Chapter 174: Harry's Birthday Party

There's no way Harry could have called Louis in the middle of the night, after all, he knew that Louis was angry to get up, and if he made a noise with this guy, he might suffer something.

The next morning, Harry went downstairs to breakfast, and found the Dursleys sitting at the kitchen table with a brand new television set bought to welcome him and Dudley home for the summer—at least that's what his uncle told him.

Dudley had been complaining loudly about how far the refrigerator in his room was from the television, and that he spent most of the summer soaking in the kitchen, his greedy little eyes glued to the screen of the television, his jaw fluttering as he kept filling his mouth with something.

Harry sat down between Aunt Vernon and Cousin Dudley, and Aunt Vernon seemed to be a little fatter, and it was not easy to sit between him and Cousin Dudley, thanks to his relative thinness.

There seemed to be something extra for breakfast today, and when Harry looked closely, it was a blueberry pie, and a few pieces of bacon, which were his favorite foods.

"Happy birthday, Harry." Uncle Vernon's large palm slapped on his thin shoulder, nearly knocking him apart along with the stool.

Aunt Petunia also came over with a plate of sausages and joined Dudley in congratulating him on his birthday.

This flattered Harry, as it was the first time in thirteen years that the family had heard him wish him a happy birthday.

"Thank you, thank you." Harry's eyes sparkled, it had been the most extravagant thing he had ever hoped for.

He took the blueberry pie and saw Dudley's eager gaze, hesitated for a moment to give him half of it.

"Thank you, Harry." Dudley wasn't too surprised, he knew that his little cousin was soft-hearted.

Harry took a bite of the blueberry pie and turned to look at the TV, where the announcer was halfway through the news of a fugitive criminal.

"The public must be aware that Blake is armed and extremely dangerous, and we have set up a special hotline to report Blake's whereabouts immediately."

"Don't tell us he has bad intentions." Uncle Vernon snorted, glaring at the prisoner over the newspaper he was reading, "Look at his character, his dirty look, and his expression, he is not a good man."

Harry looked at the Blake on the screen, and it was, his face was covered in unwashed dirt, his beard was not shaved clean, and his hair seemed to have not been washed for a long time, as if it had been knotted together.

The newscaster reappears on the screen at this point: "The Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries will announce today—"

"Go on!" Uncle Vernon roared and glared furiously at the announcer, "You haven't told us where this madman got out yet! What's the use of that? The madman might be coming down this street!"

Harry knew that his uncle-in-law was quite afraid of death.

"Uh, Uncle Vernon......" Harry called out to his uncle, looking at him with anger on his face.

After all, no one will be happy if their anger is interrupted.

But Harry's next sentence made Aunt Vernon's expression and attitude take a 180-degree turn.

"Can I use the phone?" Harry asked, a little confused, "You know, it's my birthday, and my classmate Louis asked if I could come to my birthday party......

"Your classmate, Louis?" Uncle Vernon's voice raised an octave, like a cat with its tail stepped on, "Is it Your Highness? So what are you waiting for? My Harry, inviting your classmates to our house for a birthday party is what we should do, you should call right away!"

"Ah...... I'd suggest waiting, Louis usually wakes up late......" Harry cautioned.

"Oh, I didn't think it through, Harry." Uncle Vernon's eyes were almost gone, and he pinched Harry's face and said with a smile, "It's better to think about it, Penny, today's dinner must be hearty, very hearty......

"Oh, yes, uncle." Harry finally revealed the dagger hidden in his map of the Yan Kingdom, which was Hogsmeade's signature sheet, and handed it to Fer

Aunt Nong: "The school says that third-year students can go to Hogsmeade on weekends, but they need to sign a guardian......

Uncle Vernon didn't say a word, turned around and took out a ballpoint pen from a slip, and signed his name on the application form.

"We should care about the growth of young people, shouldn't we?" My uncle's eyes were all from laughter, and then he stood up and said, "I'd better go right away, Penny, Maggie's train is here at ten o'clock."

Harry was still immersed in the joy of getting the autograph, but he couldn't help but be startled when he heard this, and came back to reality very unhappily, "Aunt Maggie?" He blurted out, "She-uh, is she here to come?"

Maggie is Aunt Vernon's sister, and although she has nothing to do with Harry, Harry still calls her aunt according to the courtesy of relatives. Aunt Maggie lived in the country, and there was a big garden around the house, where she kept her dog, which she didn't come here often, but every time she visited, Harry was left with terrible memories that were so old that they really cast a shadow over his little heart.

"Maggie is going to stay here for a week." Aunt Vernon looked indifferent, turned to look at Harry, and comforted him, "Don't worry, Maggie will be here for a few days, and she won't be too embarrassed for you."

Looking at what he said, Harry didn't believe it, and Aunt Maggie, who had always looked down on him, would let him go.

After calling Louis, Harry sat there a little unhappily, he really didn't like Aunt Maggie.

But he didn't have a long time, and after a while, Aunt Penny was calling out to him and telling him to go downstairs to greet the guests.

After standing for two or three minutes, there was the sound of small pebbles creaking and crunching, which was Aunt Vernon's car driving back into the driveway in front of the door, then the sound of the car door closing and the sound of footsteps on the garden path.

Aunt Penny opened the door, and Aunt Maggie stood on the threshold, she resembled Aunt Vernon, stocky with a stout face, purple face, and even a little stubble, but not as heavy as Aunt Vernon. She carried a huge suitcase in one hand, and the grumpy old dog Lippi in the armpit on the other.

After making out with Dudley, he gave him twenty pounds of brand new bills. Harry took the heavy box and dragged it upstairs as long as he could, he was in a state of mind like an ostrich now, and it would be nice to sit with her later.

But the happy time was always short-lived, and he couldn't move for a day. When he returned to the kitchen, Aunt Maggie had already eaten the fruitcake and had drunk the tea, and Lippi was licking the food in the corner, and Harry saw the disgust in Aunt Penny's eyes—Aunt was so disgusted with all kinds of animals that she could be said to treat them equally.

But looking at Aunt Penny's appearance, it seems that she dares to be angry and dare not speak. This eldest sister has a privileged family, and she has not been less powerful on her head on weekdays, since she had Harry, every time she came here, she would not target her, and when she thought of this, she suddenly felt a little sorry for Harry from the bottom of her heart.

Harry was in a better mood, and it turned out that his aunt wasn't targeting Hedwig......

As he sat down, Lippy began to bark wildly, and Aunt Maggie turned her attention to Harry for the first time.

"So! You're still here, aren't you?" Aunt Maggie asked angrily.

"Yes." Harry replied without dying, in which he used Snape's attitude.

Harry swore to God, he felt that sometimes Snape's attitude wasn't bad, at least at this time, it was too ...... to learn from him

That's cool, Professor Snape, I'm going to kiss you to your face, Harry Potter!

"Don't say yes in such an unfamiliar tone!" Maggie roared, "Vernon and Penny took you in, they're good enough, if I hadn't done it, if someone had thrown you at my gate, you'd have gone straight to the local orphanage."

Harry thought to himself, "It's nice for me to go to a orphanage."

But he still had a grin on his face, and Professor Snape's trademark smile was once again on his face.

"Don't

Smile at me!" Aunt Maggie exclaimed, "I can see that you don't seem to have made much progress since the last time I saw you, and I hope the school will force you, an inhuman little brute, to learn some manners." With that, she swallowed a large gulp of tea, wiped her stubble, and said, "Vernon, I forgot again, where did you send him?"

"Royal Westminster College." Uncle Vernon said immediately.

"Oh, Royal Westminster......" Aunt Maggie repeated in a low voice, as if talking to herself, and then her voice rose an octave: "What? You sent him to Royal Westminster? God......

I thought that Harry would be thankful that he could go to an ordinary public school, but who would have thought that he would be able to go to such a good school? It's still one of the best......

"Are you crazy, Vernon, to send him to such a good school and make my baby Dudley ......" Aunt Maggie scolded Aunt Vernon with spit on her face.

Aunt Vernon endured her sister's lion's roar until she finally stopped, and then continued, "Actually, Harry's father had a very good relationship with a highness, not only Harry, but also our family made a lot of money thanks to his father......

Aunt Maggie opened her mouth and didn't say anything for a long time.

I thought Harry was an orphan who didn't have both parents dead, but my sister thought that this was a returning dragon king?

Even Lipi, who was gnawing on the meat and bones on the side, re-propped up his front paws and looked at the young man in front of him who had bitten and looked promising.

Just when the atmosphere was suddenly silent, the doorbell suddenly rang, and Harry stood up as if he had been pardoned: "It seems that Louis is coming, I'll open the door."

"Go, go, don't let Your Highness wait in a hurry...... Aunt Vernon said hurriedly, urging everyone to get up quickly to greet your guests.

Maggie reluctantly stood up and quietly asked Vernon, "Vernon, who is the Highness you are talking about......

"God, of course His Royal Highness the Duke of Cambridge, His Majesty's own nephew smashed ......," Aunt Penny said quickly, a little proud—this is my nephew's friend.

Harry opened the door and was pleasantly surprised to find not only Louis, but also his classmates who had a good relationship at Hogwarts, including Catherine, Hermione, Neville, Hannah of Hufflepuff, Justin of Ravenclaw, and even Malfoy, his nemesis.

"Happy birthday, Harry." Everyone said in unison.

Harry was stunned for a moment, his eyes reddening, and tears welled up in his sockets and fell to the ground with a clatter.

"Damn it, Potte, how do you look like a woman......" Draco complained at Harry in disgust.

At this moment, even Draco was so cute in his eyes, he hurriedly beckoned his classmates to come in, this is good, the originally spacious room, because of the arrival of the classmates, it seems a little cramped.

"Your Highness." The family saluted Louis and Diana, and Aunt Maggie was reluctant, but after seeing Diana, she still didn't hold back and hurriedly began to salute.

Looking at the lively living room, Aunt Maggie felt a strong dissatisfaction in her heart, and she stabbed Vernon in private, intending to leave the place.

Seeing Harry doing so well was worse than her sleeping in a pigsty.

Vernon was naturally not happy, since the conditions of the family were getting better and better, he was a little unkind to see this sister who was flying high and domineering with money on weekdays.

If it weren't for the politeness of relatives, who would want to endure such a bad temper?

When Maggie left, Harry had a happier smile on his face, and he was the heartless fool at school again.

Fools have foolish blessings, as the old saying goes.

The only regret is that Wesley was on vacation in Egypt and couldn't come here for his birthday party. If Wesley was here, it would have been very lively.

Out of the corner of his eye, Harry saw a big black dog by the window, staring at him intently, yes, Harry just thought the big dog was staring straight at him.

It's amazing

Blame......

Before he could take a second look, the big dog was blasted away by Aunt Petunia through the window.

He turned his head to find that Uncle Vernon was talking to Louis enthusiastically, and thanks to Louis's words, he was able to continue the conversation with him. Looking to the side, he saw that Dudley was looking at Hermione with a confused look - which startled him, and when he looked closer, oh, Dudley was not looking at Hermione, it was the crucible cake and the licorice wand in Hermione's hand.

It turned out that when Louis and the others came, they brought a lot of snacks from the wizarding world. Harry saw Bibi Beans on the sidelines, so he walked over, opened them, pulled out a handful of beans and handed them to Dudley.

"Cousin, would you like to try this delicious bean candy?"

Harry's smile changed from a big fool to a little fox in an instant, and if Penny saw it at this time, she might think of the funny James.
