Volume II Storm Falls 131 Gulabash Arena

I was a little happy, partly because I had met goblins, real goblins. On the other hand, because they didn't seem to have any hostility or surprise towards me. They were used to seeing me. Another important point is that I have the impression that these guys have never been able to go to the Three Treasures Hall for nothing. That means they must have found something...... Maybe it's a terrible thing.

I quickened my pace, and if it wasn't much different from what I remembered, I would soon be at the southernmost seaport on the continent. I can't wait to see there.

And the strange feeling behind it seems to have faded a lot. That was until I came across another village in ruins.

But the place seems to have been abandoned for a long time, with collapsed houses and stone buildings, overgrown weeds in front of and behind the house. Troll skulls embedded in wooden stakes indicate that the place doesn't seem to be deserted for ordinary reasons.

I've been in contact with the trolls in the north, and there seem to be several more troll tribes in the south...... Thinking of this, I subconsciously slowed down the pace of progress. It's better to be cautious.

But the next village you encounter is not a long time in ruin, but a new one that has just been destroyed. There are no weeds growing among the ruins, and even dead bodies that have not yet decomposed are telling me about the tragedy that happened not long ago.

I covered my nose and held my breath to examine the corpse, which had been decomposed into a puddle of rotten flesh, and found that the cause of the troll's death was that his head had been smashed. The villages in the south are much larger than those in the north, and there are at least 100 families in this village alone.

Could it be that the orcs did this too? Do the orcs have such a large force? I gasped at the thought of this. Could it be that the orcs are only now infiltrating the north because they have already occupied the southern forests?

I quickly looked back behind me, and there was a dead silence, and even the birds stopped chirping. At this time, I was a little worried, and the excitement just now was gone.

And the next few villages I met made my heart cold...... Maybe the Southern Forest is really overrun by orcs.

If that's the case...... Then the armies of the north that I have seen are probably only a small part of them. The more I thought about it, the more scared I became, and I began to worry that if this was the case, if they attacked the Stormwind Kingdom, would the human army be able to stop it?

I was stunned for a long time when I saw a huge stone arch in front of me, and the stone arch was covered with the corpses of trolls. The scavengers were still looking for something on the skeleton-turned corpses that had been pecked.

Walking slowly under that stone arch and looking at the dozen or so troll skeletons hanging from it really gave me a little creepy.

After passing the stone gate, a few hundred meters ahead, a huge village appeared in front of you. It shouldn't be called a village, it's a big place, and the huge circular building in the middle of the village caught my attention.

It was also destroyed, and some stalls on both sides of the street were looted. The house burned down almost completely. Are the orcs going to kill them all?

I walked and I didn't find a single body! There was not even a speck of blood on the stone-paved ground. It's a completely empty city!

It's hard to imagine how the orcs managed to empty such a large town, or if they all fled?

Although I was alone in the forest, I didn't feel sick, and now I feel cold behind my back when I walk in such a place. Subconsciously shook his back, and the shield behind him was still there.

With both hands on the hilt of the sword, I was afraid that something would suddenly appear in such a dead place. When I slowly walked to the huge circular building, I realized that this thing was really built...... Majestic.

The building felt like it was five stories tall, and in such a place it was already the tallest thing except for the trees. As I climbed the stairs, I suddenly felt a foul smell of rot.

I covered my nose and walked on, and as I walked into the building I was shocked by what I saw.

It's not a theater, it's not a council, it's a huge arena, and what gives me goosebumps is that there are so many trolls sitting in the stands of the arena! I can't count......

Their bodies were crooked, some with their heads drooping, some of them already collapsed in the stands. The smell is what they make, they sit here, but they never move on their own again, they don't speak, they don't cheer, they never will.

In the middle of the arena was a wooden stake with a troll's head stuck in it. To be inserted in this place, it must not be a simple person.

The whole arena smelled of death and decay, but I wondered how these dead trolls could have ended up here, and they couldn't have been sitting there and dying!

The afternoon sun passes through the cracks in the arena, cutting it in half. This sunlight, which is no longer bright, makes the already lifeless place even more lifeless. I felt uncomfortable standing there, so I quickly stepped out.

I guess this building is the place called the Gulabash Arena.

Walking down the arena, I suddenly heard the sound of footsteps and cars coming from the street not far away. I quickly ducked behind a broken wall on the side. The voice got closer, and a green-skinned goblin came out pushing a wooden cart.

The guy's big bright eyes didn't notice my presence, and it was muttering something as it walked, but it didn't make a sound. It pushed the cart past the street in front of me and slowly disappeared into the street in the distance.

What are they doing in such a place? Or is there something strange about this place?

I chose to follow it and see what it was. With my right hand pressed against the weapon, I was ready to take it in case it was necessary. The town is huge, much bigger than the villages that I have encountered before. The goblin walked over to a house that had not yet fallen off the roof, put down the cart in his hand, and walked in.

Could it be that this guy picked up a leak after the war?

I leaned over slowly, only to hear the goblin tinkling things around the room. It's really not afraid to attract anything else.

It came out of the house, put a clay pot in the cart and pushed it to the next house.

I leaned over to the cart and looked inside, and there were ornaments, coins, necklaces, clothes, masks, and the clay pot I had just had. That's a leak! But I didn't go up and disturb him.

I followed it and tried to pick something out of its cart as well, but didn't find anything of value until it got dark.

The guy came out of a room and turned his head to look at the arena in the distance, and then the guy hurried away with a cart. It's not a good word, it's not just in a hurry, it's a little panicked, and it quickly pushes the cart away.

Watching it disappear around the corner, I felt something was wrong. That feeling of someone on my back crept up on my back again. Instead of looking around, I quickly dodged and walked down another street. I want to make sure if there's anyone on my back.

I don't know why this place is dark so fast, just a little dim, and in the blink of an eye, this place is dark! And make me wonder if it's a bit too coincidental that there is no moon here! There was still a moon yesterday...... Or am I mistaken?

No, no, no, this bird place...... I can't stay here, I have to go. Thinking of this, I flashed out from behind a wall and hurried away. But after a few steps, I seemed to hear ...... Lamentation! Crying sound...... And self-talk.

I scolded silently, trolls were originally a more evil race, and now they have been slaughtered, this is haunted!

Thinking of this, I slowly drew my knife, hoping that this weapon that had taken so many lives would keep those ghosts away.

When I found my way out of the city, a troll was standing in the middle of the road out of the city, carrying a lamp that was completely negligible but enough to attract attention.

So, I won't be at peace tonight......

I put my sword in its sheath and drew my bow and arrows. Trolls make arrows that are thicker than humans, so I'll use them when I'm done shooting.

The troll was hunched up, and he stood there motionless, and I even wondered if I was mistaken or ...... Is he a ghost?

I was just about to put the arrow on it, and I counted it to ninety-nine, and if it didn't move, I would give him an arrow! The rickety body that had just counted to eighty seemed to tremble for a moment, and then he moved, and walked in the middle of the avenue, towards the arena.

The guy muttered as he walked, and I couldn't understand what to say in that hoarse voice, but I thought it was terrifying.

I wasn't close to him, and the light didn't illuminate at all, and I couldn't see what he looked like. I saw him walk towards the arena.

I was just about to move away as he walked slowly when an orc appeared across the street!

I said there was someone behind me...... Someone behind him...... I quickly looked back. I really don't expect anything to come out in the back, I'm worried that I'm going to have a face!

The orc must have seen the troll just now, and the troll walked up the steps of the arena, only to see him follow.

Didn't this orc stalk me? I suddenly felt a little confused. Or is it this orc...... Lose your marbles?

Seeing the orc follow me into the arena, I decided to get out of here. I don't want to join in the fun! I don't like the vibe.

Thinking of this, I turned my head and prepared to leave, but as soon as I twisted my head from my feet to my head, goosebumps arose, and I almost screamed in my heart.

A figure with a pale blue glow was slowly walking towards me a few meters away.

I took a few steps backwards, and I stepped on something, and there was a click!

Subconsciously glanced to the side...... A figure with a pale blue glow in the collapsed house next to me was looking at me......

Just look at me.
