Cheng Shenggui was grateful, so he went to a nearby temple and asked for a copy of the "Dizang Bodhisattva Original Wish Sutra" and went home and insisted on reciting it seven times.

One night, I dreamed of a man wearing a robe, like a monk, holding a tin staff, with kind eyebrows and kind eyes, standing in front of Cheng Shenggui and saying, Your yang life is over, because you chant sutras and are pious, plus you usually do more good deeds, and you will prolong your life for another 22 years.
