There is an abbot in the Bodhisattva Temple, whose Dharma name is Juexin, who is known as Master Juexin, who is meditating at the moment. In the dreamlike Zen realm, he suddenly saw a group of chick spirits coming to him and chirping and screaming.

What is the reason for this? He didn't know, and was wondering to himself, when the temple god in the temple came over and smiled, and said Master Juexin, you don't understand chicken language, I'll translate with you.

Master Juexin said, "Okay, tell me, why are these chicks screaming around me?"

At this moment, the temple god and a larger chick spirit cooed for a while, and he sometimes nodded, sometimes saying yes. The other chicks stopped calling and were quiet for a while.

Master Juexin looked at the temple god and said, What are you talking about? I don't understand. The temple god said that these chicks told me that 50 years ago, they were eaten as hairy eggs by a woman who dreamed of being a singer while they were still hatching, so they have not been able to give birth to more.

They then become a kind of rheumatic lesion parasitic on the leg of the reincarnated woman named Chang Dexiang, in order to collect debts, hoping that Master Juexin will mediate and ask Chang Dexiang to find a way to surpass them.

Master Juexin said, you are embarrassed for me, now I don't know the woman named Chang Dexiang, how can I tell her to surpass them? The temple god didn't say much, only bowed his hand, and the little god said goodbye.

At this moment, a flock of chicks chirped again, thus "waking up" the meditating Master Juexin. When he opened his eyes, he saw that the little novice in the temple had already led the two women, one old and one young, to the front and said, "Master, the two donors have been waiting at the door for a long time, and they have something to ask for advice."

The old woman stepped forward and said, disturbed. Pointing to a haggard girl standing beside her, she said, "My daughter is suffering from rheumatism and is being treated in large and small hospitals, but it has no effect, so I have come to ask the old Bodhisattva to see if she has committed any evils." If you have committed a sinful obstacle, can you rule it out?

Master Juexin suddenly remembered that when he was meditating, the temple god had told him that those chick spirits had become a kind of rheumatism lesion parasitic on the legs of a woman named Chang Dexiang in order to collect debts. Just now, I heard the old woman mention rheumatism, so she asked, "What is your daughter's name?"

The old woman rolled her eyes and motioned for the girl next to her to answer. When he heard that her name was Chang Dexiang, Master Juexin understood, he looked at the girl and said, "Female donor, you are suffering from incurable rheumatism in your legs and feet, which seems to be a physical disease, but in fact it is a disease of iniquity, and a group of chicks are looking for you to collect debts."

What, old Bodhisattva, how does my daughter's illness have anything to do with chicks? The old woman asked in surprise.

Mom, I don't believe it, I contracted this disease while serving my sentence in that dark and damp prison cell, and it has nothing to do with chick spirit.

Chang Dexiang pulled his mother and said, let's go! I can't ask anything here. Wei Li glared at her and said Shut up, listen to the old Bodhisattva's teachings.
