In the first year of Chongde (1636), Azig was crowned as the king of Dorowuying. In the same year, together with Rao Yu Bel Abatai and Yanguli, he crusaded against the Ming Dynasty, entered Chang'an Ridge from Diaoyu Fort, and approached Yanqing. Crossing Baoding to reach Anzhou, successively conquering Changping, Dingxing, Ansu, Baodi, Dong'an, Xiongxian, Shunyi, Rongcheng, Wen'an counties, 56 battles were all won, capturing the Ming general Cao Pichang and others, capturing more than 179,800 people and livestock. [12] Azig also sent the capital commander Tan Tai and others to set up an ambush to kill the guards of the Santun camp in Zunhua of the Ming Dynasty, and obtained more than 140 horses. Huang Taiji ordered him to be given a pair of saddle horses. When the army was withdrawn, Huang Taiji personally went to Shengjing to meet him ten miles outside the gate, and saw that Azig was very hard, and shed tears for him, and Huang Taiji personally poured wine to comfort Azig. In December of the same year, when Huang Taiji personally attacked Korea, he ordered Azig to guard Niuzhuang.
In the second year of Chongde (1637), Shuotuo attacked the Ming army's garrison of Korea Phi Island, but did not capture it, and Azig was ordered to lead more than 1,000 troops to help in the battle. At night, Azig sent the Dutong Samush Hadu to escort the army forward, and sent the Dutong Ahsan, Ye Chen to lead the sharp soldiers to attack the northwest corner in a small boat, the military department Chengzheng Cherge Tong Eight Banners Xiao cavalry and the Han army, the Korean soldiers forced its city by giant ships, the Dutong Shi Tingzhu, the household department Chengzheng Mafuta from the north corner to supervise the battle, Suikepi Island, beheaded the Dongjiang general Shen Shikui, captured more than 3,400 people, and captured 70 large ships and 10 cannons. Huang Taiji sent an envoy to praise and comfort him.
In the fourth year of Chongde (1639), he followed the army to crusade against the Ming Dynasty, Azig threatened to attack each Taiwan with red-coated cannons, the Ming army guarding was very afraid, Silitun, Zhanggangtun, Baolin Temple, Wangmintun, Yujiatun, Chenghuayu, Daoerzhang Zhutai were captured. Then the army guarded Tashan and Lianshan, and captured more than 1,000 soldiers and horses of the Ming army. Then he and Abatai attacked Jinzhou and Ningyuan.
In the sixth year of Chongde (1641), he besieged Jinzhou with Jierharang. Mongolian Taiji Wubashi and others discussed the surrender of the city, after Zu Dashou noticed it, attacked the Mongolian soldiers, Azig climbed the subordinate earthen wall at night to help the battle, the Ming army was defeated, and then moved the surrendered Mongolian soldiers to Yizhou. Azig repeatedly defeated the Ming army, and the court rewarded him with 4,000 taels of silver. [In March of the same year, Hong Chengchou led the generals Wang Pu and Wu Sangui to aid Jinzhou, claiming to be 130,000. Huang Taiji personally visited the army and camped in Songshan. The Ming army defected to Tashan, Azig pursued, captured the grain and grass of Bijia Mountain, and together with Dolgon, defeated the enemy Sitai, and captured the Ming deputy general Wang Xixian, the staff general Cui Dingguo, and the capital division Yang Chongzhen. The Ming army still stayed in Jinzhou, Songshan, Xingshan, and Gaoqiao, and Huang Taiji returned to Shengjing and ordered Azig to besiege with Du Du and Duoduo. Hong Chengchou went out of Songshan at night to attack the Qing army, Azig and other overseers shot the Ming army, the Ming army was defeated and retreated, the city gate was closed and could not be entered, and all 2,000 of them surrendered.
In the seventh year of Chongde (1642), Azig besieged Xingshan and then attacked Ningyuan. Wu Sangui led 4,000 men to garrison Tashan and Gaoqiao, retreated without a fight, and Azig defeated Wu Sangui.
In the eighth year of Chongde (1643), he attacked Ningyuan with Jier Harang, fired cannons at Buyun Ladder in the north of the city, conquered after the collapse of the city wall, and beheaded the guerrillas Wu Liangbi and Dusi Guoan; Arrived at the Qiantun guard, attacked the west of the city, beheaded more than 30 generals such as Li Fuming and Yuan Shangren, killed more than 4,000 Ming soldiers, and conquered after the Ming general soldiers abandoned the city.
