This is the path to Buddhahood that mortals can imitate and learn.

If you do it often, you can become a saint and become a bodhisattva!

"Before my Buddha Shakyamuni became a Buddha, he was King Siddhartha, and he made a great wish to save the suffering and protect all sentient beings!"

"One day, when a dove was being chased by an eagle, Siddhartha saw this and took it into his arms, and the eagle could not ask for it, and asked, 'The life of the pigeon is life, but my life is not life?' You saved the pigeon's life, didn't you want to kill me? ’”

It turned out to be the story of the classic Buddhist cutting meat and feeding eagles?

Suddenly, in his heart, he was a little shocked and enlightened, and faintly guessed the angle of the covering of Master Sorrow.

Siddhartha was justified when he heard this, but he could not bear to hurt the pigeon, so he took a scale, put the pigeon on one end, and cut off his flesh at the other end and put it in it as a sign of justice.

No, no matter how much meat Siddhartha cuts, he can't balance the scale, and when the meat is exhausted, he will have enlightenment, and he will sit upright in the scale, and the scales will eventually be flat.

At this point, Siddhartha has attained wisdom and consummation, and has attained the Buddhahood. ”

This story is familiar to Buddhist monks, but each person's understanding is different.

Some people see that all beings are equal, even the Buddha is equal to the dove;

Some people see compassion as the heart of compassion and the universality of all sentient beings;

There are also people who are equal in their grievances, selfless and selfless.

However, after Master Beiyuan's exposition and the connection with the saying of "killing for the protection of life", the monks faintly seemed to have a new understanding.

"There is no sin left above the karma of killing, and there is a heavy evil opinion among the ten evils. The words of Taoist friends to kill and protect life, at the beginning of the thought, is a fallacy, all beings are equal, how can there be a reason to kill them for protection? ”

"According to the poor monk's opinion, the Taoist friend said, it should be 'kill me as a nurse, and cut karma instead of killing people'!"

Just like a fool releasing a tortoise to return to the sea, and sending a summer insect back to the ice, if a Taoist friend finds out, he can tell the meritorious division, not only can he save sentient beings, but also there is no harm in killing, so wouldn't it be the best of both worlds? ”

"The wise man who is sad and distant is worthy of being the same knowledge of the meritorious department, and this argument is very wonderful!"

"The words are reasonable, but the words of killing are ridiculous!"

"If you don't get rid of the killing intention, you can't get out of the dust, even if you have wisdom, before meditating, if you keep killing, you will fall into the way of God."

The monks shook their heads, excited beyond words.

What's more, they all drew inferences from each other, showing a look of enlightenment, and their faces were full of excitement!

Master Beiyuan clasped his palms together and proclaimed the Buddha: "Amitabha, do you want to defend yourself?" ”

Mo Chuan put away his smile and asked seriously: "Dare to ask the master, the life of the Buddha and the pigeon, which is more expensive and which is cheaper?" ”

Master Beiyuan said calmly: "My Buddha is merciful, all beings are equal, even the Buddha is equivalent to the life of a pigeon. ”

Mo Chuan smiled: "So, the Buddha is also a sentient being?" ”

Master Beiyuan felt the slightest bit wrong, but he could only bow his head and say, "This is nature!" ”

Mo Chuan smiled and asked: "Since you are sentient beings, killing yourself is killing?" ”

As soon as this sophistry came out, the monks were stunned.

Tianqian National Teacher, who had never spoken, suddenly laughed: "If the Buddha, if he commits suicide, teach people to kill, it is convenient to kill, praise and kill, and rejoice when he sees it...... The killing ring is the heaviest thing! ”

This is the statement in "The Buddha Says the First Killing Precept of the Bodhisattva Precept of the Sanskrit Net Sutra".

Obviously, Tianqian Guoshi saw that Mo Chuan had suffered a loss of not understanding Buddhism, and deliberately recited scriptures to support it.

In fact, suicide is taboo in Buddhism!

Not only does it violate the Buddha nature, but it also violates the fundamental vow of not killing living beings.

This statement is fallacious, Daoji Zen Master once had a poem saying: Wine and meat through the intestines, the Buddha sat in his heart, if the world learns from me, it is like entering the devil's way. If the Buddha transcends all the dharmas and acts of self-destruction, is he limited by the precepts? Dare to ask if you can be a Buddha? ”
