Chapter 7: I was fascinated by the beautiful university campus
After the college entrance examination in 1986, most of the students in the sixth class of our senior high school were admitted to the ideal university, and some of the students who were not admitted chose to repeat their studies, and some chose to work in state-owned enterprises.
Our classmates who were admitted to university went to the homes of all the teachers during the summer vacation and sent them our thank-you letters and gifts.
After going to the teacher's house, I went to Park Dong's house to play, and suddenly found his sister Aidong, it turned out that she was the school girl who was hit in the head by the football I played, she saw me, recognized me, and then smiled shyly.
She congratulated me when she knew that I had been admitted to Northern Medical College, and that's how we got to know each other.
Yu Wen took a train to Beijing Normal University on August 26. He Jun took a train to East China Jiaotong University the next day.
The students went to study in other places one after another. On the morning of August 31, I came to Northern Medical College after a tiring journey, and since then I have started my university life.
When I left home, I brought the football boots that I was reluctant to wear in middle school, a brand new diary, a concise social dictionary, a photo album, and a bath towel to use in college.
This diary is satin-topped, and it was the English single subject award that I won in the competition of the Education Department in the second year of junior high school, and the bath towel was the overall score award.
The Concise Social Dictionary is a mathematics competition award won by a high school participating in a competition with the Education Department, and the photo album is the overall score award.
I came to the university of my dreams, and the campus was so beautiful, I had never seen such a beautiful university.
At the entrance of the school is two large green grasslands, and there is a pavilion in the grassland on the west side, which is antique, carved and painted, and there are several handsome guys and beautiful girls playing guitars and singing Taiwanese campus folk songs.
The beautiful river channel runs through the pastures to the west, where herons and swans frolic in the water, and there are people fishing along the river.
In the grassland to the east, there is a martyr's cemetery, and elementary school students are laying flowers at the martyr's monument under the leadership of their teachers.
Next to the school is a park with a beautiful environment, and a zoo with ostriches, turkeys, and excited visitors.
It was a university in a garden, and I walked along the asphalt road in the middle of the meadow to the campus gate.
Above the gate is the name of the university: Northern Medical College. As soon as I entered the university, I felt as if I had stepped into a sea of flowers, and the fragrance of lilacs was refreshing.
In the front is a large square, and in the middle there is a superstar music fountain, which jumps and sings to the rhythm of the music.
Behind the fountain is a flagpole surrounded by a guardrail made of white jade. The students of the National Flag Guard of Honor are wearing brand new honor guard uniforms and are training in the square.
At the back of the square stands an 8-storey building, which is our main building. To the southeast of the main building is the Center for International Academic Exchange.
To the southwest of the main building is the administrative office building. To the east of the main building, there is a laboratory building. To the west of the main building is the academic lecture hall.
To the north of the main building, there is a huge gymnasium, which is very beautiful and modern, with basketball halls, volleyball halls, table tennis halls, badminton halls, and gymnasiums.
To the east of the stadium is an open-air stadium, with high spectator stands, a viewing platform to the west, a regular green field in the middle, and a running track outside, as well as long jump, high jump, and throwing fields.
To the west of the gymnasium is a solemn library, with a semicircular structure, just like the ancient buildings of Rome.
To the north of the library is the student dormitory, each building is five floors, very foreign, each room lives 8 people, I will live, study and live here.
To the south of the library, there is one
"Quiet Lake", there is a small stone bridge in the middle, and there are beautiful female students in skirts reciting English by the lake.
What a beautiful college campus, and I immediately fell in love with this university in the garden. (To be continued)
