"The World-Honored One praised Manjushri's great compassion and gave instructions on the merits of the Medicine Master of the Eastern Pure Glass World, and how to practice the Medicine Master Method. Later generations have collected and passed down the content of this puja to this day, which is now known as the Medicine Teacher Sutra. The full name of this sutra is "Medicine Master Liuliguang Rulai Original Wish Merit Sutra". ”

Every Buddha fulfills his self-nature through the practice of compassion and wisdom, and when he fully realizes his self-nature, he naturally exudes compassion and wisdom for the benefit of sentient beings.
"The second part is the original wish, which is the fundamental desire. Everything is done from the will, and the essence of the world is the power of the will. Cultivation is the same, willing to be the guide, and unwilling to be unsuccessful. Where the wish is, where the Dharma is. This sutra mainly describes the 12 subtle vows made by Medicine Buddha during his practice in the ground. In fact, Medicine Buddha made immeasurable and boundless vows.
"The third part, merit. In layman's terms, it is what has a practical effect. If it is not useful for everyone's physical and mental improvement, for everyone's life and practice, then why should we learn it?
"Part IV, Sutra. Sanskrit Shutara, translated as the Sutra. The principle of the truth of the contract, and the root instrument of all beings. Another meaning is to run through, just as a silk thread runs through a flower into a flower, and the sutra is to run through the chapters and verses as a whole. There is also the meaning that the past and the present remain the same. The reality remains the same, the wish remains the same, it can be trusted, and it can be trusted. ”

I would like to ask, can it be said that the Pure Land of the Buddhas is made by the power of wishes, and the land of Yanfu in the world of Suva is also made by the power of wishes? "Yes. There are two kinds of willingness, one is the conscious pure wishing power, full of wisdom; One is blind willingness. Most people only know that the Buddhas have the power of wishes, but they don't know that all beings also have the power of wishes. The land of sampa is the interweaving of the wishes of sentient beings, and since the wishes of sentient beings are impermanent, the land of sampa is also impermanent. ”
Professor Wu was a little confused: "Don't you all say that sentient beings only have karma?" ”
"Karma is blind willingness." Yan Zixiu smiled slightly, "As long as the wisdom is opened, karma can be turned into wishing power." ”
"Karma is blind willingness, can you give an example?" Professor Wu asked.
"Let me give you two examples. For example, some people like to curry favor with their parents. If you don't get that good, you will be hurt, and you will stay away from your parents for a while. But the injury healed a little, and he went to please his parents again. It's uncomfortable to please, and it's not safe to please. Repeated tossing. This is because there is a desire to agree in the hearts of the parties. Because karma is involuntary, this kind of behavior looks like karma on the surface, but in essence, it is the unseen desire that lies deep in the heart. ”
Another example is that some people, who have been looked down upon because of poverty since childhood, secretly aspire to live a life to those people, so that those people know that they are looking at the wrong person.
