Chapter 9 What if you hurt a good person by mistake?
The Great Sage went out quickly, and Fahai's footsteps were not slow.
As soon as the two of them came out, they saw several steel knives shining in the moonlight, which turned out to be a strong man catching a knife to rob the house, and his eyes swept to see that there were three people.
One of them had already touched the front of the house of the grandfather and grandson, and Wukong was furious, took out the golden hoop stick from his ear, and beat him with the stick.
Fahai spoke on the side: "Wukong, stay alive." ”
Wukong had already regained his strength when he heard this, but he didn't expect that these robbers were really unbeaten, and the golden hoop stick only bumped it slightly, and he died.
"Amitabha."
A one-eyed robber wearing an eye patch, seeing the great sage's fierceness, grabbed the horse and left.
Seeing that he couldn't run, the other saw that Fahai seemed to be a weak monk, thinking that holding him was holding a hostage, so he immediately drew his knife and stepped forward.
"Master, be careful."
The great sage wanted to chase after him, but he saw that the master was in danger... When he was struggling, he heard Master's voice come over: "Go after the horse thief and see where their nest is." ”
Hearing the sound, the robber's knife had reached the master's hand at some point, and the robber was kneeling on the ground at this moment, and the knife was hanging on his neck.
What a mortal monk.
Wukong Xin said: But I forgot Master's ability, what should a few thieves do?
Then he turned a somersault and followed behind the robber, in fact, the horse was a monkey hair change, even if Wukong didn't run this trip in person, as long as the one-eyed robber rode back, he would naturally know the other party's lair, just thinking like this, he saw a white light flash not far ahead... Then he cut off contact with the horses.
Hiss!
The Great Sage moved his eyes, the golden light shone, and he looked at it as a white dragon.
A few thieves are not a big deal, and the master has already taken one, but if this wild dragon is murderous... It still has to be important for Master's safety.
The Great Sage smashed a stick towards the white dragon's head, and the white dragon saw that the iron rod was strong and heavy, and knew that it was invincible, so he turned away.
The Great Sage was about to catch up quickly, but saw an object fall out from under the white dragon, which was a piece of exquisite and transparent jade pendant, and with the Great Sage's eyesight, he could naturally see at a glance that it was not an ordinary thing... This white dragon is not a wild dragon, and I don't know what it is.
The great sage flew up to the clouds, saw the white dragon flew into a water stream, there was a stone tablet on the side of the cliff, writing the eagle sorrowful stream, and wrote down the white dragon's nest in his heart, turned the cloud road, and returned to the old man's house.
There was quite a lot of movement just now, and the old man and the little grandson were all awakened.
When Wukong returned, he saw the robber crying bitterly, kneeling in front of the master's seat and confessing his sinful life, tears were pouring down his face, which was shocking.
What's going on?
"Amitabha." When Fahai saw the Great Sage coming back, he recited the Buddha's name, "But what did you find?" ”
The Great Sage didn't wait for the master to inquire carefully, so he told the whole story of what had just happened.
"My old grandson saw that the white dragon was not ordinary, so he first probed his traces, as for the lair of that gang of robbers, the disciples have not found it..."
Fahai naturally didn't blame Wukong, but looked at the robber who was kneeling on the ground and said, "In this way, I want you to lead the way in a while." ”
The robber kowtowed a few times on the ground and said, "The villain is deeply sinful, but fortunately he met the mage, and he realized that he had made a mistake in his life... Now it's time to forgive your sins. ”
"Wait a minute." Fahai held down the robber and looked at the Great Sage, "Wukong." ”
"The disciple is here."
"The robber who was killed by you, for the teacher is about to overtake it, the so-called death lights out, even though he was a river thief before his death, and his hands were stained with several lives, but today he died in your hands after all... You dig a pit in a while, collect and bury his body, don't expose the body and your father-in-law's house. ”
When the Great Sage saw that the master mentioned the robber who was killed by himself, he thought that it was the compassion of the people in the Buddhist sect, and he wanted to blame himself for killing at will.
After all, humans and tigers are different after all, and Master does not blame himself for beating the evil tiger to death, but he may not be able to tolerate murder himself... But he never thought that the master would say such words, and couldn't help but ask curiously: "Master, don't you blame my grandson for killing him?" It is often heard that people in Buddhism would rather die than kill, although the disciple is a monk halfway, he never thought that he had no weight in his hands, and now he is beaten to death with a stick... Isn't it murder? Already broken the precepts? ”
Who can live without making mistakes?
A trace of remembrance flashed in Fahai's eyes, but it quickly reined in, although Wukong was heavier and committed a killing ring, but in Fahai's opinion, it was not a mistake. Wrong is wrong, precepts are precepts, and sometimes being wrong does not necessarily violate the precepts; And sometimes, keeping the precepts doesn't mean it's right.
This is the insight that Fahai has come to through personal experience.
"If you and I hadn't stayed here today, wouldn't the two of my father-in-law and grandson have died innocently? Could it be that you have all the skills, because you are afraid of committing the murder ring, you watched the robbers kill the good people? "Fahai doesn't want a character like Monkey King to be bound by the rules and regulations of the Buddhist precepts... In the past, he himself was trapped in it, but he was blinded, and now he wants to get out of it, how can he push Sun Wukong into it.
Wukong looked at the robber who knelt in front of his master and confessed, and then looked at the robber who was killed by his own stick, and always felt that something was not right, but for a while, he couldn't say.
Seeing Wukong scratching his ears and cheeks, Fahai knew that he had listened to his words, and said with a smile: "You beat him to death to eliminate harm for the people, and he is even more innocent, so as to save himself from harming people in the future." If they really let them live with the heart of a bodhisattva, then what if there are still good people who die at their hands in the future? Will they complain to Yan Jun in the Yin Cao, saying that you and I only care about the lives of the robbers, but they don't care whether the good people will suffer? And to whom is this iniquity to blame? ”
These words made the Great Sage stunned when he heard it, and the master deserved to be a monk of the Tang Dynasty.
When he sighed, he also secretly figured out some truth in his heart-
If you don't meet it, it's fine, but since you do, if you don't kill these robbers, the sin of robbers harming people in the future should be on you.
The Great Sage was digesting, and the master's voice came from his ears again: "But there is one more thing, you have to be careful." ”
Wukong was curious: "What's the matter?" ”
"Although you missed today, it is not a mistake... But what if one day you hurt a good person by mistake? ”
"Ahh This..."Wukong didn't care for a while, and the scene of killing a good person by mistake also appeared in his mind, which made him feel uncomfortable.
He couldn't figure it out himself, so he hurriedly asked the master for advice: "Please ask the master to solve the doubts for the disciple." ”
"Although you are a stubborn monkey, but for the sake of the teacher, you are naturally jealous and hateful, this is a good quality, coupled with the ability to penetrate the world, it is even more powerful, but there is always a lack of constraints... But now that you know that you don't care about it, why don't you think of a way to restrain it? It's also a practice..."
"Hmm..."The Great Sage was still a little embarrassed, and said, "Master doesn't know, when I was learning art before, the teacher never seriously instructed me in martial arts... My grandson's martial arts are all self-taught, which can be described as natural... I borrowed a lot from the senior brothers, so it was still a little messy, in fact, there was no system... My grandson couldn't think of any charter for a while, I don't know what good way the master can do? ”
Fahai thought for a while and said: "When the poor monk walked the world, he heard that the ordinary martial arts may have the realm of 'lifting weights as light' and 'lifting weights as heavy'. You said that your golden hoop rod weighs 13,500 catties, and it can be big or small, and the changes are as good as you want, why don't you think about it in this regard? ”
"Light? Heavy? ”
"The so-called one law can lead to ten thousand laws, so you can really send and receive all your energy from your heart, and naturally you don't have to worry about him hurting the lives of good people by mistake." Fahai saw that the Great Sage was listening seriously, and said with a smile: "If you really penetrate the changes of yin and yang, strength and softness, maybe when he fights with Erlang Zhenjun in the future, the odds are not small." ”
Wukong's eyes lit up, and as if he had obtained a treasure, Bang Bang Bang buckled his head a few times, and said, "Disciple, thank you Master for your guidance." ”
