Chapter 40: A New Ideological Moral Education Lesson (Part I)

A week after enrolling, Harry Potter had gradually adapted to life as a young wizard. He was a little worried that he wouldn't be able to keep up with the school, but he found that many people here came from Muggle families like him, and they didn't even think they would be witches and wizards. They had so much to learn that even someone from a wizarding family like Ron wasn't necessarily much ahead.

Hermione Granger, the somewhat rude girl she met on the train, was also from a Muggle family, but she showed an extraordinary talent for magic - she turned matches into needles in her first Transfiguration class. Thankfully, none of the other students did this, much to Harry Potter's relief.

The teachers and classmates all had a good attitude towards him, except for Potions professor Snape, Harry Potter felt that he must have looked at him unpleasantly, and Snape had already found fault with him for several points.

On this day, Harry had breakfast in the Great Hall with Ron, Dean, and Seamus as usual, only to find Dumbledore and the four Headmasters and other teachers present.

This is a very unusual thing, except for all the teachers at the beginning of the school year, it is difficult to gather all the teachers in the school at other times, even if they have meals.

"What's going on? Why are the teachers there? The principal is also there! ”

Ron also noticed that something was wrong.

"I don't know, maybe there's some news announced."

Harry was a little confused, but he spotted a very familiar figure beside Dumbledore, who was leaning sideways and talking to Dumbledore.

"Then, that's actually Luo Cheng!"

Harry was surprised, but Ron was now hungry, and when Harry suddenly stopped, he dragged Harry to find a seat and sit down.

"Hurry up and eat, there's still a Potions class today, and if you don't eat enough, it will be even more uncomfortable to be reprimanded by Snape."

Harry had no choice but to put his mind at ease and eat with Ron.

After about half an hour, Dumbledore stood up, and the entire Great Hall immediately stopped talking, and everyone turned their faces to the Headmaster.

"Well, now that we are digesting another sumptuous meal, I ask you to be quiet for a moment, I have an unexpected situation to announce to you."

Dumbledore said, "The Ministry of Magic yesterday issued the latest Title 20 Education Decree, appointing Rowe as the Head of the Centaur Liaison Office and Professor of Moral Education at Hogwarts. Ideological and moral education is a newly established elective course, which students from the third grade and above can choose to enroll. Let's welcome this new professor! ”

There was polite, but not very enthusiastic, applause in the auditorium, and there was a cacophony of chatter at the Hufflepuff table.

"Isn't that Luo Cheng?"

"He didn't come when school started, and I thought he went straight to find a job."

Luo Cheng started so poorly O.W.Ls the exam transcript, everyone could guess with their feet that he must be from Hufflepuff House. But fortunately, in Hufflepuff, Luo Cheng's predecessor is also a rather mediocre crane tail character, plus his predecessor does not have a strong sense of existence, so some old Hufflepuff students recognize him.

The Badger House is very united, and they won't tear down their own tables outside. Although it was outrageous that Luo Cheng was suddenly appointed as a school professor, the little badgers were still very happy for Luo Cheng, so they just stopped talking about it for a while.

"Thank you, Headmaster," Luo Cheng said, standing up, "Thank you for such a warm welcome. ”

"Well, I must say, it's great to be back at Hogwarts!"
