Chapter 44: The Burrow's Visitor
In mid-July, Kano was invited to the Weasleys' house, in the Burrow of Ottery-St. Carchipol, Devon.
Kano looked at the crooked house in front of him, which looked like a building block that the naughty boy had put up at the slightest touch, and it would shatter to the ground.
However, the magic allowed it to stand there peacefully, and some emaciated, balding middle-aged man opened the door and greeted it.
"Hello, Canopus." He wore a somewhat raw-edged robe and waved at Kano.
Canor walked up with his luggage and Arthur. Weasley shakes hands.
"Hello, Mr. Weasley."
Then Kano saw a large group of red-haired girls and boys rushing out of the house.
They are Percy, the third elde, the fourth or fifth twins, Ron, the same class student of Kano, and the timid little girl Ginny.
Except for Ginny, everyone else he was familiar with.
"Hello everyone!" As soon as Kano raised his hand to say hello, the chubby Mrs. Weasley stepped out from behind the children and hugged Kano firmly.
"Good boy, you're here." Mrs. Weasley took Kano by the hand and walked into the house, muttering, "I've been wanting to see you since Arthur told me about you, have you eaten?" I'm cooking a big meal! β
The Burrow is a cramped space, there is no living room, there is a large table in the kitchen where everyone can eat together, and the stove at the other end is steaming.
Kano was dragged to a table full of snacks by Mrs. Weasley, and the Weasley children gathered around him to ask about Kano's holiday life.
"So, you went to Cornwall and got into a fight with the knights there?" Ron's eyes widened in surprise as he stuffed a piece of cake into his mouth.
"yes, Sean is an interesting guy." Kano watched Mr. and Mrs. Weasley busy in the kitchen, wondering if he should call Kreacher to help.
"Your holiday life is really colorful, unlike us, staying at home all the time." I don't know if it was Fred or George, but the other nodded in agreement.
"We just had to try to catch some fleeting ideas."
"So that they can be used to bring joy to Filch when school starts."
As the two sang and spoke, Percy's face turned green.
"I mean, the next time you're talking about feeding laxatives to that skinny cat in Filch, can you keep me from hearing that?" Percy clutched her forehead, feeling like her hairline was about to follow in Mr. Weasley's footsteps.
"That's... Mr. Canopusβ" Ginny whispered, and his brothers closed their mouths instantly.
"Harry... How is Harry Potter doing? β
"Don't worry, Ginny. Although he suffered a lot when he was a child, in the past two years, his life has been quite good. Kano replied earnestly.
"Ginny is an admirer of Harry," Ron whispered to Carno, "and I mean the kind of true worship, the kind that wants Harry's autograph." β
"It's really hard for me to imagine, oh my God, like my mom was obsessed with Lockhart."
Kano laughed in his heart, Harry and Ginny will get married in the end, and this is where it goes.
Soon, Mrs. Weasley served steaming dishes. The style of the dish is British home cooking, the taste is very good, and at the same time highlights a large amount of fullness.
As the saying goes, half the size of the child, eat the poor. Kano looked at a table of red-haired guys and pulled vegetables into the plate like a robbery, which was called a whirlwind.
But they were very fond of Ginny, and the little girl's plate was full of meat and vegetables from her brothers, and her little face was bulging.
The wine and food were full, and the sky was dark. The children were driven back to their rooms by Mrs. Weasley. Carnot and Mr. Weasley sat at a long table, drinking butterbeer and talking about the past.
"I've heard about Vivien and Regulus, but I don't know they have since reconnected." Mr. Weasley sighed, "Vivien didn't tell me who your father was at the end. β
"According to my house-elf description, my father wanted to quit the Death Eaters and take my mother into seclusion. I didn't expect death to come so suddenly. β
Kano recounted what had happened with reservation, and Mr. Weasley could only sigh.
"Kano, don't be too sad, we are all your relatives." Mrs. Weasley comforted Kano, but her own tears flowed.
Kano had to comfort Mrs. Weasley in turn, and it took a while for her to calm down.
"Kano, are you having any difficulties in your life right now?" Mr. Weasley said, "I know you're not short of money, and I mean anything else. β
In Mr. Weasley's mind, Kano was just a child. Even if he has money, he may encounter all kinds of inconvenient things.
There's really such a thing about Kano.
He took out the small package he had with him and pulled out two bottles of milky white potion from it.
"Mr. Weasley, I really want your help with something."
Mr. Weasley picked up two potions and looked at Kano puzzled, "What kind of potion is this, why haven't I seen it?" β
Mr. Weasley worked for the Ministry of Magic and was well-informed in the wizarding world, but how could he possibly know a druid potion that had been lost for many years.
This is the heir potion that Kano made from the mistletoe he collected, and it is the secret medicine of the druids. If the husband and wife drink half a bottle each, they will inevitably get pregnant within a month.
For the few wizards, the value of this potion is immeasurable.
Crabbe and Gower live like two retarded people, and their parents never thought of having another one and drawing cards again?
The Malfoy family has been passed down for several generations, and if there is a slight accident, they are afraid that they will be extinct, so Lucius never thought about trying to give birth to a few more?
If nothing else, not counting Sirius who was removed, the Black family is now a male member of Kano. At that time, when Kano made the heir potion and said that he would sell it, Kreacher almost died in death.
As soon as Kano told Mr. Weasley about the effects of the potion, Mr. Weasley's hands trembled, and he quickly put the two vials down.
"Kano, this potion is too valuable." Mr. Weasley said seriously, "I suggest you keep it, as few families will sell this vital potion. β
Kano smiled and shook his head: "I made this potion myself, and the materials are not expensive. And I don't just sell this thing to make money. β
"Anyway, I've already decided, uncle, don't persuade me."
Mr. Weasley couldn't say anything more when Carno said this, but the next words made him unable to calm down.
"I need you to take this potion for identification, and then, would you be interested in being a spokesperson for this potion?" Kano asked.
