Listing testimonials
Tomorrow, 12 noon on the 28th, this book will be on the shelves.
This is my first time writing a listing testimonial, even though this is already my third book on the shelves at the beginning.
In the first two books, many well-wishers suggested that I write about the testimonials on the shelves, saying that at least it can increase popularity. However, the reason why it was still "naked" on the shelves later was not that I didn't want to write, but mainly because I felt that the book had not achieved any results in the first place, but I still wanted to confess to readers in a fancy way, and even canvassed for votes and heads, I felt a little "hooligan", not my character and style.
Secondly, I also specifically referred to the testimonials written by some other authors for this purpose, and found that many of them are taking the route of sadness or bitterness, this and that, and then begging for this and that, so that I am a little embarrassed to be born thin-skinned, so I am even more reluctant to write.
Now, it's 9:42 p.m. At the moment, my mood can be described as mixed.
I thought that if I applied today, it would not be on the shelves until Sunday. Since the shelves are now in advance, it is naturally a little too late to deal with it. There may be no time code word during the day tomorrow, so the testimonials on the shelves will be advanced to this evening, and the text will only be made up tomorrow afternoon, or at night.
Sort it out, and there are still some things I want to talk to the readers, make a bottom, and I hope to make friends with the readers.
My first official job was as a math teacher in a secondary school. There is a saying about teachers, which is called five minutes on stage, ten years off the stage.
Since I started writing online novels two years ago, I have had the same experience: maybe readers only read a chapter for two or three minutes, but in fact, for most authors, the 2,000 words of this chapter are actually those that he meditates on for a long time, and then types out word by word.
Therefore, for those genius authors who are more than a few thousands, tens of thousands, or even tens of thousands of words a day, don't talk about you, readers, I myself also bow down.
Writing a book is hard. People who may not have experienced it first-hand cannot imagine, or say, will not have such a profound experience.
Three more points:
One is about writing about yourself.
Truth be told, writing, at least for now, is just a hobby in my spare time. As I said at the beginning of this book, I don't pursue the number of words, let alone the speed of updating.
It doesn't make money, it also costs brain cells, invests time, etc., and if you want to talk about the investment-income ratio, in fact, writing is really one of the less cost-effective hobbies.
Maybe it's not just me, most of the people who write books, especially the authors who write about realistic themes, I think, the situation is about the same.
Second, about the quality of the finished book.
To tell the truth, my knowledge is limited, and it is difficult to reconcile the opinions, about the quality of the book, I can only say two "do your best", do your best, do your best.
My personal experience is that in the past two years since I wrote the book, the more I wrote, the longer and more in-depth I wrote, and the more things I didn't understand, didn't understand, and didn't know, I felt more and more like walking on thin ice, cautious, and cautious every day.
The quality of the book comes first, and that's a baseline I set for myself. Whether you believe it or not, I believe it anyway.
Third, my writing habits.
In general, my writing habit is to use some corners and corners to complete. My thoughts, although my own writing may be slow, but if there are no special circumstances, I will type a chapter every day. Perhaps in terms of word count, there may be unsatisfactory.
Hehe, just kidding, writing is originally the nature of playing tickets, and since it's all so bleak and bleak, I am not allowed to be "willful" once in a while?!
Besides, math teachers learn to write novels, so you should be more tolerant, shouldn't you?!
Myanmar Miao's life, the years of bondage.
Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the readers, it is you who have given me the courage to get to where I am today. I would like to thank the old readers who have been reading it all the way from "Shanghai Prosperity" and "Pujiangdong". I won't list the names one by one here. for your names have been engraved into my heart.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Bow deeply!!
