Chapter 3 Going Out
Speculating on the logic behind Lucas's malice, Ademisore subconsciously glanced at Svein, who was still busy counting the goods at the door of the warehouse, and thought about the possibility of asking the old man in front of him for help.
It is mentioned in the original book: Ademisor was taken in by Svein and given a bite to eat so that he did not starve to death on the streets.
But judging from the chaotic memories of the original owner, who rarely had a waking moment, and his living environment in the original book, he felt that the old man Svein just regarded him as an existence similar to a "stray dog", and he couldn't talk about deep feelings at all.
Perhaps Svein's work ethic can be counted on, after all, as a retired punisher in the original books, he led the elimination of out-of-control former teammates, and can be regarded as a qualified official extraordinary.
It turned out that the cowardly and timid Ademisore might have turned to Svein for help.
But now he can't and is unwilling to put his fate in the hands of others, and of course, more importantly, his inspiration vaguely reminds him that it will be very dangerous to report it rashly.
Could it be that Svein shielded Lux for personal gain? Or maybe it's some other reason.
After all, for Svein, Ademisol was a "stray dog" to take in, and Lucas was an old brother who had been with him for decades.
These irascible old buddies who believe in the Lord of the Storm have a fiery temperament and act impulsively, unable to speculate with reason and logic, and he believes in the inspiration and reminder brought by the "monster".
This is a dangerous world, and malicious speculation is justified and necessary.
Thinking of this, Ademisore decided to solve the matter on his own, after all, Lux was only the "sailor" of Sequence 9.
is also Sequence 9, although "Monster" is a proper war scumbag compared to "Sailor", but has a keen sense of fate and danger.
Being prepared in advance is not without a fight.
The most important thing now is to strengthen yourself.
Sequence 9 is limited in strength to ordinary people, even if it is a "sailor" with excellent combat effectiveness, he will die if he is shot and stabbed.
Maybe where to get a weapon for self-defense, and it would be nice to get a revolver.
After clearing his mind, Ademisor removed his trance-like disguise and got up and walked towards the busy Svein.
The moment he got up, he was keenly aware that the hidden gaze had become intense.
As he drew closer to Svein, the gaze became more and more apparent, and the malice contained in it continued to rise.
Ademisor sneered in his heart and walked in front of Svein with an indifferent expression.
"Give me some money."
The cold sound of asking for money sounded, and the sound of counting goods disappeared.
The guys looked at Ademisore who was talking with surprise on their faces, surprised that he was no longer crazy, and admired him for daring to speak to the boss in such a tone.
Svein, who was a former punisher, was naturally not a soft-tempered good man, and after hearing Ademisor's words, he frowned and subconsciously clenched his fists.
Staring at Ademisor's young and delicate face for a few seconds, he gasped twice, released his clenched fist, and whispered:
"You're really getting more and more normal."
He didn't pursue Ademisole's rudeness, and asked nonchalantly as he gestured for the men to continue their work:
"What do you want money for?"
"Buy clothes."
Ademisore looked at his short, tight top and pants and thought it was a brilliant reason.
Svein sneered, took off his wide, shabby navy coat and threw it to Ademisor.
"Just wear this, don't you want to buy new clothes that fit like those rich gentlemen and ladies?"
The guys around him laughed exaggeratedly twice.
Ademisore didn't expect it to be so easy, he nodded silently, bent down to pick up the navy coat on the ground, draped it over himself, and turned away.
Ignoring the curious gazes of those around him and Lucas's malevolent peeps, he walked briskly towards the secret door.
Svein frowned slightly as he watched Ademisore walk out of the secret door, nodded his head in a very small way, and continued to count the goods.
After exiting the secret door, Ademisor dodged the drinkers who had become fanatical from the fierce fighting in the boxing ring, and casually glanced at the calendar on the wall: Thursday, June 28, 1349.
With a slight movement in his heart, he walked out of the dragon bar and onto the street.
The picture and sound suddenly became vivid, and the carriages and pedestrians came and went to weave a moving music.
Rubbing his eyes, which were not well adapted to the bright sunlight, Ademisore looked at the bustling street in front of him.
The brief interaction with Svein just now, the other party was not angry at his rudeness, which made him intuitively feel that this irascible old man did not seem to be as tyrannical and cold as he had thought before, and he was not without feelings for himself.
He suddenly thought it might be a good idea to tell Svein what Lucas was out of control.
But then it occurred to him that the reason why everyone called him "monster" was precisely because the original body was talking gibberish all day long, behaving strangely, and being difficult to trust.
Just like in the original book, Gram always heard the revelation of Ademisor's gibberish and didn't take it seriously.
Even if I am sober now, I am afraid that it will be difficult to win people's trust.
Thinking of this, Ademisor frowned.
Even if his revelations are not credible to others, Lucas is still full of malice towards himself.
This is enough to show that what he wants to accomplish is very important to him, and he does not want to take the slightest risk.
Ademisore felt a hint of remorse for telling the revelation of the runaway, and the hairs on his back stood on end, and the familiar malicious gaze reappeared.
Lux followed!
Was it his conversation with Svein that spurred him on?
In such a hurry to get rid of me, I am worthy of being a believer in the old pigeon of the storm, and my action is really good.
There was a slight flustery in his heart, but Ademisol didn't show it on his face.
Suppressing the thought of looking back, he pretended to take a relaxed step into the flow of people in the street.
Feeling the crowd around him, and glancing at the two police officers patrolling with guns not far away, Ademisol gradually regained his composure.
Although the malicious gaze still followed, in broad daylight, he was sure that Lux would not dare to make a move.
There are goals that must be accomplished, and Lux will not expose himself so recklessly.
Thinking of this, Ademisol relaxed.
Supposedly the market is about to open at this time, and Lux should stay in the bar to maintain law and order, right, did he come out without Svein?
Ademisor was a little confused, and quickly dismissed his idea.
This can't be, he's just a 'sailor', where can he hide from Svein.
So Svein knew he was out, well, maybe Svein sent him out.
Ademisor's mind raced, and he thought of a terrifying possibility.
Svein has already been convinced by him? No, it shouldn't, and if so, they wouldn't let me out.
So... Is it to spy on me when I'm suddenly going out?
Ademisor clenched his fists in understanding, his expression unchanged, and continued to walk towards his intended destination.
