On the 16th, my whole body ached, I coughed violently, there was like a fire in my throat, my nose was sealed with cement, I started to have a fever at night, I took antipyretics, and I didn't sleep much all night.

On the 17th, the fever subsided, the headache and nasal congestion improved, but I still had a cough and my body hurt.

On the 18th, all the symptoms improved, leaving only cough and muscle pain, but leaving many sequelae, such as loss of smell, dull sense of taste, dull pain in the lungs, etc.

Until now the twentieth day, the sequelae have not completely disappeared, and I still have occasional coughs, and the most annoying thing is that people are very easy to get tired, and they feel that their strength is drained when they do a little thing. A few days ago, I poured a pot of hot water, and after holding the kettle for 1 minute, my whole right hand was so sore that I couldn't exert my strength.

My symptoms seem to be very serious, my parents have mild symptoms, just cough and fever, but our family has received three shots of vaccines.
