Writing with gratitude
The Legend of My Sister is a book for teenagers, and is ideal for teenagers between the ages of 10 and 14 or 5. Such a teenager may have just gotten his first mobile phone in his life, trying to search for suitable content in the vast online world. I hope that teenagers will just find the starting point in various mobile games, discover the children's literature of the starting point, and discover "The Legend of My Sister".
What I want to show teenagers is the real life that has not been beautified like a fairy tale.
Teenagers are no longer children, but they do not have enough life experience to understand the world of adults, and they should be escorted by adults in the transitional stage of confusion and ignorance. And this book hopes to help teenagers and play a role in bridging the over, so that teenagers can safely move from innocent children to reasonable youths.
Through the simplified different perspectives, different character positions and subtle human nature, it helps teenagers open a window and gain a more insight into the world. The more you understand, the more you forgive. People who are tolerant and peaceful should be able to live a happier life.
"The Legend of My Sister" uses the daily life of children such as Ah Qiao, Archie, and Duo Duo to show the survival instinct of upward and good, and promote the positive belief that hard work will eventually pay off. Life keeps growing, to be a better version of yourself, happiness will definitely come knocking on the door.
In "The Legend of My Sister", the younger sister Xiao Aqiao is just a clue character, and what she shows is the living conditions of left-behind children in mountainous areas. Silly music will also encounter difficult and unexpected things in his childhood, unexpected dangers will come in the quiet daily life, death is not as far away as he thinks, and ordinary life will not be obscure forever...... Strive to be a better version of yourself, and beautiful miracles that you can't believe will come. God helps those who help themselves. Work hard to chase your dreams, and your dreams will really come to you!
Perhaps, the term "mountainous" can be removed, which is equally appropriate.
Teenagers who set out with the enthusiasm to pursue their dreams will come for you in the future.
I myself graduated with a master's degree in literature, and I have worked in many companies to do literary propaganda, and since I became a mother of children, I have paid special attention to children's literature books. As children get older, after picture books and bridge books, children enter the stage of independent reading, while there are relatively few realistic works suitable for this age.
Adults often feel that children don't understand their own hardships, so why not show them that there are all kinds of adult worlds that have no choice?
Of course, presentation requires mode. It can't be too cruel, it can't be too gloomy, it can't be too negative. And these can and should be achieved in children's literature.
In addition to mainly telling children's stories of innocence and childlike fun, I also appropriately reveal the simplified adult world, which is exactly the original intention of my writing.
On the occasion of this novel, I would like to solemnly thank the starting point platform for holding this meaningful essay activity! Serious thanks to my editor, thank you. Her encouragement was always timely, spurring me to keep going. Thank you for your companionship, support and encouragement from the end of the pen to the end of the manuscript. Without thanks, there would be no such 300,000-word "Legend About My Sister"!
Special thanks to my mentor Qi Cheng, who I was fortunate enough to be assigned to. His rich and highly critical criticism hit the nail on the head and convinced me. At the same time, he did not hesitate to give me guidance and encouragement, which made me more determined to move forward when the mouth was suddenly opened. Writing about my own style and personality will be the direction I will strive to explore next! Thank you again Mentor Qi Cheng!
Lucky as me, I met the first Chinese Children's Literature Essay Contest of "Non-Tong Fan Xiang Childlike Dream"!
