Chapter Seventy-One: Harry's Depressed Summer Vacation (Part II)

Mr. and Mrs. Mason were Mr. Vernon Dursley's important guests who had been boasting about in front of his family for a month. Mr. Mason is said to have been a very wealthy builder, and Vernon went to great lengths to invite him and his wife to his home. Because Vernon wanted Mr. Mason to be in a good mood to order a large number of goods in his company.

"I think we should do it all over again."

Uncle Vernon said happily, feeling that he had solved the great problem in his heart, he only felt that the sun was shining, and the big stone pressing on his heart had disappeared.

"At eight o'clock in the evening, everyone should be in their places. Penny, should?"

"In the drawing-room," replied Aunt Penny, "waiting to welcome them cordially." ”

"Very nice dear, so Dudley?"

"I'm waiting to open the door for them."

Dudley put on a disgusting, contrived grin.

"Shall I carry the clothes for you, Mr. and Mrs. Mason?"

Dudley also had a non-physical performance, which Dudley himself was indulging in, but Harry couldn't help but be so embarrassed that he wanted to slash the ground with his foot.

"They're going to love him!"

Seeing that her dear son still has this ability, Aunt Penny said ecstatically.

"Great, Dudley, I'm so proud of you."

Uncle Vernon had a smile on his face, and then he suddenly turned to Harry with a blank face.

"What about you?"

"I'll stay in my bedroom, don't make a sound, and pretend I'm not home."

Harry said dryly.

"That's not enough!" Uncle Vernon said viciously.

"Mr. and Mrs. Mason don't know about you, don't you need to pretend you're not at home, because you shouldn't have been home then! Wouldn't you be able to send that damn owl to 8 Privet Road for foster care? Then you might as well stay with him a little longer and wait until Mr. and Mrs. Mason leave you and come back! ”

"But—"

"No, but!"

Uncle Vernon said forcefully, then ignored Harry and said to Aunt Petunia instead, "I'll take them to the drawing-room, introduce them to you, and then you will announce the start of the meal." After dinner, you take Mrs. Mason back to the drawing-room for coffee, and I'll bring the conversation to the rig. If I'm lucky, I'll be able to get my hands on the signed and stamped agreement before the news at ten o'clock. Tomorrow this time we will be able to buy a villa in Majorca. ”

Harry wasn't very excited, as he didn't think the Dursleys would like him any more when they arrived at the villa on Majorca than they did on Privet Road.

"Okay—I'll go to the city to get Dudley and my dress. What about you? He yelled at Harry, "Don't get in the way of your aunt's laundry. Take your damn owl to 8 Privet Road now! By the way, cover the cage with a black cloth! Don't let the neighbors see it! ”

Half an hour later, Harry came out the back door carrying the birdcage, and it was sunny outside.

Today was supposed to be his birthday, but without greeting cards, without gifts, he couldn't stay in his room tonight. He stared sadly at the hedge. He had never felt so lonely. He missed his best friend Ron Weasley more than anything else at Hogwarts, even Quidditch. But Ron didn't seem to want him at all. He didn't write to him all summer, and Ron said he was going to invite Harry to his house!

Oh, man!
