After leaving Nia's study, Xia Duo made appointments with Alberke and De Parker one after another, but compared to the discussion and explanation with Niya, Xia Duo was closer to "informing" than "discussing" the two.

Now there are still few high-level mages in the Tower of Time, and many things can still be "decided in one word", but when there are more high-level mages, it will not be so easy.

At that time, it may be necessary to listen to the opinions of many parties before formulating a preliminary plan, and then it may be necessary to negotiate repeatedly before a final implementation plan can be formed.

Taking advantage of the fact that there are few people now, the various orders of the Tower of Time will be perfected, and there will be a lot less trouble in the future.

After informing Abbeck and DePark, Xia Duo did not continue to go to the [Yellow Sand Half-Plane], but entered all the operations related to the permissions of the Tower of Time involved in the complete energy restriction policy into the Tower Spirit.

After that, he issued the "Decision of the Tower of Time on Several Major Issues Concerning Promoting Energy Conservation, Opposing Waste, and Promoting Sustainable Development" to all members of the Tower of Time through Taling.

In addition to the concept of sustainable development, the "Decision" also puts forward the long-term vision of developing new energy access and storage methods.

The "Decision" did not directly put forward the limit, but on the day after the "Decision" was issued, all members of the Society began to introspect and self-examine.

The next day, Dean and Sammy, as representatives of all the members of the Society, submitted a "Several Suggestions on the Sustainable Development of the Tower of Time Energy System" to Xia Duo.

Of course, Xia Duo will not disagree, after all, this is his handiwork.

In addition to limiting the amount of energy that can be used by mages of each level per month, the "Proposal" also improves the use of the infrastructure of the Tower of Time, as well as the punishment measures for those who violate the spirit of the "Decision".

Considering that March is about to end, the official implementation of the "Proposal" will begin in April, and Xia Duo will also pay attention to the feedback of the members of the Tower of Time after the implementation of the "Proposal".

However, he predicted that not many people would be dissatisfied in terms of energy limit, after all, when formulating the energy limit, he had fully considered the actual use of various levels of mages.

As long as you don't do special research like David, you won't be able to exceed the quota.

On the contrary, in terms of the use of infrastructure, there may be many people who are not suitable, such as spell laboratories and general laboratories that cannot be used for a long time, and internal operations will also be cumbersome because of the addition of many insurance measures.

But overall, it's a relatively loose policy.

……

The "Sustainable Development Proposal" has been behind for a while, and [Yellow Sand Half-Plane] Xia Duo did not make it after all, and while resting, he hurried to the watchtower after completing the last small flaw in the Codex sculpture.

At the end of the month, it's time for the [Blazing Sun Array] to be maintained again, and the [Blazing Sun Array] is maintained, and the Syd of the Mingshui Chamber of Commerce has also arrived, so there is no time to go to the half-plane again.

Common floor, large meeting room.

On either side of the central circular conference table, sat the negotiators of the Tower of Time and the Mingshui Chamber of Commerce, and there were only two people on the side of the Tower of Time, namely Cecily and Daric, the latter of whom was also the commercial chief of the Savile Lord.

There are also two people on the side of the Mingshui Chamber of Commerce, one is the regional director of the Mingshui Chamber of Commerce in Savile Territory, and the other is Brad's advisor who came from Severton with Said.

As for Xia Duo and Seid, they did not sit down at the negotiating table, but drank tea and watched from the side of the conference room, in fact, the new purchase agreement has been in no suspense since the moment Seid arrived at the Tower of Time.

At most, it is a little twist and turn in the specific purchase price.

"Advisor Said, I wonder what President Jenna thinks of the little suggestion I made about the new coins two days ago?"

"Lord Shado, I was about to tell you about this! The president agreed, and said that your suggestion was good, but in that case, it would probably take a few more days for the exchange of new coins to be exchanged. ”

After hearing Said's words, Xia Duo was silent, of course, not to say that the new coin would have to wait a few more days, but Jenna agreed to his suggestion.

Two days ago, he contacted Seid to propose adding a "side tooth" design to the new coin, which on the one hand could reduce the man-made damage of the coin, and on the other hand, it was also a feature and a distinction.

Although doing so would cause some additional trouble for minting, Jenna should not be able to resolve these additional costs since she was preparing for the ascension.

In the same way, when it comes to ascension, this kind of thing should not be decided by Syd alone.

In other words, if nothing else, Jenna should have returned from the outer plane, and it has only been a few days.

Then the new god who challenged the Lord of Light should also have a result!

However, Shado didn't ask Jenna about what she had seen in the outer plane in front of Seid, and after a moment of silence, he continued to talk about the new coin:

"Advisor Said, can you get the first batch of new coins in three days?"

"Three days?"

Said's eyes were quite strange, but he still replied truthfully: "If it is a normal coin, it is unlikely that there will be output in five days." ”

After saying that, he felt that there must be a reason for Xia Duo to ask this, so he added: "But if Lord Xia Duo urgently needs new coins, I can ask the Chamber of Commerce to expedite the use of alchemy circles to make a batch and send it, of course, Xia Duo Lord can also make it himself, I have already brought the latest version sample with the 'side teeth' design this time." ”

As he spoke, Seid wiped out nine new coins from his dimensional pouch and placed them on the tea table between the two of them.

Among them, gold, silver, and bronze, three each, the style is roughly the same as the version that Xia Duo got before, the front is still the side relief of President Jenna, and the back is still the emblem of the Mingshui Chamber of Commerce.

The difference is that the edge of the coin has a "side tooth" pattern, and at the same time, there is a raised circle close to the edge on the front and back to circle the side relief of President Jenna and the emblem of the Meisui Chamber of Commerce.

Compared with the previous simple coins of Nesser, this kind of Mingshui Chamber of Commerce gives people a very formal and high-end feeling in terms of shape and texture.

As long as there is no fraud in the gold and silver content, it should not be difficult to be accepted by the public.

"Now that we have got the latest version of the sample, then this time I won't trouble the Mingshui Chamber of Commerce, but in the future, the normal exchange will still be carried out through your Chamber of Commerce!"

"It should, it should!" Said replied repeatedly.

Xia Duo nodded, and said nothing, put away the nine pattern coins, and drank tea while mentally thinking about how many new coins he would make next.

If Said had come over this time and waited for the new coins to come, then Xia Duo probably wouldn't have to worry so much, and he would have used as much as he wanted.

But if you need to make your own, especially if you make it with an alchemy circle, you have to consider the quantity.

If you do less, you don't have enough, and if you do more, you waste it.

For a while, he regretted that he had just rejected what Said was sent by the Mingshui Chamber of Commerce, but if he asked for it now, it would inevitably give people a sense of capriciousness.

This really fulfills the old saying, you have to die to save face and suffer crimes.
