Chapter 240: Bandaging
Nymphadora Tonks is a daredevil girl.
Although she was Sirius's niece by blood, Harry had to call her sister.
Sirius still didn't want her to be involved.
It's just that Harry said so, and he didn't have any objections.
The two men nodded, and Lupin only sighed sullenly, and he did not say anything, but buried himself in his meal, leaving Tonks alone cheering, shaking his fork, like a triumphant farmer who had just killed a witcher with a pitchfork.
George and Fred looked at each other.
Tonks are all right!
Then they are not
They are ready to move, and when they open their mouths, they will open their mouths to say what they want from their hearts.
Harry looked up at them, but didn't speak, his eyes serious.
All right
They immediately understood, and swallowed everything they wanted to say back into their stomachs.
When he was done, Lupin couldn't help but pull Harry and Sirius into his bedroom.
"Harry, why are you letting her in?" Before the door could close completely, Lupin pressed Sirius on the shoulder and questioned Harry.
"In a hurry?" Harry smiled lightly.
Lupin glared: "What's the hurry, it's just that she's not suitable." β
"How is she not suitable, she is an Auror, and in the entire Order of the Phoenix, she is the most professional one." Harry helped him to his seat.
"She didn't come here because of her profession!" Lupin lowered his voice, resisting the urge to roar.
Harry sat down as well: "What's that?" β
He cast an encouraging glance at Lupin.
Lupin frowned and hesitated for a moment: "She's a little girl with a temper, she should be curious and bold, so she wants to come and see, just like the Weasley brothers." β
"George and Fred didn't speak." Harry shook his head.
Lupin was angry: "Didn't they speak?" I noticed that they wanted to say it, but were scared by the look you gave them. β
"They're only in seventh grade." Harry stretched.
"Tonks is just a little girl, too." Lupin retorted to him.
Harry nodded expressionlessly, "A twenty-three-year-old girl? β
"Twenty-three is not a little girl?" Lupin asked rhetorically.
"It's been six years since I graduated." Harry retorted, "Actually, my mom already had me two years after graduating, and she's a big girl at most. β
Lupin was powerless to refute, he hung his head, and after a long moment, he suddenly raised his head: "You and Tonks only recognize."
Sirius interrupted, "No, it's not just acquaintance. β
"Tonks' mother is my cousin, and if it weren't for the fact that Andomeda was married to a Muggle and was removed from Blake, Tonks would have inherited everything in the Black family while I was in prison."
Lupin was stunned.
"She's my sister." Harry added, "You can trust. β
Lupin gritted his teeth: "I hate you people who have a family and a past!" β
He was silent, even though Sirius and Harry had many reasons to do so, but he was still resistant.
"I know what you're thinking." After a long moment, he sighed, "It doesn't need to be like this, it's impossible for me and Tonks." β
"You don't like her?" Sirius looked strange and asked.
Lupin didn't reply.
Harry poked mercilessly: "It's too early to say that I like it, but I definitely have a good feeling." β
Lupin was a little uncomfortable.
Harry continued: "Uncle Remus is also a normal man, and it used to be fine to have you with him, but he has been lonely and lonely all these years, and suddenly a lively, cheerful, and clever little girl appeared in front of him. β
"Still single." Sirius added the most critical information.
"It's dangling in front of my eyes every day." Harry's tone became softer, "She has exactly the feeling that an old man in her thirties lacksβyouth, vitality, and maybe when she fell asleep, she dreamed that she would have such a wife." β
Lupin gritted his teeth: "I didn't think about it that way. β
"Really?" Harry looked over.
Lupin's eyes dodged: "It's impossible for me to communicate with her." β
"You have a crush on her, why can't it?" Sirius asked dissatisfied.
Lupin raised his head and looked at the two of them, his eyes sincere: "If you have a daughter, are you willing to marry her to a werewolf?" β
Sirius immediately nodded: "Of course I don't have an opinion. β
Lupin didn't listen to him, the question didn't go through his mind, and the answer he gave was not informative.
"If it's you, no comment." Harry pondered, and replied earnestly.
Lupin looked complicated and shook his head: "You are my family, of course you will say so, but she is not, how can she look at a sloppy."
"Now that you have the money, you can get a few new robes." Harry interrupted.
Lupin went on to say, "A filthy."
Harry went on to advise: "You can take a shower often. β
"Harry!" Lupin slapped his thigh, "I'm not talking about the outside, I'm the inside, werewolf, I'm a werewolf, a dirty werewolf!" β
"Aren't we just trying to find a way to solve the mad wolf syndrome right now?" Harry was calm.
Sirius nodded, "Yes, you have to believe Harry, he is very capable." β
Lupin shrank his head: "Don't talk about my problems, let's be realistic, it's impossible for Tonks to like me." β
Harry didn't speak.
Sirius glanced at Lupin suspiciously, then at his godson.
Be. Own delusions?
Lupin stammered, "I mean, I think Tonks might like Sirius, they always play together, and Tonks loves to pester Sirius." β
Sirius frowned.
Is it really your own delusion?
"That's different." Harry shook his head, "The Godfather is the king of children, and children are happy to play with him." β
"It's the same with Tonks, she just loves to play with Sirius, and no one else plays with her."
Lupin sorted out his facial features: "Harry, you just said she was a big girl. β
"It's not a conflict." Harry looked at Sirius, "The Godfather is a big man, too, but you look at him, he is carefree and heartless all day. β
Sirius puffed out his chest, proud, and didn't feel at all that it was a negative assessment of himself.
Lupin didn't speak.
"We don't know what Sister Tonks thinks." Harry continued to persuade her, "Maybe she's what I think, maybe she's what you think, but either way, my dear Uncle Remus, give yourself a chance." β
"If she's the purpose is you."
"Remember one of the methods I told you?"
Lupin muttered, reading it out, "Pure and unconditional true love can turn a beast into a man." β
Harry nodded.
"If all else doesn't work, this one can be tried." He whispered, "Isn't it good to be cured of wolfosis and gain a lover?" β
Lupin was a little moved, he clenched his fists with restraint and did not speak.
"And you don't have room to go back, Sirius and I both agreed." Harry stood up, accentuating.
Lupin reluctantly agreed: "Oh, okay then. β
Sirius and Harry, a godfather and godson, snorted in disgust.
The next evening.
The four of them sat in the living room and chatted, and Lupin was a little nervous and restless.
Wait for the last ray of sunlight to be swallowed up by the night.
With a wave of his wand, Harry removed the long table, leaving only a small round table.
Lupin took a deep breath and walked to the edge of the living room.
Tonks looked intent.
The moonlight shone brightly, the boundary between man and beast was broken, Lupin's clothes were torn, his exuberant hair grew, and his head turned into a wolf's head.
Lupin turned his head and looked at them, his gaze enduring, but he couldn't help it, circling around Tonks.
"Sister Tonks, how's it going?" Harry stood up and walked over to Lupin.
Tonks' voice couldn't hear any mood swings: "This is the werewolf?" β
"It's ugly, isn't it?" Lupin spoke out what he thought she might have.
Tonks immediately shook his head: "No, it's pretty cute." β
"Don't force yourself to lie." Harry spoke, touching Lupin's stubble in disgust, "Gray doesn't look good at all, if it were silvery." β
"Black." Sirius shook his head, "I think it's better to be black." β
Tonks was stunned for a moment, looked at the two of them, snorted, and laughed: "Why not pink?" β
The two hesitated.
"Pink wolf?" Harry's facial features fluctuated.
Sirius' face distorted: "Oh, it feels a little subtle. β
"Let's try it." Tonks raised his wand and swung it at Lupin, the aura of magic swirling and falling on it, dissipating in the blink of an eye.
The spell failed to work.
She was stunned.
"Werewolves have high magic resistance." Lupin explained, "Generally, when dealing with this kind of dark magic creature, the obstacle spell, the summoning spell, and the transformation spell are the main ones. β
"You should"
"Yes, yes, I see, Professor Remus." Tonks' head swelled a little when he heard this preachy tone, "I learned it when I was at Hogwarts before. β
"The magic doesn't work, so what should I do?"
She really wanted to see the pink werewolf.
"When Uncle Remus turns back into a human, you can cast a pink spell on him." Harry reminded her.
Tonks' eyes lit up.
"Harry, you shouldn't have taught bad." Lupin interrupted him.
Harry drew the Gryffindor sword.
"What do you want to do?" Lupin was startled, and his voice turned into a wolf howl, "Harry? β
"I have a home remedy in mind." Harry gripped his sword, "Maybe you can try taking your own meat?" β
While in Kylemohan, Geralt told him that in his search for Ciri, he had encountered a werewolf named "Mokwag", who was eventually fed his own flesh by Geralt and was able to lift the curse.
"Eat your own flesh?" Lupin was confused.
Harry nodded, "Well, let's give it a try, Uncle Remus shouldn't be afraid of pain?" β
Lupin gritted his teeth and nodded.
Tonks was a little worried, and hurriedly grabbed his pocket: "Wait, I'll take out Bai Xian first."
With a wave of his wand, several bottles of potions, bandages, and white fresh flew out of his pocket and landed in Tonks' hands: "Sister Tonks, I'll leave the bandaging to you later." β
"No problem!" Tonks was full of answers.
