Aixin Jueluo Azig, born on August 28, 1605, was a native of the White Banner of Manchuria, the twelfth son of Nurhachi, the emperor of the Qing Dynasty, the brother of Dolgon, and his mother was the eldest concubine Abahai.

In the tenth year of the Mandate of Heaven (1625), he followed Bel Mang Gurtai to conquer the Chahar Department, chased him to Nong'an Tower, and Lin Dan Khan fled.
In April of the 11th year of the Mandate of Heaven (1626), he joined Taiji Shuotuo to crusade against the Khalkha Bahrain Department. In October, he followed the Great Belle Daishan to defeat the Zarut Division, captured alive the three Buck father and son, and the fourteen Beylers including Rash Hibdaiqing and Dorzisang Arzhai, and beheaded Orzhai Tubele, both of which had meritorious service in both battles, and was awarded the title of Beyler for their merits. He was favored by the Qing Emperor Nurhachi. Huang Taiji's original wife, Niu Hulu, was ordered to leave by her father-in-law Nurhachi because she saw that Azig refused to get out of the sedan chair.
Repeated military exploits
In the first month of the first year of Tiancong (1627), he and Erbel Amin attacked Korea and connected five cities. In May, he followed Huang Taiji to crusade against the Ming Dynasty, and together with Mang Gurtai guarded the grain transportation of Tashan, defeating 20,000 Ming troops.
