Chapter 117: Killing Intent
When Marcos looked up again, he noticed that Vincent was missing.
He immediately ran out of the kitchen, stood at the bottom of the stairs and looked up, but still didn't see Vincent.
"It's so fast." Marcos muttered.
At this moment, Laura walked in through the door of the hotel and saw Marcos staring at the second floor in a daze.
"Marcos, what are you doing there?" Laura asked unhurriedly.
"Oh, nothing." Marcos looked at Laura and said, "They just asked for two plates of food. ”
Laura looked away from Marcos' face and said, "Where did you get the new breed in the stable?" ”
"I don't know, you can go and ask the boss." Marcos shook his head and said.
Laura was a little disappointed: "He didn't tell me, that's why I came to ask you." ”
"It should have been shipped from the Empire on which the sun never sets." Marcos thought for a moment and said, "I'm in charge of the transportation at the Florida port, and from the look and accent of that person, it looks like someone over there." ”
"What do they do with new breeds? Is it just for viewing? Laura was a little curious.
"I don't even know that." Marcos reminded: "Your curiosity is better to take it away, though. ”
"I know, it's just us here." Laura leaned over to Marcos and whispered, "If you know this, you can come home with me in the evening." ”
Marcos took a step back and said, "Don't do that, Laura. ”
"Are you home by yourself tonight?" Marcos asked.
"Yes, it's up to me tonight." Laura said as she looked at Marcos with a strange look.
"What about him?" Marcos asked, looking at Laura.
"He slept outside."
"No, he should sleep in your bed, not outside, Laura." Marcos was immensely surprised by Laura's approach: "Isn't he pursuing you?" Also, the relationship between the two of you..."
Laura directly interrupted: "He's a useless man." ”
"I feel like he's fine."
"Then you go stay with him."
With that, Laura walked into the kitchen and sat down in her original position, tilting her head and waiting for Marcos to come in.
Marcos also followed: "Don't you love him?" ”
"I only love you, Marcos." Laura said as she looked at Marcos with an extremely affectionate gaze.
Marcos leaned against the door: "I seem to have heard this phrase countless times, when I was enjoying a wonderful moment in bed. ”
"Don't you want to have a wonderful night with me tonight?" Laura asked.
"I'm not available." Marcos didn't want to get tangled up with Laura anymore, he just wanted to get out of here early.
"Marcos, it's not like you at all." Laura said suddenly.
Marcos pointed at Laura and said, "I know what you want to do, don't forget that this is a kitchen, not a home." ”
"What? Are you in love with another girl? ”
"Never."
Marcos lowered his arms and continued: "You don't belong to me anymore, you are now a homeless woman. ”
"Tramp?" Laura said coldly, "Weren't you a homeless before?" ”
"Yes, yes, I was a vagabond, and I still am." Marcos nodded and said, "Maybe you like the homeless." ”
"Enough! Max! Laura's emotions began to turn angry: "You are also a useless man! ”
"Am I useless?" Marcos stared at her and said, "When you're enjoying the process, you're the loudest." ”
"What are you talking about?" Laura's eyes became extremely vicious, and the white sclera gradually turned a crimson hue.
Marcos had never seen Laura like this, and the scene in front of him made Marcos show fear, and he felt the killing intent all over Laura's body.
He tried to escape, to escape from the kitchen, but his feet couldn't move at all.
He watched Laura slowly walk towards him, and his heart was shocked, no matter how much he tried to break free, his feet seemed to be glued to the floor, and he couldn't move the slightest.
Marcos's mind was still thinking about the scene after joining the detective and his vision for the future, and he was very excited at this time.
It seemed to make him forget, his mind was still immersed in happiness, and he did not feel the danger that was coming.
Then he shook his head vigorously and said, "You're not Laura." ”
Laura didn't answer, she was just one step away from Marcos.
Marcos yelled, "Damn it! Who are you? ”
At this moment, Vincent's voice rang out outside the kitchen.
"Marcos, I want two more portions of food."
"Vincent! Come and save me! Marcos twisted his neck and shouted.
Vincent scurried into the kitchen and nearly hit Marcos.
"What's going on?" Vincent looked at Marcos's face a little terrified.
Marcos stammered in fear: "It's Laura, she... She's going to kill me. ”
"Laura?" Vincent tilted his head sideways and glanced inside, saying, "There's no one there, not even Laura, as you say." ”
Marcos quickly turned his head and looked at the emptiness ahead, surprised.
"Oh! No! I saw her! Marcos rubbed his eyes and looked ahead again, incredulous.
"It's supposed to be coming." Vincent was suspicious, "What you see isn't the real Laura." ”
"Who is it?" Marcos asked hurriedly.
"Ghosts."
