Chapter 356: The Future of Confucianism

In this way, it made a lot of trouble in history, and even almost made the Han family face another 'young son of heaven was abolished' Jianyuan New Deal, with Liu Sheng's fluttering words, it completely deviated from the original direction.

- Jianyuan's new policy, which was completely denied by Tianzisheng and Empress Dowager Dou;

The political career of the core figure Dou Ying was completely buried, and he lost his position as prime minister;

"Poetry" Doctor Zhao Juan received forty rods outside the East City, and his face was disgraced;

The Confucian scholar Wang Zang was openly caned to death outside the East City, sounding the alarm for the literati all over the world.

Today, it is another Confucian-disgusting ······

For similar situations, people in the world have long been accustomed to it.

After all, since Emperor Taizu Gao, the successive emperors of the old Liu family have hardly looked down on Confucianism.

If there was one emperor who was a little more tolerant of Confucianism, it was Emperor Taizong Xiaowen, who was kind to all schools, even to the vast majority of mankind.

But this time, in the stillbirth of the 'Jianyuan New Deal', the entire Chang'an did not give birth to many ripples, and a fact was only placed in front of the people of the world.

-- The bitter days of Confucianism have not yet come to an end;

At least during the reign of Liu Sheng, the bitter days of Confucianism are far from over······

·

"Shen Pei?"

Walking in the apse of Weiyang Palace, to the palace road in the front hall of the Xuan Room, while walking, listening to Zhou Ren beside him mention that in recent times, the reaction of all parts of the world to the abolition of the 'Jianyuan New Deal', Liu Sheng relaxed and comfortable on his evil face, only quietly swelled with a trace of hesitation.

"Lu Shen Gong Shen Pei ······"

"Come to Chang'an?"

···

"What do you mean?"

"Xingshi asks for sin, or is it ······ to bear the guilt"

Hearing this, he saw the change in the expression on Liu Sheng's face, and Zhou Ren's rather serious face also brought a slight relaxed smile.

His Majesty smiled.

"Shen Pei, although he is from Ludi, cannot be regarded as 'Luru' in the real sense."

"Just because he ruled "Poems", not "Rites", it is enough to see that this person is not the same as Lu Ru and others."

"I came to Chang'an, and I want to come, because my disciples have caused such a disaster, and I think that as a teacher, I should come to tell Your Majesty in person."

"As for 'Xingshi asking for guilt', of course, there is no way to talk about it······"

As Zhou Ren said this easily, Liu Sheng's frowning brows also loosened slightly, and after thinking for a moment, he nodded thoughtfully.

For Lu Shengong Shenpei, Liu Sheng is actually not a stranger.

It's not that Liu Sheng has met or dealt with this person, but Liu Sheng is still relatively clear about this person's origin.

Shen Pei is his name, and 'Shen Gong' and 'Lu Shen Gong' are all academic honorific titles for Shen Pei in the world.

Just like Confucius, he is called Confucius by more people.

Lu Shengong Shenpei, who was roughly born in the twenty-eighth year of the First Emperor of Qin (219 BC), is now over seventy years old, and is undoubtedly considered to be a dying old man.

But Liu Sheng was not worried about Shen Pei's physical condition, and even his decision that he planned to come to Chang'an at the age of seventy.

- Because Liu Sheng remembers it very clearly: during the reign of the first emperor Liu Qi, Lu Shengong Shenpei came to Chang'an more than once.

Although he didn't know why he came, Liu Sheng vaguely remembered how much shock the old man who was obviously extremely old but still walking like a flyer at that time······

When it comes to Shen Pei's origin, it can actually be regarded as a great background.

Lu Shen Gong Lu Shen Gong, 'Shen' is the surname, and 'Lu' is naturally the place of origin - Shen Pei is a Lu person.

But as Zhou Ren said: Shen Pei, who was born in Ludi, did not specialize in studying "Rites" like the vast majority of Confucian students who were born in Ludi, but turned to "Poems".

It is rumored that when Shen Pei was a teenager, he studied "Poetry" under the Great Confucian Fuqiu Bomen, and the only younger brother of Emperor Taizu Gao Liu Bang: Liu Jiao, King of Chu Yuan, can also be regarded as the same brother.

In the sixth year of Emperor Taizu Gao (201 BC), Shen Pei, who was only eighteen years old, was appointed as the middle doctor of Chu by his fellow disciple: Liu Jiao, the king of Chu.

In the twelfth year of Emperor Taizu Gao (195 B.C.), the imperial driver personally marched to quell the rebellion of Huainan Wang Ying (黥) Bu, and Taizu Liu Bang, who passed through Ludi on the way back, summoned Fuchubo in Lunan Palace, and a group of disciples including Shenpei also went to face the saint with Fuchubo at that time;

That meeting, in fact, didn't have much significance - Taizu Liu Bang passed by, heard that his brother's teacher was nearby, so he came to meet him, chatted a few words, and then went to Fengpei to sing "Song of the Great Wind".

After all, it is well known: Taizu Liu Bang has always disliked Confucianism, and especially dislikes Confucianism in Ludi.

Why?

Hey!

Whoever is changed, everything that happened to Taizu Liu Bang is probably not like the Confucian students in Ludi.

It is not an exaggeration to say: In that case, Liu Bang did not order Lu Di to be killed into a river of blood, which can be regarded as Liu Bang's 'benevolence'!

In the fifth year of Emperor Gao of the Han Dynasty (202 BC), the overlord Xiang Yu was besieged by the Han army led by Han Xin, the king of Qi, or the alliance of princes;

In the end, the overlord Xiang Yu, who had no way to escape and did not want to escape anymore, drew his sword and killed himself on the bank of the Wujiang River, which was only one river away from the base camp: Ludi.

And then what?

How many people have noticed what happened after the overlord Wujiang killed himself?

The influence of the vast majority of people, the overlord Xiang Yu Wujiang killed himself, which is already the poignant ending of this story.

- Liema Wuqi was unwilling to leave the overlord, the beautiful Yu Ji was unwilling to leave the overlord, and the overlord himself was 'speechless in the face of Jiangdong's fathers', so he drew his sword and killed himself.

But among the 'follow-ups' that posterity has not noticed, there are at least two things that people need to know.

One of them: After the formation of the siege of Yuanxia, Liu Bang, the king of the Han Dynasty, once openly ordered - those who have obtained the title, regardless of life or death, will be rewarded with thousands of gold, and ten thousand households will be sealed!

Therefore, after Xiang Yu drew his sword and killed himself, to be precise, the moment Xiang Yu fell to the ground, the moment and the moment Xiang Yu fell to the ground, dozens of hundreds of figures flew out, and killed each other as if fighting in front of the battle;

The final victors were Wang Peng, who got Xiang Yu's head, Yang Xi, who cut off Xiang Yu's left leg, Lu Matong, who grabbed Xiang Yu's fragments, Lu Sheng, who cut off Xiang Yu's left arm, and Yang Wu, who cut off Xiang Yu's right leg.

The reward promised by Liu Bang of 'rewarding thousands of gold, sealing the marquis of ten thousand households' was finally divided by these five people.

Wang Peng, who got the head of Xiang Yu, was finally named Du Yanhou, with 1,700 households;

Yang Xi, who got Xiang Yu's left leg, was named the Marquis of Chiquan, with 1,900 households;

Lu Matong, who asked Xiang Yu to say the sentence 'Isn't this my old friend', although he only grabbed some scraps of flesh and bones, he was finally named the Marquis of Zhongshui, with 1,500 households;

Lu Sheng, who grabbed Xiang Yu's left arm, was named the Marquis of Nieyang, with 1,500 households;

Yang Wu, who grabbed Xiang Yu's right foot, was named Wu Fanghou, with 700 households.

Why do people need to know about this?

- Because none of these five people can die well!

From the establishment of the Han dynasty to the death of the first ancestor of the five Chehou families, the 'ghost' of the overlord has always plagued these five families.

As for who is the farce who pretends to be a ghost behind his back and makes trouble again and again that the ghost of the overlord will not disappear, it is really very intriguing.

Second: After Xiang Yu's death, almost all parts of the world were spread around, and the trend of the world being unified by the Han Dynasty was unstoppable.

But only Xiang Yu's last reservation: Ludi, resolutely refused to surrender under the call of the local Confucian scholars, and even took the entire region as a unit to wear linen and filial piety for the dead overlord.

——In most people's impressions, Xiang Yu is the overlord and the overlord of Western Chu.

But in fact, the earliest edict of King Chu Huai, the righteous emperor of the late Qin Dynasty, to Xiang Yu was actually the Duke of Lu.

The Confucian scholar of Ludi said, "Our king is dead, and we will wear linen and filial piety for our king;

The king of Han killed our king, and we swear to die that we will not surrender to the king of Han.

If this is the end of the matter - the Confucian scholars of Ludi are really 'sworn to die and not surrender' as they say, then it can also be said: this is another good story that will go down in history.

Just like later, Tian Heng, the king of Qi, killed himself to prove his innocence, and his entourage died with Tian Heng without exception, so that the last backbone of the Mo family was buried: as long as the Confucian scholars of Ludi did what they said back then, it would be another good story.

But in the end, the Confucian scholars in Ludi 'reversed themselves' and failed to die for the overlord according to the big words they said.

Even Liu Banggang sent a large army, but before he had time to surround Lu Di, those Lu Ru who were originally clamoring for 'swear to die and not surrender' had already knelt down at the speed of light to profess to be vassals, and said shamelessly: Oops~

We're all talking······

What is the truth of this matter, Liu Sheng also had a guess.

As the hometown of Confucius, Ludi has always been the most fundamental foundation of Confucianism;

At the same time, for no reason, all Confucian students who were born in this region, or even studied in this region, will involuntarily become the guardians of the "Rites".

What is "Rite"?

In a word: monarchs and ministers, fathers and sons;

To put it bluntly, the king begets the king, the minister begets the minister, the dragon begets the dragon, and the phoenix begets the phoenix;

The farmer's son will plough, and the rat's son will make holes.

In the final analysis, the "rites" insisted on and adhered to by the Confucian scholars of Ludi were the social class solidification that was extremely fundamentalist.

Why?

Why did the Confucian scholars of Ludi insist on such a criterion that was obviously too backward?

Because of the ass, decide the head;

Because "Li" means that Confucius is a saint, and the children and grandchildren of Confucius should all enjoy the privilege of being a "descendant of a saint".

As for why the Confucian scholars of Ludi did not go forward after the death of the overlord - why did they first say 'Ludi and the overlord live and die together', and then knelt down at the speed of light, Liu Sheng also thought about a rough answer.

There is a high probability that these Lu Confucians naively believe that their actions of wearing linen and filial piety for the overlord can allow the people of the world to see the Confucian students in Ludi 'fighting righteousness and death', so that in the future, in the land of China under the rule of Liu Han, the Confucian students in Ludi will have more right to speak.

As for the aftermath, it's a big deal to fight with Liu Bang to get over to Haha Lake, and this matter will be over.

After all, Liu Bang is a king, or a person who will be an emperor in the future, is it possible that he can really get along with the literati and the descendants of Confucius?

If you want to say that back then, the Ru people made a mistake in their calculations, and that is this one.

- Liu Bang at that time was indeed the king of Han;

Just a few months after Xiang Yu's death, Liu Bang did take the throne of the emperor on the bank of the Bishui River and established Liu Han Sheji.

But even if he became the emperor, Liu Bang was still the ruffian and hooligan, and he still dared to kick the Confucian student on the side of the road into the ditch and pee in the Confucian crown;

Of course, I don't take 'after Confucius' seriously at all······

"Ruru and the ······"

"Hey;"

"Full of benevolence, righteousness and morality, open and close your mouth to 'Fa Xiao Zongzhou', 'Fujingtian system', or 'Holy Land of Rites and Religions' and 'Former Residence of Confucius'."

"After all, don't you just want to touch the light of Kong Zhongni and live a good life without hard work?"

···

"It is said that the Ze of the gentleman will be beheaded in the third generation, and the Ze of the saint will be beheaded in the seventh generation."

"Since Jonny's travels around the world, how many hundreds or dozens of generations have passed?"

"Even if that Kongqiu is really a saint, it is time for the 'grace to be gone' today?"

Speaking jokingly, he slandered and muttered to himself for a while, and Liu Sheng's retracted brows finally loosened again.

Zhou Ren was right;

Since Shen Pei dared to come to Chang'an, he must have come to the Tao for a crime, not for Xingshi to ask for a crime.

Because Shen Pei is not Lu Ru.

As long as it is not Ruru, it is impossible to do such a pretentious and absurd thing as 'asking the Son of Heaven for sin'.

As for Shen Pei, who came to apologize and ask for guilt, Tian Zisheng, who was only nineteen years old, had at least nine ways to deal with it.

Nine ······

"Apart from Shen Pei, who else has an 'opinion' on this matter?"

Asking this question softly, Liu Sheng's face was still relaxed, but his ears couldn't help but be slightly pricked up;

But seeing that Zhou Ren still had that relaxed smile, he slowly said: "Therefore, Dr. Yuangu seems to have a lot of complaints. ”

"But he just complained a few words, saying that His Majesty was too harsh on Confucianism and the like, but he didn't dare to say anything more."

"Jinan Fusheng, but sent his family to bring out the news: Confucian Zhao Juan and Wang Zang are not proficient, which is the sin of their teacher Shen Pei."

"For Fu Sheng's accusation, Shen Pei specially sent someone to send a gift as a thank you ······"

Hearing this, Liu Sheng finally put his mind at ease and did not pay attention to the Jianyuan New Deal, which was no longer possible.

- Jinan Fusheng, is the only person who can handle Confucianism today.

Anything about Confucianism, even anything about academics, as long as this Jinan Fusheng speaks, there are few people in the world who are qualified to stand up and say, 'What you said is not right'.

As for the reason, it is not difficult to understand······

"Who let the family save the complete "Shangshu" on the wall of their own house back then, and taught the "Shangshu" doctor at that time Chao Cuo······"

"Hey ······"

···

"That's right;"

"Zuo Prime Minister Wei Juan······"

"That's it."

"I'd better go for myself."
