Chapter 33: Wendy
It's mid-December
"Quarreled with Malfoy again?" Ivey looked at the puffed Ron
"I'm going to have to find a chance to beat him up!" Ron compared his fists
"I'm with that, too! He laughed at me and Ron, what a nasty guy," Harry said resentfully
"I thought you both got used to it! One day you and Malfoy will be able to get along," Ivy didn't care
"If I could end up beating him every time, I think I'd get used to it. This damn guy hurt me and I was deducted another 5 points by Snape. Ron gritted his teeth
Everyone came to the cafeteria, where several professors were decorating the Christmas decorations, and although it was not yet finalized, the auditorium was already in shape.
The walls on both sides are covered with ribbons of weeping flowers composed of holly and mistletoe. The hall is dotted with more than 20 Christmas trees, large and small. Some of them have been hung with shiny ornaments and colored balls, and some of them are still empty. Snowflakes kept falling from the ceiling, it was magical, not really snowing.
"Betty, are you coming home for Christmas?" Hermione asked, holding Betty
"No, I told my mother that I would go to Ivey's house this year." Betty said
"Hermione can come and play if she has time," Ivy invited
"My parents are a little busy and don't necessarily have time to drop me off." Hermione was willing, but said with some regret
"It's okay, if you have time, ask the owl to send me a letter, and we'll pick you up"
"OK, that's it"
"I really envy you~" Harry was very envious that Ivey could go home for Christmas. He didn't want to go back to his uncle's house for Christmas, so he chose to stay in school.
But he didn't feel sorry for himself at all, and Ron and the others would stay because the Weasleys were going to Romania to visit Charlie.
"By the way, did you find any information about Nicol Lemay?" Ivy suddenly remembered. Nicol Lemay was the name Harry had drawn from Hagrid after being reminded by Ivey last time.
"No," Ron grimaced
"Hagrid doesn't want to say a word right now, we don't have any clues," Harry was also frustrated
"We're going to go to the library in the afternoon," Hermione said
"Come on, good luck to you~"
"If you and Betty can help, we'll have a lot easier." Harry still had some resentment
"Please, we're not interested in him"
The next morning
Ivey and Betty were packing their things
"Yesterday Erin wrote to ask if she wanted to pick us up by car, and I told her that she didn't need to, so she would take the train back with everyone." Ivey and Betty were chatting
"That's good."
"By the way, Erin brought me a bag." Ivey pulled out a handbag
"Stretch without a trace?" Betty asked
"Well, it's easy to go back"
"Can you explain what you did in the kitchen last night?" Ivey's little gestures didn't hide from Betty
"Hehe, I stole some medicinal herbs, the house-elves won't use them anyway, it's better to cheapen me than to be ruined by them." Ivy said shamelessly
The two cleaned up and went to the restaurant. It's almost set up, and there's a festive atmosphere, with Harry and Ron playing wizarding chess at the table.
"Listen, boy. Don't send me there, don't you see his horse? The pieces on the chessboard pointed at Harry
"Don't make noise! - Knight, you go straight and go up diagonally to the right. Harry had a headache
"Ha, I think I'm probably about to die, don't you see his queen beside me?" The knight screamed
Sure enough. Ron's queen rose from her throne and swept Harry's knight off the field with a wave of her seat.
"That's it! He can't do it," Harry's pawns stirred
"Yo~ Spirited, Harry. You can quarrel with the chess pieces," Ivey quipped
"I'm annoyed!" Harry clutched his head
"Ready to go?" Ron asked
"Well, everything is packed"
"Hey, you're all here," Hermione walked over with the box
"I've been looking for so long yesterday, do you have any results?" Ivey asked
"No, I've looked through all the biographies of the modern era, The Great Wizards of the Twentieth Century, The List of Famous Magicians of Our Time, The Great Discoveries of Modern Magic—none of these books mention him," Hermione shook her head
"yes, we searched the entire library yesterday and couldn't find any clues," Ron stretched
"It's not the whole library, have you forgotten, there are also forbidden books that you haven't been to." Hermione reminded
"Nice suggestion," Ivy nodded in agreement
"So, while I'm away, it's up to you. It's okay to go around and see if there's a chance to slip in. Hermione leaned over and whispered
"Why are you so skilled," Ron said incredulously
Hermione didn't speak, just winked at him.
"It's almost time. Let's go," Betty looked at the table below
"Let's go, goodbye Harry, Ron, and Merry Christmas. Help me say hello to the others. Ivey waved his hand
"See you after the holidays and Merry Christmas!"

Kingdom Cross Station
The wall between platforms 9 and 10 kept popping out.
"It's finally here~" Ivy also stretched, and he fell asleep in the car.
"My parents came, so they left first. Goodbye Ivey and Betty! Hermione saw her parents waving to her
"Bye-bye, don't forget to write"
Hermione left
"Erin, this guy won't forget it again~" After seeing Hermione leave, Ivey looked around and didn't see her mother.
"Oh~ I'm really sad, I haven't seen you for so long, and I'll arrange my mother as soon as I come back."
A familiar voice rang out from behind him, and Ivey turned. Erin is still the same, wearing a trench coat and sunglasses, and a lollipop in her mouth.
Ivy walked over and hugged her. Erin kissed him so hard that Ivy was covered in saliva, and Betty was treated the same. It can be seen that Erin still misses them very much.
"It's really rare that you are so reliable today." They got into the car
"What's wrong?" After waiting for a long time and not seeing Erin start, Ivy was a little puzzled
"Wait for someone"
"And what strange people are coming?" It seems that I have heard this somewhere, and it brings back not very good memories for Ivey. Betty on the side listened, looked at Ive, and stopped talking.
"How-" At this moment, the passenger door was opened, "Am I weird, Ive"
Another big beauty came up. Dazzling long wavy blond hair, and a top hat on her head that is the same as when Betty arrived. Wearing a black trench coat, the scarf around his neck hangs down his chest and the lining is not clear to see, and a pair of patent leather high heels at his feet. A beautiful face was looking at him with a smile.
"Auntie!"
The woman in front of me is almost Betty when she grows up, except that there is no tear mole. Looking at the three blonde and blue-eyed beauties in the car, Ivy couldn't help but sigh at the strength of her mother's family genes.
"Auntie?"
Wendy Ethel, also known as Betty's mother, had just gotten into the passenger seat and sorted out her clothes when she heard Ivey's name.
"I thought you'd just call me mother-in-law," she teased
"Hehe, I told him a long time ago that he was going to change his name~" Erin still echoed on the side
Ivy was speechless, and he glanced at Betty, suddenly realizing that she was not surprised by Wendy's arrival.
"You wouldn't have known that a long time ago, would you?" Ivy couldn't believe it
"Hmm!" Betty hesitated, but nodded heavily.
"Then why don't you tell me~" Ivey grabbed Betty's face with his index finger and thumb and pulled it out
"My cousin won't let me say," Betty slapped Ivey away
"Ha~ I want to surprise you - I'm very happy."
"Abominable Woman"
Ivy mourned for herself
