turned his head to look at the farmer.
"Saturday!"
"Well, wait a night!" Balin said with a smile on his lips and nodded categorically. The farmer looked at the town with a desperate expression, as if he had seen the destruction of the town in the eyes of the evil wizard.
The night passed quickly, and the next day Dawn Bahrain and the others woke up early.
"Wizard?" Bjorn came to Barrain to ask for his opinion.
"Wait!" said Balin, standing at the edge of the woods, listening carefully to something.
"What is he listening to?" McCann asked Fried beside him.
Bell, bell, bell
Finally, the melodious bell came from the direction of the town, and Bahrain smiled slightly: "Attack!"
Throwing on the lanyard, the metal hook clasped the wall, and the warriors climbed over the wall one by one. There seemed to be no one in the town, only poultry running all over the ground.
Inside the church, the bishop holds up the chalice to the sunlight shining through the window and leads the faithful to Mass. Today is Sunday, which is why Bahrain chose to attack today.
Lead the heavily armed barbarians on their way to the tallest building in town. A cross was erected on the roof of the house, which was the symbol of the Savior.
The doors of the church were closed, and the swords and shields of the town guards were placed in turn at the door. The corners of Balin's mouth smiled slightly, and at this time, everyone suddenly realized! With a look, McCann raised his war hammer and slammed the church door to pieces!
Björn stepped into the church and hacked to death the nearest woman on the spot. Instantly turn the noisy church into a dead silence!
"Who are you, savage and bloody thugs!!!!
Several unwilling guards suddenly attacked, and they were greeted by sharp axes and black hammers.
"Take it easy, take it easy, hand over your treasures, and we'll turn and go!" Björn walked up to the bishop's pulpit with a bloody axe, and with a single glance he drove the bishop and the priests around him down.
"Shut them up!, Father!" said Bahrain's voice from the outermost part of the church. The angle of the backlight allows the bishop to see the face of the person who is not really speaking. But at this time, he did not dare to disobey in the slightest, and could only lead the priests to do their best to appease the frightened believers.
Rollo and others scattered around the church to loot belongings, but there were only a few items such as crosses and chalices inlaid with precious stones.
"Where's the treasure?" asked Canute, clasping the bishop's neck.
The bishop shuddered, but remained unwilling to answer. Canute looked around with a tyrannical expression, but there was still no trace of the treasure. With a click, he lost patience and crushed the bishop's neck.
The crowd let out another cry of fear, grabbed a beautiful woman, pinned her under the cross, and tore her skirt in front of the Savior's crucifixion.
"Tell me where the treasure is, or her virginity will be lost in this holy place!" Björn snorted, looking down at the sheep crouching in front of him, and exclaimed.
No one spoke.
"Ah--!h
"No!"
"Oh God!"
"My lord!"
"Blasphemy!"
With a click, after Knut had vented his tyranny, he raised his tomahawk and cut off the woman's head in front of everyone. Grabbing her by the hair, she lifted her bloody head and looked at the crowd.
"Treasure, where, where?"
Two Viking warriors escorted a priest to the platform and took off his clothes. Floki grinned, drew a dagger from his ankle with a twisted grin on his face, and walked over to the priest.
"Take your treasure to hell, bitch!" the dagger stabbed him in the chest, pulling it horizontally, breaking it open. Floki's completely mutated body was full of power, and the dagger slashed his ribs, and Floki reached into his chest cavity and grabbed his still beating heart.
"Take your treasures to hell!"
"Ahh
With a bang, Bjorn angrily smashes the wooden podium. The muscles on his face were pounding: "Tell me, where is your treasure? Look, this is your god, this is a sacred place, don't force us to kill anymore! where is the treasure?
The crowd wailed in desolation, but it remained uncompromising.
Rollo suddenly smiled coldly, walked to the cross, unbuckled his trousers and began to pee on the icon!
"No!" the crowd finally began to agitate, and the priests struggled. The townspeople also began to crumble.
"Hey, hey," Floki laughed weirdly, "I see!!tell us where the treasure is, or we'll all pee on your gods!"
"I say!" Essestan suddenly stood up tremblingly, "I beg you not to blaspheme my lord, I say!"
"No, we can't compromise with the infidels!" an old priest immediately spoke out to stop young Essestan severely!
"I'm sorry!" Ethesan burst into tears, trying to explain something. With a pop, the old priest's head was cut off by River, and hot blood spurted from his neck and poured onto Ethestan's face. Hot blood flowed down his neck and into his chest.
The bald Fried grabbed him by the hair and pulled him onto the stage.
"Tell us!"
With a numb look on his face, Isestan pointed to where the cross was erected. Bjorn looked at him and then at the cross, and suddenly lifted his foot and kicked it to reveal a hole.
It was filled with precious jewels as well as gold coins.
"Wow!" the Vikings let out a hearty laugh!
"Give me that priest!" said Barin, who had been watching everything from the outside.
