Chapter 2: The guy with bad eyesight
The guy slowly stood up. His black hair was messy, slightly longer than normal, and mostly covered the upper half of his face. The only thing Luo Yan could see clearly was his thin lips.
The guy is about 170 centimeters tall, a few centimeters shorter than his brothers. He wears a light blue shirt, one size larger than his slim build, highlighting his slightly thinner arms.
"Are you alright?" He asked when Luo Yan noticed the blood stains on his knees.
"I'm sorry. My glasses fell off and I could barely see anything," the man apologized. "Did I hit someone?"
"So you're saying you only came here alone because of your poor eyesight?" Luo Jin asked, highly skeptical.
"Yes, I heard that," the guy replied, apparently not hearing the suspicion in Luo Jin's voice. "I'm really sorry."
"If you're done, then you're good to go," Luo Ren said coldly.
Luo Yan looked at his brother, he hadn't seen that kind of indifferent expression in a whole time. In fact, he only saw it once. When Luo Ren first came to the hospital. He thought his brother's cold exterior had thawed. But it seems that only when he is with his family does he become gentle.
Then he glanced at Luo Jin, and it looked like he was going to punch the guy if he said something slightly offensive.
Luo Yan sighed. Why are these two people so hostile to this person? This guy doesn't look like he can even get a slap, let alone a punch. In his opinion, he really is just a person with bad eyesight, lost his glasses, and accidentally tripped here.
"Oh, okay."
The guy started walking, and before he could take a few steps, he fell again. See? Just a person with bad eyesight.
"Brother, Ah Jin, you are a little mean to him," Luo Yan said.
"Of course we are. He almost bumped into you," Luo Jin said, as if that were the most justifiable thing to do.
"Forget that guy, whoever he is," Roren continued.
Luo Yan just shook his head, and then he saw a smartphone almost half-buried in the sand. Because it wasn't there before, it can only belong to the one who fell in the exact place. He bent down and picked it up. He looked in the direction the guy was going and saw that he hadn't gone far. No, he actually stopped and started touching his pockets. It was as if he realized that his phone had really dropped. Then he turned and started running back.
"I'll give this back to him," Luo Yan said, walking forward before his two brothers could react.
I understand them, especially Luo Jin, who will probably just say leave the phone there. Under normal circumstances, he might have let it go. But the guy reminded him of one of his roommates from college. He is extremely short-sighted and cannot function without glasses. Luo Yan's three roommates have been very nice to him during the four years they have lived in the same room.
Although he can't be fully himself in front of them, he tries his best to be kind to them. But those three may have sensed that he had reservations about them. Especially that myopic roommate. As far as Luo Yan knew, that guy might already know how dark he was, but he never talked about it.
Thinking about the past, he couldn't help but think about what might have happened to his original body. Did anyone claim it in the morgue? Did someone put him in the cemetery? He avoided thinking about it as much as he could. It was so frustrating to think that there might be no one to claim his body. Nobody cares.
Luo Yan shook her head and put aside those negative thoughts.
He looked ahead, and just then, he saw that the guy with poor eyesight had tripped again. But this time, at least he managed to balance himself and avoid falling face down on the sand again. Because the guy was running, they soon met halfway.
"Your phone," he said, before the guy completely passed by him, or worse, bumped into him. "It fell when you tripped just now."
The guy did stop. "You're the boy from before." Well, it's a bit annoying to be called a "boy" at his age. So Luo Yan didn't answer the phone, but just returned the phone to the person who answered the phone immediately. "Thank you."
Luo Yan stared at him for a while, especially the hair on his face. "You should pull your hair back a little bit. This may allow you to see more clearly. ”
Without waiting for the guy's answer, he walked back to his brothers. By the way, they were already striding towards him, approaching him faster.
"What are you doing, running to find strangers?" Luo Jin scolded.
"I can get my phone back. You don't have to do something that will only waste your energy," Luo Ren added.
Wasting his energy? Luo Yan couldn't help but laugh. Sometimes, his brother may really be more snarky than Luo Jin. He's just sneaking around.
Luo Yan held Luo Ren's left arm, and then Luo Jin's right arm. "Yes, yes, I was wrong. Let's continue sightseeing. ”
Xu Limin stared at the three vague numbers and walked away. These three could be brothers, considering how to overprotect the other two little boys. He couldn't see the boy's face clearly, but his voice was nice.
Then his phone rang suddenly. He just pressed the answer button because he couldn't read the caller's name anyway. "Hello?"
"Xu Limin!" A woman's voice shouted from the other side. "Where the hell are you? You say you want to check those rock formations, and then you suddenly disappear. If you want to go somewhere, you should send a message or at least make a phone call! ”
"Calm down, Li Li, yelling will ruin your image."
"I don't care! Just tell me where you are. ”
"I'm somewhere on the beach. I lost my glasses, so I'm not sure if I can call the right person. You know how bad my eyesight is. You should call me when you realize I'm missing. ”
"You dare to blame me. It's not my fault that your attention is always shifting from one thing to another. Just don't leave where you are. I'll call Ah Hui to call you. ”
And then she hung up.
Xu Limin looked at her phone, and then sighed. He will definitely be scolded by Song in the future. He brushed his hair back. Some passers-by suddenly stopped and just stared at him. If Luo Yan was still there to see this scene, he might have been a little shocked.
Because underneath the messy hair is an unforgettable face. A pair of clear black eyes with thick eyelashes around them, a straight nose, and pink lips. Coupled with his fair skin, one word can only come to mind when people look at him.
