Chapter 281: Wolf Nature and Human Nature
The werewolf who had drunk the potion hesitated.
The other werewolf stood up and took the money from Harry with one hand, his eyes firm, and the bottle of potion with the other.
He took a deep breath and swallowed the potion.
"There should be some potatoes." He subconsciously spoke, smacked his mouth, and made his own evaluation.
Potato?
The word made Snape's eyelids jump, and he waved his wand, locking his tongue and throat.
Something that is not angry, a good bottle of potion is just a feeling of making them drink soup.
"Potter, let's get started." Snape's voice was chilling, and he commanded.
With a wave of his wand, Harry locked the first werewolf in solitary form.
Then give it a light shake.
The wall separating the room crumbles and turns back into a chair, the moon phases on the wall fluctuating strangely.
The potion-inged werewolf stared sharply, and his body fell to the ground stiffly, his eyes straight and staring at the wall.
The rate of deformation changes again.
Extremely fast, faster than normal deformation.
Almost in the blink of an eye, wolf fur gushed out, wolf snout was elongated, ears were pointed, animal teeth were sharp, and a brutal and ferocious aura poured out of his body.
Whewβ
With a long wolf howl, the werewolf sprang up from the ground again, swung its head, and lunged towards Snape - in its senses, the younger one, on the other hand, was more threatening, and dealt with the non-threatening ones first.
It is the instinct of the beast to attack the weak.
There are many obstacles!
Snape waved his wand.
The werewolf slammed into the invisible barrier with a sharp click, and the nose was broken, and there was a crisp click from the invisible barrier.
He flicked his wand, transfiguration spelled out several chains, and bound towards the werewolf: "This reaction is very wrong, the transformation process should be more painful, not like this."
The words are not finished yet.
With a click, the werewolf broke the chains and continued to pounce viciously.
Snape looked surprised.
Harry stabbed his wand, the Transfiguration Charm grabbed its feet, and the broken chains on the ground flew up, continuing to tie it up, and Snape transformed into more shackles, adding layers of safety.
"It's getting stronger." Harry raised an eyebrow.
Snape sneered, "I'm not blind. β
Harry stepped forward and looked at the manic werewolf: "Look at the breath, at least twice as strong, this level of werewolf is not the level that Hermione and Neville can deal with." β
"The recipe hasn't changed?"
Snape shook his head, "I just replaced the flesh with werewolf flesh." β
The two of them fell silent.
"Maybe." Harry thought of what Dumbledore had said, waved his wand to dispel the moon phase on the wall, and hesitated to guess, "The same flesh has different properties, the flesh in human form has the ability to make werewolves more inclined to humans, and the meat in werewolf form will make werewolves more werewolf-like?" β
Snape was stunned, looked at the parchment on his desk, and with a wave of his wand, summoned it: "Is this so?"
"It's not impossible."
"So in many ancient books, it is not unreasonable to describe wolfism as a curse."
"Magical diseases don't have that nature."
Snape looked at the werewolf who was gradually calming down, and thoughtfully: "The last time we let Lupin eat his own flesh had no effect, in fact, it may be because he was made to eat his meat in the werewolf state, so what would happen if he was allowed to eat his own human flesh?" β
The effects of the moon phases fade away.
Harry waved his wand, removing all Transfiguration effects, and the manic werewolf fell to the ground.
It gradually regained its human form.
His complexion and face became paler, and his limbs, neck, and head were deformed.
"It seems that becoming strong is also a great burden on his body." Snape glanced at the werewolf cowering in the corner, and scolded, "Raise your hand." β
The werewolf raised his hand.
Snape slashed his wand, cut off a piece of meat, and resumed boiling the potion.
Harry heals the werewolf who has passed out.
Greyback came to his senses, but before he could even utter a snort, he was knocked unconscious by another slumber spell from Harry.
Moonlight poured in through the window.
Snape brewed the third potion, threw a gold Galleon into the werewolf's arms, and before he could react, he flicked his wand and shoved it into his mouth.
"Potter!" He spoke.
Harry expertly raised his wand and summoned the phases of the moon.
The werewolf knelt on the ground, holding his hands on, so that he barely fell to the ground completely, the strange aura took effect, changing the werewolf's body, more slowly than the first time, there was no feeling of cutting the body, but the change process was clearer, this potion and the wolf poison potion had a similar effect, so that when he was transformed, he still kept his sanity.
Hairs are like spring grass, sprouting little by little from the pores, and growing back little by little.
Ears, wolf snout, claws, teeth.
The growth rate slows down dozens of times.
Physically, he was not in pain, but he was struggling and tormenting in his heart, which made him cry and couldn't help falling.
"Aha, it's the same as we guessed." Snape nodded, writing with a quill, "Flesh in the form of a man has human nature, and flesh in the form of a wolf has animal nature. β
"So it seems."
"The Wolf Poison Potion is truly a failed potion, and most of the magic materials in it have no effect or effect."
Harry frowned, "So, in fact, Greyback's flesh and blood just now didn't have any effect?" β
"It's only because it's the flesh and blood of a werewolf's human form that it has a delaying effect?"
Snape shook his head, "Not necessarily. β
"The deformation effect is not the same."
His eyes were deep, and he looked at the werewolf who had not yet been completely transformed: "The effect of this potion is to slow down, you have also seen it, let him maintain his human nature, fight against the beast nature, and slow down the speed of turning into a werewolf." β
"And the bottle of Greyback is broken."
"I don't know what it is, but you've seen the effect, it's painful, maybe it's the werewolf's bestiality that breaks."
Snape slapped him lightly, "That's interesting." β
"I'm kind of in love with this subject."
"Potter, let's do it again."
Harry interrupted, "Professor Snape, I have to remind you, it's already twelve. β
He raised his arm, his wrist pointed at him, and the watch Hermione had given him was shiny and glaring.
Snape snorted coldly and waved his hand, "Potter, you don't have to do it this way. β
"Huh?" Harry raised an eyebrow, "Professor Snape, just letting you watch the time, and that stung you?" So you're so vulnerable? β
Snape flicked his wand and opened the door with a thud: "Potter!" Get back to rest! β
"Disrespectful to the professor, Gryffindor deducts twenty points!"
