The passage to the dungeon is narrow and dark.

Every dozen steps, there were lit braziers on the walls on both sides, but even this could not completely dispel the gloomy feeling.

Samwell is led to a cell by an Unsullied One.

It was empty, except for a puddle of green liquid on the ground.

The dim torches flickered, illuminating Samwell's face like a ghost.

"Why is there only a puddle of water? Isn't it two people? He asked.

"At first there were two beaches, but then they came together." The Unsullied replied.

Samwell lowered the torch to illuminate the green water on the ground.

Or is it called green blood?

It is thicker than water, but it does not have the color of blood.

The orange light swayed on the surface of the water, making the green water even more permeable.

"Did the two of them scream before they turned into green water?"

"Nope." The Unsullied shook his head.

Samwell suddenly thought that the Unsullied were painless, and said:

"Give me the sword."

The Unsullied drew the short sword from his waist and handed it over.

Samwell took the sword and touched the water with the tip of his sword.

Dingβ€”β€”

The tip of the sword collided with the masonry floor, making a slight noise.

Samwell stared at the dagger calmly, but didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.

The tip of the sword was withdrawn, and there were no signs of corrosion on it.

In the midst of his confusion, an arm covered in green fluff jerked out of the water and grabbed Samwell's ankle.

A huge and terrifying force came from his arm, and he was about to drag Samwell into the water!

Caught off guard, Samwell subconsciously stabbed his short sword into the green-haired arm in the water.

Bell –

The arm looked slender and fragile, but when it was slashed by the dagger, it made a piercing metal clash sound.

Not only did this blow not hurt the arm in the water, but the short sword broke into several pieces.

Samwell was pulled to a stumbling side, but he still managed to stabilize his body.

He threw away his dagger and drew the greatsword [Dawn] behind his back.

Whoop –

The greatsword slashed through the air in a sharp arc, severing the arm in the green water.

Miserable green juice spurted out, inevitably spilling onto Samwell.

Samwell frowned, but before he could check the juice on his body, a second arm reached out of the green water and grabbed Samwell's other foot.

Then there is the third arm, the fourth, the fifth......

In the blink of an eye, more than a dozen arms poked out of the green water, dense, and extremely terrifying.

"What the hell!"

Samwell roared, and the greatsword slashed down again, severing all the arms.

But before he could breathe a sigh of relief, more arms poked out of the green water.

It seems endless, and it can never be cut.

A low, eerie voice came from the water, like crying and laughing.

Samwell suddenly stopped, narrowing his eyes, as if he could penetrate the water, making eye contact with the eye that lurked behind countless arms.

Whew-

Green arms grabbed Samwell's feet, grabbed his arms, grabbed his greatsword, grabbed his neck......

But Samwell didn't move, as if he had given up struggling.

Only the eyes were fixed on the water, and there seemed to be a fire in them.

Puff –

Samwell was pulled into the green water, but he didn't feel the slightest difficulty breathing.

His body was constantly descending and descending, as if there was a bottomless abyss beneath the water's surface.

As far as the eye could see, there were dense green arms waving.

They clung to Samwell as if they were going to tear him to countless pieces.

But Samwell was unmoved, and even a mocking smile appeared on the corner of his mouth.

Perhaps feeling the contempt of men, the arms became more and more crazy.

There is a hint of despair in the madness.

Boom!

Suddenly, all the arms exploded, and wisps of smoke faded away.

The world swirled, and a sleeping consciousness came up from the depths of his mind.

Samwell's vision returned to normal, and he saw that he was still in place, holding a short sword and plunging into the green water.

"What just happened?" He asked the Unsullied Ones back.

"Nothing happened." The Unsullied replied honestly, "You've been staring at the tip of your sword in a daze. ”

And so it was.

The arm just now and the scene under the green water are all illusions.

Samwell threw his dagger at the water's edge and said:

"No one is allowed to come in this cell."

"Yes."

After explaining the explanation, Samwell left the dungeon.

The sky outside was still the same lightning and thunder, as if the end of the world was coming.

But with what happened just now, Samwell now wonders if all this in front of him will also be an illusion.

Something more clever - because he can't see through it yet.

"The Gods of Giscali......" Samwell pouted, a look of disdain. Hop on the white dragon's back again, driving it in the direction of the Temple of Grace.

Thundered!

Bursts of thunder exploded in my ears, and the huge sound almost shook the whole of Astapor.

No one is destined to sleep tonight.

Fortunately, Samwell has already issued a curfew order, and there is order maintained by the Legion of the Unsullied, and I believe that Astapor should not cause a riot -

Unless there really is some irresistible force to come......

Thinking of the impending destruction of Astapor, which had been prophesied by the Green Saint, Samwell's heart sank.

However, what the old woman with an exploding belly said may not be credible.

I don't know if she's dead now......

In the midst of his thoughts, Cleopatra had come to the Temple of Grace.

The huge golden dome shimmered eerily under the thunder.

Following Samwell's instructions, a team of Unsullied men had guarded the two gates of the temple, forbidding them entry.

Cleopatra landed outside the temple.

Samwell had barely jumped off the dragon's back when an Unsullied One came up to him.

"How's the Green Saint?"

"She's alive."

Samwell wasn't surprised.

Another god's tool, you can't die if you want to die until you complete the task.

"However, the Blue Saintess who took care of her is dead." The Unsullied added.

Samwell raised his eyebrows and asked, "Turned into a puddle of green water?" ”

"Yes."

Samwell snorted and strode through the temple gates.

Dressed in white, pink, blue and purple...... Saints in various robes crowded the doorway, begging Samwell to let them out, but Samwell ignored them.

If it is true that the gods of Giskari are awakening, why are you believers so panicking? Shouldn't we rejoice in the return of the gods?

Samwell complained secretly.

But thinking of the miserable appearance of the Green Saintess, he felt that this awakened god was probably not the gods of Giscali, but more like their mortal enemyβ€”

Valyrian gods.

Samwell continued on his way, through the hall, to the prayer hall dedicated to the gods of Gizcali.

The air was filled with heavy incense, and thirty-three shrines symbolizing the gods of Giscali stood in a faint smoke.

Above the shrine is a huge statue of a harpy. The surface of the gold is engraved with dense runes, and the eyes are inlaid with red agate, which is as red as blood.

I don't know if it's an illusion, Samwell always felt that the eyes of the Harpie seemed to be looking at him.

Below the bronze statue, lies the Green Saintess.

As for the Blue Saintess who helped her heal her before, she had turned into a puddle of green juice.

"Ms. Grazni." Samwell said, "Are you alright?" ”

The Green Saint waited for her blood-red eyes to look at Samwell, her mouth open and closed, as if she was desperate to say something, but she couldn't make any sound.

And her stomach actually swelled again.

The bandage that the Blue Saintess had bandaged her before bulged high, as if it was about to burst open in the next second.

Samwell frowned, then drew the greatsword behind his back and said:

"Lady Grazni, I'd better help you out."

When the Green Saintess heard this, her eyes showed gratitude, as if she couldn't wait to meet death.

But just as Samwell stepped forward with his sword, the Green Saintess's stomach suddenly began to swell rapidly.

Samwell's face changed, and he dodged back without hesitation.
