In fact, looking back at the chapters of the second volume now, it can be vaguely seen that the third volume should not be the current content, because a lot of the foreshadowing written in the second volume is useless to the end of the book, such as Mr. Duffy, the godfather of Otilia, the recommendation letter of Mr. Governor mentioned, and the difference between the image of Otiria's father and the later plot, etc., all point to the fact that the original story should go to another development.

Although it is useless to talk about this now, I think it is necessary to sort out the direction of the previous story, even if it is a summary of the experience, so as not to make similar mistakes again.

The fourth volume is actually the story of the protagonist's overseas service, I wrote some with Dennis's identity, in fact, it is very simple, that is, Tommy Hawke took the platoon of heroes, braved the fire of war to go deep behind enemy lines in the war, robbed the enemy's bank, and made a war exploit at the same time, so that the soldiers under his command made a fortune The absurd story of a group of excellent soldiers, always scolded by their superiors when they obeyed orders, but when they were persuaded by the protagonist, they mustered up the courage to take risks, obviously committing robbery, but became heroes.

The fifth volume is the story of the expiration of the term of service, the protagonist does not want to join the army, and chooses to go back to Rhode Island to study political science, and the godfather of Otilia is running for the House of Representatives, and the protagonist joins the campaign team by chance, helping the other party plan the campaign plan and defeating the opponent's story, I also wrote part of the campaign as Jeff in the existing fourth volume, but because the original thinking has changed, no matter how you force the story to others, it will look weird, in fact, it was originally a variety of strange stories that happened in the campaign.

The sixth volume is about marrying Otilia, completing major life events, and Tommy being recommended by Otilia's godfather to enter the mayor's office of Providence as an assistant to the mayor, wiping the ass for the strange mayor, such as solving the sanitation workers' strike, the mayor's prostitution scandal, the disaster relief that hit the blizzard, etc., using various strange methods to solve all kinds of strange problems, and finally ending with writing that he is ready to run for the next mayor.

The seventh volume was written when Tommy was forty years old, when he was the governor of Rhode Island, and began to try to get the Republican Party to nominate him in the party, and met another female opponent in the party.

But at that time, the editor said that if the story should be changed, it is best to go to business, write about entertainment, and not involve military and political affairs, and what's worse is that the book has been opened at that time, and it is difficult to ride a tiger, and I don't want to 404, so I can only change it temporarily, which also causes me to directly lose the control of the rhythm of the story, first of all, the third volume immediately returned to the style I was used to writing before, relying on Lao Ma's "The Wolf of Wall Street", I could barely hold on, but in fact, I was already unable to do it, and even forcibly used several speeches that should have been used in the election campaign to be used in the third volume.

At the beginning of the fourth volume, it was really Jiang Lang's end, I didn't have any data reserves, no plot direction, in fact, as early as the third volume, I already needed to check a large number of English data before coding words every day, and then turn the machine into completely unsmooth Chinese to try to recharge, by the time of the fourth volume, this state had already made me emaciated, plus my son began to get sick, busy running to the doctor every day, I didn't know what to write in the follow-up, I was completely thinking about how to round the fourth volume of the white devil, In fact, the title of the fourth volume is the White Devil, I just think this title is cool enough, and I don't have any ideas at all, and then I thought that nothing else matters, the important thing is to barely finish this story, don't care if it's good or not, and finish it right away.

Now, I can finally finish these three words in the full text and start the next story, in fact, I can't bear Tommy in the first two volumes, but I hate the rest of the story, so in fact, when I finish writing the whole text, I have mixed feelings.
