Chapter 163: Questioning

Vincent sat across from the witch, and he found that only the witch's exposed white skin was slightly out of place in the car.

Suddenly, Vincent felt a furry creature scurry over him.

At first, Vincent subconsciously dodged, but when he saw its eyes, he sat up straight and gently stroked its hair and its head with his hand, and Sibila suddenly let out a small snoring sound.

"Why are you here?" He bowed his head and said.

Then Vincent looked up at the witch, "Didn't you lock it up?" ”

"Of course, it probably didn't like it and escaped." The witch said softly, "I can see that it seems to like you." ”

"You might as well consider my conditions."

The witch started the carriage with her palm, and then extinguished the oil lamp.

Vincent knew that the witch had used Sibylla to make himself happy, and then he immediately stopped stroking, and could vaguely feel the witch swallowing in the dark.

"How did you find out about my father?" Vincent asked.

"La Curilla Carmen told me."

"Damn! What else did that guy say? ”

The witch's hat moved, "Nothing else was said. ”

"You know him?" The witch asked.

"I've heard of it, but I've never seen it." Vincent said, "It was the Lord Priest who told me. ”

"Really?" The witch said, "He said he had seen you." ”

Vincent's expression of forgetfulness: "Oh! I remembered that I had met him, and he was the administrator of St. Louis Cathedral, but alas. ”

"What a pity?"

"He betrayed Mr. Priest, he betrayed the church, he betrayed the faith, and even everything."

"Hachas?" She asked.

"Yes, Hachas, the Priest." Vincent said, "I was a Bible reader, and now I am an exorcist. ”

The witch complimented, "You are remarkable. ”

"You seem to know a lot about the church system."

"It's all that funny guy said, and I'm not interested in this at all, except for you."

Vincent wondered what the witch had chosen for her purpose: "Is it just because of my father?" ”

"Not exactly." The witch said, "According to the human opinion, I should belong to the class of heathen, and I can only say that I belong to the alien class of the gods, and as for what I have learned, from the time I remember things, gradually acquired the family lineage, and with us, it is very revered, as is now the status of Cavendis." ”

"I've already dissociated myself from those heretics when it comes to heretics, and I need to make humanity think a little bit about who I am, can you understand?" The witch continued.

Vincent was a little surprised by what the witch had said, and almost answered the question.

"I want to hear the truth from you." Vincent was at Father Cavendish that day, but he saw the witch and the fellow sitting and talking.

"Don't you believe it?"

"You didn't answer my question at all, besides, you've already met the infidel."

The witch said, "Indeed, I did not agree to his request. ”

Vincent asked, "Really?" So what are you here for? And what you're about to do to me in Paulina's house, how do you explain it? ”
