Chapter 337: Save the Void Dragon
The Mage-Killer stood tall in front of Elidi, knowing nothing about it except for a little information she had obtained from Crassus. While it's fair to say that she should be perfectly safe under its defenses, the creature has been modified to be something more threatening.
Elidi picked up a stone and threw it, and as she expected, the stone passed through the creature's body and was not blocked.
The Draenei had no choice, and she began to summon her staff, though knowing that its power might turn against her.
The mage-killer moved silently, which made it even more terrifying, and Elidi pointed the staff forward.
A burst of blue light erupted from the staff, striking the Mage Killer, and then immediately turning around and flying towards the startled Draenei.
Elidi was thrown out violently, she let go of her hand holding the staff, and quickly flipped in the air, and in a few moments, the priestess fell to the ground.
Most people fall unconscious or even die, but the priestess's training allows her to roll when she lands, ending in a crouching position. Despite this, Elidy was thrown disoriented, and it took her a while to determine the location of the Mage Killer. For a moment she didn't, and suddenly a second blue light almost knocked her to the ground, and the Draenei barely dodged it, she had thought that the monster couldn't reflect the staff's energy twice, but now it seemed that she was wrong. She could only assume that it was the shapeshifting that gave it that power.
The black palatins near her sprang away as if on fire, and although the ugly creatures believed to have served their masters, they weren't as close to the mage-killer as they thought. Elidy suddenly noticed that the Void Dragon was trying to get her attention.
Draenei summoned her staff.
"On the other side," Zzeraku tried, "over there." ”
"That" is an altar carved into the shape of a dragon at the bottom, and above it is a light blue cube with something on top of it that makes the Draenei afraid to approach it.
"Wand...... "The Void Dragon struggled to continue, "only it can move that cube and let the supply begin." ”
Elidy didn't understand what the Void Dragon's last words meant, but now the cube was her only hope. She disbanded her staff once more, and then, as the Mage Killer approached, she jumped over its head.
Something like a claw grabbed at her. But it didn't hit, and the Mage Killer spun around as the Draenei landed, and its center began to turn black and darken.
A black light struck her.
The priestess dodged the attack, but a dark-palate monster behind her who tried to escape slowed down, enveloping it with a scream. The black palatin slammed into the wall, so powerful that Elidy could hear its bones breaking, and the dead black palatin slowly slid to the ground in an unsightly position.
Before the mage-killer could attack, the Draenei approached the altar, hoping that Zzelaku hadn't made her a serious mistake, and Elidi summoned her Naru staff.
The center of the Mage Killer has darkened again.
Elidy aimed the crystal headlong at the cube
"I thought to ...... Think of that creature ......," Zzekula warned, "and use the staff......"
She did so, and the abominable figure came to mind.
The staff sends energy into the cube, and the legislature begins to glow.
A terrifying scream filled the hall, and it took a moment for Elidy to realize that it was the mage-killer.
The monster seemed to fall apart. Like a rotating body of energy, the Mage Killer flew towards the Draenei, then was suddenly absorbed by the cube and disappeared without a trace.
The priestess stood there in disbelief at this qiē.
"Be careful......" Zzekula warned.
Some of the dark-palate monsters had recovered from their surprise and fear, and they noticed that there was another intruder, and began to approach her.
She looked around, they were coming from all directions, and she had to raise her staff.
Suddenly, a red-haired figure in a robe appeared next to her, and before she could react, he had pulled out his weapon.
"Damn it. You're not her!"
Before she could answer, she noticed that the hall in front of her was gone, and Elidi cried out in frustration, "No. No, "She's out there now, outside the mountain she once wanted to get in disappointment."
"No!" The priestess cried, "No!"
"Quiet!" The man in the robes stood next to her, and at first glance, she realized that he was human. Beneath that thick flaming red hair, a pair of shiny emerald green eyes were staring at her, and although his nose had probably been broken a long time ago, it didn't detract from his handsome appearance in the slightest, at least in their population, his chiseled face and resolute expression on his face matched the color of his hair.
On the chest of his robe was a golden eye printed on a purple background, and beneath it was a golden dagger pointed downward.
Elidi recognized it as a sign of Dalaran.
"You're Ronin Mage, High Elf Winresard companion," she whispered.
"Do you know her? I tried to pinpoint her location, and then I noticed some magical disturbances here, and Winlessa was always caught up in these events," he cursed to himself, "I tried to find her but failed, well, at least you're safe." ”
"But I have to go in now, I have to save that Void Dragon!"
The mage looked at her like a madman, "Why are you doing such crazy things, I've heard a few things about what those creatures did, not to kill it, but to ...... Save him?"
"I read his thinking, Zzekula didn't want to do that, he had done those wrong things in the past, but he had changed his ......"
"Is it that simple, are you sure you're reading the real side of his mind?"
"I do...... And I can't let the past disappear, he has to be rescued for many reasons," the Draenei disbanded her staff, "he is the key to what is going to happen, and they are making him create a new kind of monster ......"
Ronin's face distorted, "It never stops, there is no real peace for Azeroth, God I wish Crassus was here too......"
The priestess was not surprised by the fact that the mage knew about the red dragon, and she said with a little trembling, "Crassus, he is being held in Grim Batory. ”
"It can't be, it can't be his ......"
"Before he and another young blue dragon, Karek, were captured, he sent me to safety, where there was a mage killer"
"That won't stump him," Ronin said sarcastically.
"There's something special about that mage-killer, Crassus said, and he may have been strengthened by the men at Grim Bartory. ”
The voice from the other side of the mountain silenced them both, and Ronin grabbed her arm, "I have to do it again, the leap into Grimbaatar took more time than I expected." ”
"Are we going in?"
He gave her a stern laugh, "Not now, you don't want to be a part of this mountain for eternity." No, I'm going to send us to a safer place...... Relatively, of course," Ronin's eyebrows furrowed, and Elidi wanted to object, but it was clear that he, and his people, knew what it meant to return to Grimbaatar,
But it was too late, and the air near them rang out...... Then the two of them disappeared again. (To be continued.) )
