One hundred and sixty-five: jerk off

.“ What the hell is that," Niu Million shouted, pointing ahead, in horror.

Ahead, a huge cloud of steel obscured most of the sky and was looming towards us. Perhaps because of its size, it seems to fly slowly, as if it is drifting leisurely in the sky. It is only when you see that the thick barrel in front of it becomes clearer and clearer that this behemoth* is closing in on us at a speed far faster than the aircraft we are riding.

It's called "The Destroyer 9 - S081 Flying Fortress", and I'd say, as the name suggests, it's just as big as a real fortress. It was a massive, near-semicircular flying machine, with its wings on either side of the arc, miles wide and two or three stories thick. At the top of the arc should be its very front end, and here it looks even thicker, tightly wrapped in an unknown number of layers of solid black metal armor to keep it safe. On its belly and on the sides of its wings, there were a number of cannon ports that popped forward and something that looked like one of those small flying machines that would explode, giving off an awe-inspiring killing aura.

Alarmingly, in the back of its cabin, a huge mechanical hatch opened, from which a steady stream of small combat aircraft of ordinary size were flying out and pounced on us like locusts.

"This Nima is too perverted, don't bring such a whole person" Niu Million was frightened by this behemoth* that came over with a thousand pounds

"What the hell is this? Striker 1945 or Super Boss Bee? The eyes of the Yangtze River Delta are about to pop out.

"Liar...... Lie, the leader bee still has thunder in addition to bullets, but what about our thunder? Ding Ding Xiaoge slapped the console and scolded, "We think we are playing 'if you are a man, you can survive a hundred seconds' in the way of landing on the beach......"

"it, the old lady should be playing with the bubble dragon and Zuma frog" Fei Yin rolled up her sleeves fiercely, revealing her two white arms, and then glanced at the group of unproductive men with disdain.

"The fighter swarm has flown over," the geese reminded us.

"Missiles, they're launching missiles," the red wolf slammed into the turret, aiming at the approaching powerful explosive flying weapons — I just learned they were called "missiles" — as he steered the turret. Although he reacted quickly and blew most of the missiles in the air, one of the fish that slipped through the net hit the shell of our aircraft. A violent shaking ensued, causing everyone to scream in embarrassment.

"Comrades, I've turned down the resolution, the target looks bigger, so it's easy to aim," Ding Ding Xiaoge shouted.

"Oh day, why didn't you say it earlier" A group of people suddenly scrambled and didn't know what they were doing.

"Longbow, there are too many here, I can't be busy, hurry up and help me" Yangtze River Delta howled at the top of his throat.

"What do you mean by 'helping you'? It's so disgusting" The dwarf priest longbow shot the sun and swept through the cannon bravely, beating the enemy planes close to the Yangtze River Delta into smoke, but his mouth was scolding unrelentingly

"The destructive power of the missile is too great, and it doesn't matter if the small plane hits it twice," the red wolf's voice sounded like he was killing chickens.

", missiles are system-generated weapons, and you won't be able to finish them in your next life**,** is the king, and the natural missiles will be gone after the plane is finished," the elder shouted.

"Hit the missile"

“**”

"Fight missile safety"

"**Enjoyable"

"Only by fighting missiles can we ensure survival ......"

"**Good for physical and mental health......"

……

Just when these guys who lacked a sense of tension were fighting their own battles and arguing about the question of whether to fight missiles or missiles, the largest cannon port in the lower part of the front section of the air fortress gradually underwent some changes:

First some red dots of light appeared out of thin air around the muzzle, and then I saw them begin to move in the direction of the muzzle, gradually condensing into a large red ball of light. The red dots of light grew more and more, and the speed of convergence became faster and faster, when the diameter of the ball of light became about the size of the muzzle......

"Boom" was accompanied by a loud sound that shook the sky, and a hideous blood-red pillar of light came out and hit us directly. The perilous pillar of light was so thick, almost three turns thicker than the cabin of our entire aircraft, that I doubted that we would ever be lucky enough to leave a little wreckage behind if we were hit.

Thankfully, however, our dwarf driver showed his superior piloting skills at this critical moment, and the aircraft rolled three or four times to the left in a row, grazing the edge of the pillar of light with incalculable destructive power, unscathed.

The magnificence of the sight of the "......" and the spectacular display of this extremely dangerous weapon made my friends stunned in unison, and for a moment, the cabin was silent, and I guess everyone was frightened by the huge pillar of light.

"That ......," I suggested cautiously, "...... Should we destroy that thing first? ”

……

Wise advice tends to be embraced, especially when the facts are convincing enough to be in front of us—not so much in size—that in the face of that dangerous red light, everyone immediately realizes that the thick, long thing under the big guy is in danger of killing us, and the only thing we can do now is to kill us before it smashes us to smithereens—the sooner the better.

I immediately turned the muzzle of the gun, aimed at the barrel under the air fortress, and fired in that direction in fear and anxiety. My companions also turned the muzzles of their cannons, and more than a dozen brilliant light bullets shot from different positions, and they all attacked the outer wall of the huge air fortress, blasting it into flames.

As powerful as our attacks may seem, the durability of that flying fortress is ineffective. Seeing that dangerous red energy began to converge near the muzzle of the cannon again, my heart was so anxious that I wanted to put aside the joystick in my hand and rush forward to slash it with two swords.

Well, I'll admit that even if I had the chance to do that, I'd probably not be able to pry a single one of the screw caps on it.

We were lucky, the incredibly powerful cannon missed three times in a row. Just as it was about to launch its fourth pillar of light, we finally managed to destroy it. As my last pillar hit the target, the red points of light that converged on the muzzle of its cannon suddenly twisted strangely, and many cracks appeared in his cannon body, and red light leaked out of these cracks. The red light leaked out became thicker and brighter, and seemed to be pouring out desperately, tearing these cracks bigger and bigger, and finally, the entire cannon body could not withstand the strong tearing, and finally fell apart in a burst of explosions. The huge cannon was gone, and a huge hole exploded in his original position, and terrible puffs of black smoke mixed with lightning and sparks poured out of the hole.

"Yay, kill it" There was a burst of jubilation in the cabin, and each of us was excited about the destruction of this henchman.

Despite the elimination of the greatest threat to us, our situation has not been fundamentally improved. Enemy planes flying like locusts and missiles flying around eat away at our endurance, and the artillery fire pouring down from the air fortress makes our defenses even more stretched. Now that the exterior of our aircraft was so scarred that even the wings that ensured our safe flight had been torn off a few bits, and billowing smoke was billowing outside my cockpit, I felt like we were sitting on a broken broom that was burning and I didn't know when it was going to fall.

The most important thing is that due to the lack of such a firing position as Xian Ge Yayi, there are some dead ends in our defense. Even though I had the best view from the top of the aircraft and was able to fire in all directions from the cockpit, it took time to aim. I simply couldn't shoot down all the enemies coming from all directions in a short period of time, and the reality was that I often lost sight of one enemy plane, and when I aimed at the enemy planes on one side, the enemy planes on the other side had already come out and fired at us frequently.

Soon, the durability of our aircraft has been reduced to a very dangerous level, and if there is no better way to reverse this, I am afraid that we will not be able to avoid falling to our deaths.

"I have a sentence in my heart, don't blame me for the crow'......s mouth," Niu Wanwan said loudly with a sad face.

"Don't say anything if you know it's a crow's mouth," Fei Yin reprimanded loudly.

"I can't help but want to say......" Niu Wanwan frowned, "...... Seriously, I had a very bad feeling this time......"

"I knew you slut was going to say this again," said Nocturne in B-flat minor, "every time you say it, it's not going to be good."

"It's because it's not good that I say that......" Niu Million defended aggrievedly.

"**The bullets are so dense, my eyes are ......" Ding Ding Xiaoge was wandering around in the cockpit, nervously not knowing what he was looking for, "...... Is it really impossible to release mines? ”

"String Song Yayi......" President Fei Yin gritted his teeth when he said the name, giving people the feeling of wanting to bite him to death, "...... This time, the regiment is wiped out, and he has to repair him well, and the old lady wants him to lose money and pay until the next century, Yanyan, you must not stop me. ”

"Well, I dismantled his computer and made him kneel on the memory stick" The wild goose array was obviously also very dissatisfied with the escape of Xian Ge Yayi.

"What's there to kneel on a memory module?" The Yangtze River Delta is obviously dissatisfied with the punishment measures of the wild goose array, "It doesn't hurt to kneel evenly, you are too soft-hearted in the wild goose array"

"I mean put the memory up and make him kneel......" Although I don't know what she means, the voice of the wild goose sounds miserable.

The Yangtze River Delta suddenly shuddered, and shrunk his neck and stopped making a sound.

……

Although my comrades-in-arms have not given up resistance, it seems that they have lost all hope for this battle. I wish I could be as open-minded as they are in life, freed from the horrors of death in this world, and given greater freedom.

But I can't. My poor life is only once, so I can't give up my life, and I don't want to throw my life away in this future time. Even though I was in a desperate situation, I still had to struggle and make a dangerous attempt for myself and for my friends.

I let out a long breath and harnessed my spirit to fall into silence. Everything around me became more and more blurry, as if they were moving away from me, but they seemed to be merging with me. The world has faded from color, and even its shape has been lost. When I gazed again, the endless green numeral symbols had swallowed me up like a tidal wave.

Although it sounds very subtle, it only takes a short moment to actually do it, and I enter the source world in this way, and face the laws of the world in this battle of steel and flame.

After training with Carlson Sr., I realized that I was far more powerful in the source world than in the concrete surface world. Here, I can see everything happening around me at a glance, from the floating of a speck of dust to the movement of the entire earth, and I can find clues in this vast combination of bytes.

Just like at this point, it hardly took me time to find the field that represented the enemy planes and missiles - not just as far as I could see, but I could clearly see the movement of every enemy plane and missile on this huge battlefield.

Here, the world has no dead end for me, and I have a pair of knowing eyes, staring at every corner of here.

Three enemy planes are coming from the left, right and below, the right one will arrive first, but its beam cannon will miss, I can ignore it for a while, and the one below will circle the left one for two .29 seconds and then pass the right front flank, unless I can shoot it down at the first time, I will not be able to deal with the missile fired from the air fortress.

I didn't wait for the enemy planes on the left to start circling before I hit it with one shot. Although it wasn't shot down by me, my shot had changed its trajectory and it wouldn't pose any threat to us for the time being. Fifteen p.m. and twenty-five seconds later, I'll have a chance to give it one more time, and that's his end.

With that shot, I turned the cockpit to the right and fired a beam of light at the empty front. As expected, at the same time as this pillar of light was emanating, the enemy plane happened to appear there. I watched the data that symbolized this beam rush into the mass of data representing enemy aircraft, making a mess of it. I even had enough time to see how the data broke down, shaped, and transformed into volleys of flames and scattered pieces of metal.

Three, two, one, launch—that missile is also finished. In this world, I don't need to aim at all. My mind was so precise that I was able to maneuver a huge artillery fire to hit even the tiniest rivet on an enemy plane with unerring accuracy. I even had enough time to fire two shots in quick succession between the time I shot down this missile and the next threatening target appeared, knocking out one of the beam launchers on that massive fortress.

And so, for a few minutes on end, the durability of the aircraft that we had left did not diminish in the slightest, and my downdown stats and hit rate began to climb suddenly, while the durability of the enemy Flying Fortress began to decrease at an unprecedented rate. Beam launchers were destroyed, missiles were shot down, and I missed every shot, the powerful, slow-firing beam cannon as accurate as a marksman's crossbow.

In this case, it was no longer the accuracy of my shot that would determine the outcome – I was convinced that I would not be able to miss. The most important problem is that I have to choose the right target at the right time. You must know that every second on this battlefield, dozens of enemy planes and more than a dozen missiles are flying in the sky, and they are coming towards us from all different directions, and there must be some sequence. I had to weed out the ones that didn't pose a threat to us first, and then sort out which one to attack first and which one to attack later, so that the time it approached, the time it took me to shoot, and the buffer time for the cockpit fire to charge. If I get the order wrong, there is a chance that the enemy plane will be destroyed only after it has fired a beam cannon, or that two enemy planes will fire at me at the same time, leaving me with no time to react, and every hit is a huge loss for our now broken aircraft.

So you can know that although there are dozens or even hundreds of targets flying in the sky at the same time, only a few – or maybe only one – are the only correct targets, and you must decide on your targets in the most correct order, otherwise the ripple effect of a miscalculation may be a loss that you simply cannot afford.

It's like a game of unraveling the threads: the threads are big and messy, with many threads intertwined, but only one thread. Find it, and all problems will be solved; And if you miss it, you will have to pay the price of your life.

It's not easy, you know? The speed and amount of computing required is unimaginable. Before I met Carlson Sr., I didn't believe I could do such a complicated calculation, and even now I was terrified that a small mistake would put us in a situation from which we would never recover.

But it looks like I'm doing a pretty good job, at least so far I haven't made any mistakes.

You know, I should really be glad that I was assigned to such a firing position, this huge beam cannon is lethal to almost every shot of enemy planes outside, and only those enemy planes that are too far away can escape the threat of a fatal blow, which saves me a lot of time in the process of shooting to accumulate damage, and also saves me a lot of trouble with time difference.

This is the first time I've shown this ability in front of my friends who are Skywaders, and I don't know if it's right or wrong, and I don't know what kind of trouble it will cause me. But I had to, because maybe it was the only way to save my life. I can only pray that these guys will treat this as a coincidence, an accident, or something else that doesn't require a fuss, and let us survive this in peace, and then we all forget about it together.

"I'm X, admit it, Jeff, you're hooked......" Red Wolf cried out in disbelief as he watched my ever-increasing downdown stats, "...... If you're going to say that you got this hit rate, I'm going to jump out of the plane right now. ”

Well, it's a luxury to want this group of curious babies to ignore all these unusual changes.

"You can open it." I think that if you want to dispel a person's curiosity, it is better to let him think according to his own understanding, let him think that he has figured it out, so that he will lose interest; And if you try to hide the truth in a clumsy way, then their keen observation and curiosity will make it impossible to hide the truth you are trying to hide. So, I was noncommittal and let his imagination run wild.

"Jeff, where did you find the plug-in? Do you want money? If you don't want money, send me a link and let me try it too......" The longbow shot in high spirits.

"Hello, Jeff, you're too windy......" Niu Million also shouted.

"You guy, you didn't take out this good thing earlier, it made the old lady scared, and I thought it was going to be wiped out" Fei Yin had a big opinion of me.

……

"You guys just save it, it's good to be able to knock this big guy down, don't think too much" I immediately stopped their curious inquiry, and while vaguely refusing, I accelerated the pace of shooting, and at the same time was still vigilant about the movement of various data in the source world. I don't know if entering the Source World in front of the Skywaders will expose my whereabouts to the gods, and I don't know what form their punishment will take. I can only be vigilant and ready to flee at any time, and hope that this damn big creature will be destroyed sooner rather than later.

Where do these guys get so many messy and weird questions? I thought to myself with resentment......

Even though I didn't say anything, the guys seemed to assume that I was definitely using a piece of magical equipment called a "plug-in". Originally, in their mouths, this piece of equipment could help them make money, help them mine, help them fight monsters and upgrades, and help them chat with pickles, but now they happily think that this thing can also help them easily and happily.

Oh, all I can say is that it's a beautiful misunderstanding.
