And what we're talking about today are two abstract concepts, responsibility and capacity, so they must be in the same category, if not, what's the point of our discussion?

And we believe that ability is not the only criterion for measuring the size of responsibility, but ability is an important aspect of the measurement standard, that is to say, the relationship between the size of responsibility and ability is not an absolute match, but there is a certain relationship.

We have judged that the size of responsibility is more conducive to the development of society by linking the size of responsibility with ability, and we believe that the size of responsibility should be linked to ability.

When responsibility is linked to ability, the greater a person's ability, then he can occupy more social resources, grasp greater power, and seek greater experience benefits, but at the same time, he must also bear the corresponding responsibility, so as to achieve the rational distribution of social resources and achieve social efficiency.

For example, in China's progressive tax system, the rich need to pay more taxes than the poor, but these taxes are used for the country's infrastructure, so that a virtuous circle is formed, so that the society can operate efficiently. And when there is no correlation between the size of responsibility and capacity, serious consequences can occur.

When people with insufficient ability take on a super responsibility, it will affect their own development at least and destroy the operation of the whole society at worst. When the size of responsibility and ability are linked, it helps us to better recognize ourselves and assume corresponding social responsibilities, and helps us to better correct our position and make the best use of our abilities. For example, China's famous four accounting firms have established a good talent strategy, each position has a corresponding responsibility matching, and also talked about effective ways and methods to promote, so it has attracted many talents, but also made the four famous remarkable. In real life, we have no way to quantify ability, we can only judge through some external performance, we can't talk generally, only in specific situations can we compare the size of ability.
