Grass, wood, insects, and insects, the aura contained in the soul is the most rough, not into the stream, mortal beasts, the soul is formed, the soul is the ninth grade aura, the aura in the body of the Taoist is the eighth grade, and the Taoist is the seventh grade...... And so on.

For each level of life, the aura that needs to be consumed to maintain vitality can be lowered below. But if you want to strengthen yourself, you either need to spend a lot of energy to polish the aura in your body with the essence of the sun and the moon, and slowly promote it to the next level, or you can swallow the more refined aura.

Therefore, the high-grade aura is a great tonic for the lower-grade creatures, and the cultivation can progress rapidly. ”

When Yu Lie heard this, he immediately understood in his heart:

"I see, the specific grading in the aura is actually as high as nine grades, which happens to be the same as the life level of living beings. In this way, the essence of my generation's cultivation is to refine the aura in the body, transform its texture, and then use the aura to transform the body and soul!

This is the true meaning of Qi refining, and the reason why True Qi is important to Taoists! ”

Yu Lie had a lot of thoughts in his head, and soon he thought of it:

"So what I thought about was not wrong. If you want to grow your Dao line quickly, you can't work hard to polish the aura in your body, and you can't take spirit stones, because Daoists can only use inferior spirit stones, and most of the aura in inferior spirit stones is also at the eight-grade level, and only by using lower-grade spirit stones or seven-grade pills used by Daoists can they grow rapidly.

In this way, alchemy, it can be used to refine eight or nine medicinal materials to refine seven elixirs. This process, which is almost billions of years of polishing between heaven and earth, or the cultivation of the human body, is to improve the quality of aura in the Dan furnace, which is also the true meaning of the Dan Dao? ”

Many thoughts raced in Yu Lie's mind: "Then why does the Dao Court have to restrict the Daoists so that my generation cannot use higher-grade pills and spirit stones?" ”

A bold thought jumped out of his heart: "Could it be that as Daoist Shanyozi told at the beginning, my generation of Daoists is just a link in the food network chain." All lower-level cultivators, for the upper-level cultivators, in addition to being juniors, are actually also tools used to refine the aura between heaven and earth, so that the overall aura between heaven and earth can be improved? ”

But before the rest of the columns could ponder more carefully, Shanyangzi began to talk about another principle of cultivation:

"What is the way of cultivation, the way of observing the sky, and the journey of holding the sky. This is very mysterious, and Poor Dao only mentions two sentences here.

One is the way of heaven. It is nothing more than the essence of creation, nature, the universe, and other things, inherent things, and the rules that have long existed between heaven and earth. In my generation, the cultivation of the Tao was just to discover these existing truths and apply them a little.

The two of them are in the sky. If you thoroughly understand the principles of materialism, you should know that the more the Daoist conforms to nature and the existing rules of heaven and earth, the greater the power can be exerted. Any man-made and human-centered conjecture is nothing but a fantasy, and it is no match for the truth of reality. ”

This remark is a bit profound, although everyone faintly feels that Shanyoko has broken the truth and crumpled it to explain it to everyone, but everyone still feels mysterious.

Yu Lie, who was called "Dao Seed" by the other party, felt the same way.

Fortunately, at this time, Sanyoko spoke again:

"For example, if a Taoist disciple says, since the true meaning of cultivation is to eat and eat, it is just a word for 'eating', then what is the use of the scriptures written by the predecessors Xianda? But a bunch of red tape and false truths? ”

Shanyoko smiled: "Then the poor road asks you and others."

Why do you think that the rules and principles that have existed since ancient times, evolved from heaven and earth, and have not been wasted for hundreds of millions of years, and that the rules and principles that have been cultivated step by step and promoted to perfection step by step by the living beings seem crude?

And I just feel that the immortal path is only 30,000 years old, or even just an old pedant a hundred years ago, using the 'truth' that he has studied in his life for only dozens or hundreds of years, and it does not seem crude, but rather delicate and ingenious? ”

The other party laughed and said affirmatively: "Of the two, the former is inactive, and the latter is artificial, and the levels cannot be compared."

And the latter, the complicated and complicated rules of the fairy road of our generation, even if the weaving is subtle and profound, specifically speaking, it is only a repeated exposition of the former. In general, they cannot escape the use of the weak by the strong, the foolish by the wise, the enslaved by the many, and the corrupt by the new...... All sorts of truths.

The more people or things conform to the nature of heaven and earth, follow the truth of nature, do not stick to decay, and can change with time, the more vigorous they are.

It's just that the human heart is not the heart of heaven after all, and it is difficult to 'see' the truth, but can only be understood. It is inevitable that there will be going around and around, and it will require a long and exhaustive record, so nine out of ten of the scriptures and classics written by the sages are going around and around. It's just that often if you don't, you can't find the real truth, and you can't tell it. ”

Shanyoko paused and concluded: "The word 'eat and eat' that you just said does sound vulgar, so it is more appropriate to replace it with the word 'eat'."

Although this way of using form to complement form and plundering the wisdom, vitality, creation, and accumulation of other things is naked, it is actually a clear path pointed out by our predecessors after repeatedly hitting the wall and suffering from all the hardships. ”

The other party looked playfully at all the Taoist disciples present:

"When you wait for normal times, you can pay attention to what red tape and great avenue mysteries, but when it comes to fighting the law, it is not the same who has the highest mana and who can survive. If your so-called Great Dao Mystery is really correct, then when you fight the law, your mana will inevitably be superb, and your spells will inevitably be strong, and the one who survives should be you. This is empirical evidence.

The only way to test the truth is to prove it. ”

Hearing this, those Taoist disciples who were originally ignorant were also faintly touched in their hearts, and many of them turned red, and their mouths read: "So it is, so it is." ”

"It's no wonder that today's immortal path is based on the former side door and left path as the mainstream, but it has been carried forward and reached its peak. The so-called side door left way, orthodox truth, it is artificial, only the more in line with the essential laws of heaven and earth, the closer to the avenue, and there is no so-called side door orthodoxy, only near or far! ”

"Eat and eat, no, the method of taking food is the true law that is closer to nature and in line with heavenly principles!"

Seeing that everyone's faces finally showed a touch of emotion, Shan Yoko smiled lightly and stopped talking abruptly.

The man waved his sleeves and said, "This sermon will end here."

After saying that, Shan Yoko shook his body and floated up, as if he didn't want to stay for a moment.
