A little fluorescent light illuminates the otherwise somewhat dark space, and these rays of light attach to the meridians, which in turn intersect with each other to form a rather complicated path.
The perspective suddenly zooms out.
I saw that these rays of light seemed to form a lotus flower in his body.
"Step by Step Lotus" is not only the name of the exercises, but also the name of supernatural powers.
Cultivate to the profound realm, one step at a time.
This refers not only to the vision he took when he stepped in the Scripture Pavilion, but to the great supernatural power that could cross space and even travel through the three thousand worlds with one step and one lotus.
In the process of realizing the Dharma, he saw that the old monk took one step to the end of the world, one step to the cape, the golden lotus bloomed, and the Buddha was shining brightly.
If you practice according to this method, if you don't have the blessings of the Dharma, what is condensed is an unadorned green lotus.
However, the color of the lotus flower is only a symbolic meaning, and does not affect the power of the exercises and supernatural powers.
If you really want to compare, then Wang Li only knows the Chaos Blue Lotus, the Creation Blue Lotus, and the Meritorious Golden Lotus, which is stronger and which is weaker?
The exercises worked, and the light lit up.
Wisps of breath are inhaled into the meridians from between heaven and earth, slowly flowing, and penetrating the whole body.
Everywhere you go, the skin, flesh, bones, and viscera are all nourished, and the impurities from the acquired are slowly squeezed or washed and discharged in the immersion and tempering of the aura of heaven and earth.
In ancient times, the first stage of the cultivation of the Heavenly Beings was called "Refining and Refining Qi".
However, after many billions of years of changes, the aura of heaven and earth has gradually been mixed with all kinds of mixed breaths, which not only affects the purity of the aura, but also contaminates the acquired souls with more waste gas impurities. If you start your cultivation directly by refining and refining qi, you will inevitably get twice the result with half the effort, or even fail in success.
Therefore, at the beginning of the cultivation of this world, he made adjustments, and he needed to purify his body first, and at the same time temper a powerful body, so as to prepare for further refining the pure aura of heaven and earth in the future.
This is the first realm of cultivation in the world: forging the body!
