Chapter 12: The Manor Changes Hands
The development of things was beyond Charles's expectations, he never expected that Aaron, who was still underage, would be so powerful that he knocked his guards down with two punches and couldn't stand up!
Charles is not a fool either, seeing that the situation is not good, he turns around and runs away without even looking back.
"If you want to leave now, how is it possible!"
Looking at Charles, who turned around and ran, Aaron sneered and chased after him.
With Aaron's current body, he far surpassed Charles in terms of speed, and the result was obvious, in less than half a minute, he caught up, and with a leg sweep, he tripped him to the ground.
"Ahh
Charles tripped over Aaron, leaned forward, threw himself on the ground, ate a mouthful of dust, and looked very wolf.
"You...... What are you going to do, I'm the master of this manor, you can't do anything to me!"
Charles pointed at Aaron with a panicked expression, without the majestic posture he had been at the beginning.
"Don't do anything, as long as you promise me one condition, this matter will be settled!" Aaron said as he looked down at Charles.
"What request?" Hearing this, Charles breathed a sigh of relief, as long as he didn't do anything, everything was negotiable.
"Transfer me this manor, including all your property, as compensation for your actions against Tina!"
Aaron smiled faintly and stated his purpose.
"This can't be! You greedy fellow! I won't say yes!"
When Charles heard this request, his face changed drastically, and he refused without even thinking about it. It was impossible for him to hand over all his property.
"It seems a pity, Mr. Charles, that I had to kill you and leave this town with Tina!"
Aaron apparently knew that Charles would refuse, so he threatened him.
He didn't believe that Charles was so stubborn under the threat of death!
"No, you can't do that, if you kill me, you'll be sent to the gallows!" Charles said in horror.
"Oh, then I'd like to see who sent me to the gallows!"
Aaron was still unmoved, pulling out the cross sword at his waist, the tip of the sword pointed at Charles, and the murderous intent in his eyes was revealed, like a fierce beast.
"No! wait! I'm granting you!"
Charles was taken aback when he saw that Aaron was really going to kill him, and quickly relented and agreed to his previous request.
"Congratulations, Mr. Charles, you made a wise choice. ā
Seeing that Charles was finally scared, Aaron smiled faintly and inserted the cross sword back into its scabbard.
..............................................................................
Twenty minutes later, Charles' study.
"Very well! Mr. Charles, sign this name and you're good to go!"
Aaron held the property transfer book in Charles's handwriting, nodded with satisfaction, and all that was left was for him to sign the protagonist's name and press the handprint.
If someone traces it down in the future, they can use this property transfer document to deal with it.
"Okay, I'll sign!"
After saying that, Charles was very unwilling to sign his name, and then pressed the handprint, so far, the manor has a new owner, that is, Aaron!
"I've fulfilled my promise, now I can go!"
After signing the name, Charles couldn't wait to leave here, of course he definitely wouldn't just forget it, just now, he was already thinking in his heart that when he left Piquetown, he would find Baron William to help regain the property that belonged to him.
It's a pity that Charles couldn't have imagined that Aaron already knew the calculation in his heart, so he was destined to have no way to live today!
"Mr. Charles, you can leave!" Aaron nodded.
Next, Aaron personally took Charles out of the manor.
Watching Charles leave, Aaron pretended to go back to the manor, but in fact quietly stayed behind.
As soon as Charles is out of town, Aaron will do it and kill him!
Sure enough, as soon as Charles left the manor, he bought some things, and then left Peaketown, apparently, he should be going to find Baron William.
Aaron was behind, and followed Charles for about a mile, this place was deserted, it was a good place to do it, no one would find out, when he was in Piquetown, he was worried about being found any clues, and if he started in this kind of place, he would not be suspected.
Sure that he could make a move, Aaron immediately hurried after him, the cross sword in his hand ready to strike at any time.
"You can't kill me, I've given you all my property, you can't do that!"
Charles found Aaron chasing behind him, looking like he was about to kill himself, and hurriedly ran up, shouting loudly at the same time.
"Mr. Charles, you are going to Baron William, the property transfer book says, you can't come back to trouble me afterwards, you broke the agreement first, then it's no wonder that I am!"
Aaron sneered, getting closer and closer to Charles!
"How does he know about Baron William!" Charles heard these words, and his heart suddenly jumped!
Seeing that Aaron was a few steps away from his freedom, Charles realized that he was doomed, and roared, "You devil!"
These were the last words Charles said, and the next moment, the cross sword in Aaron's hand pierced through his back and stabbed directly into the vital heart, and blood kept coming out of the wound.
Immediately afterward, Charles fell to the ground, his body convulsed a few times, and gradually lost signs of life.
"Drop! Target's signs of life are completely gone! Death confirmed!"
The mechanical sound of the chip sounded.
After making sure that Charles was completely dead, Aaron was completely relieved, and then dug a pit on the spot and buried the body.
"It's time to go back to the manor!"
After burying the body, Aaron clapped his hands, patted the dust off his hands, and turned around and walked back.
....................................................................................
After returning to the manor, Aaron announced the acceptance of the manor, which immediately caused an uproar, of course, he had the property transfer certificate, and he did not need to be afraid of any trouble.
Aaron obviously has no interest in the operation of the manor, and this kind of boring thing is handed over by him to Gary to take care of, and at the same time he is promoted to steward, basically, the complicated affairs of the entire manor are all taken care of by him.
Aaron himself is a hands-off shopkeeper, happy to be idle, and concentrate on what he needs to do.
Having received Charles's property, Aaron suddenly became rich, and thousands of gold coins fell into his pocket, like a beggar who suddenly became an upstart.
"It's time for a cross sword, too!"
With a large amount of gold coins, Aaron naturally wanted to spend it, and the first thing that came to mind was to buy a new cross sword, which turned out to be of poor quality and needed to be updated.
With a few hundred gold coins in his hand, Aaron arrives at the blacksmith shop in Piquetown.
"Dear little gentleman, what do you need, I have hammers, axes, shovels, knives, swords and everything waiting here" Hank, the owner of this blacksmith shop, hurriedly stepped forward to greet and introduce Aaron when he saw him walk in.
"Mr. Hank, I need a cross-sword!" Aaron replied.
"Yes, I have the Cross Sword here, I don't know what you want from the Cross Sword?" Hank nodded, confirming.
"Take out your best cross sword here, show it to me!"
"This ......" Hank hesitated a little when he heard it, and his Aaron's clothes didn't look like some rich man.
"Don't worry, gold coins are not a problem, as long as you can get something that I am satisfied with. ā
Aaron Hank hesitated, then took out a small bag full of gold coins and opened it to show him.
Seeing the golden gold coins in the bag, Hank's eyes lit up, and then he smiled and said, "Wait a minute, I'll go and get the best cross sword here right away." ā
A few minutes later, Hank walked out of a small room with a cross sword in his hand.
Hank handed the cross sword to Aaron and said with a smile, "This cross sword is the best one I have here, look at it." ā
"Hey, this scabbard doesn't seem to match, right?"
Aaron took the cross sword, looked at it carefully, and found that the hilt was carved with intricate patterns, but the scabbard had no patterns at all, and it looked particularly awkward, as if it was not matching.
"Well, you're right, I made this scabbard myself, and this cross sword was sold to me by a passing wanderer several years ago. Hank must have heard this, nodded his head, and said in the affirmative.
"The quality of this cross sword is definitely the best I have here, I have tried, I can use this sword to cut other cross swords, and the result is that it can cut out the gap lightly, and the texture is very hard and very sharp!" Hank continued.
"Can I try it?"
After listening to this, Aaron wanted to use the original cross sword on his body to make a real yĆ n to see if it was really as powerful as he said.
"Absolutely!"
Hank seemed confident and had no opinion on this.
So, Aaron pulled out Hank's cross sword and slashed at his own, using a bit of force.
Money!!!
Under the collision of the two phases, a sound of metal collision sounded, accompanied by a few sparks bursting out.
I saw that the cross sword on Aaron's body, where it was cut, really appeared a gap!
"Chip, scan this crosssword, analyze the composition of the materials to be built!" Aaron commanded in his mind.
"Drop, scanned! Analyzing......"
"Insufficient information, unknown material composition!"
The sound of chips sounded.
"Isn't there enough information! Looks like I need to replenish the database urgently!" Aaron thought to himself.
"How many gold coins are this cross sword, I want it!"
Aaron was quite satisfied with this cross sword and planned to buy it.
"80 gold, what do you think?" Hank hesitated for a moment, then said the price.
"Yes, at the price you said. ā
Aaron didn't have a problem with the price, and immediately poured out 80 gold coins from his money bag and handed them to Hank.
"Thank you for your generosity, and good luck sir!" Hank took the gold coin, and the expression on his face was like a happy flower.
"Goodbye, Mr. Hank. ā
After giving the gold, Aaron left the blacksmith with his newly purchased crosssword.
